Nice clean room good size for a solo traveller. Nice 24/7 communal lounge area with complimentary tea and good quality coffee. Lifts could do with an upgrade and the air conditioning didn't work but they had provided a standing fan which was a considerate touch. Would stay again.

Hotel looks more rundown in person than it does on the pictures which only shows the rooms. The picture of the rooms are accurate, the corridors and building looks more like a university halls which needs renovation. The service was excellent and location great 5/10 minutes from both the train station and Rotterdam centre. If not expecting the most modern hotel this would work for you

Hotel steps are tiled. But broken steps Lots of people sitting there smoking on them . Area very dirty.. We had 2 rooms one had air con the other had a electric fan

Hotel súper recomendable para grupos de amigos. Más ambiente estudiantil. Excelente lugar en ese sentido. Muy amables, bajo costo y a 10 minutos caminando de la estación central. No estoy seguro si a todos las familias les gustará el mood juvenil, las literas; pero el costo beneficio es excelente opción con “open mind” un par de días!!! Free Coffee 24 horas en el restaurante frente al lobby. Estacionamiento limitado por costo diario. Seguro.

Simple hotel good enough for a 2 night stay. No facilities within the complex, only rooms. No restaurant, lounge area or recreational hub. Coffee sachets not provided in rooms. TV network is extremely slow and severely outdated. Location is convenient and my stay was quiet.

Had a great stay - clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is available for an additional cost, while tea and coffee are complimentary. The bathroom was a good size, with a small glass divider that helped keep water contained. Great location, and we were able to rent bicycles there and explore most of Rotterdam in 24 hours! Everything was as described in the listing.

Wir haben zu zweit 5 Nächte in einem Basic Zimmer gewohnt. Es sah genauso aus wie auf dem Fotos hier im Internet. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt garnicht verstehen. Das Zimmer war klein aber voll ok. Jeden Tag kam die Putzfrau. Als unsere Klimaanlage plötzlich begann zu tropfen, haben wir sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und es wurde danach sogar nochmal gefragt, ob nun alles geht und zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Man sah auch, dass renoviert wurde und in einer anderen Etage der Flur neu gestrichen wurde. Toll fanden wir auch den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Bad ist ausreichend. Hier hat uns nur ein wenig gestört, das man bei längerem duschen in der ebenerdigen Dusche leicht das Bad geflutet hat. Da wäre eine kleine Begrenzung am Ende der Dusche gut gewesen. Das Hotel hat genau daneben und um die Kurve mehrere Restaurants, Bäcker usw. Wir haben ganz Rotterdam Fussläufig erkundet. Bis zu der Fußgängerzone ist es nicht weit und auch Markthalle, Erasmusbrücke , Museen und Zoo kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Direkt vor dem Hotel hält aber auch eine Straßenbahn. Also super Lage für wenig Geld. Wir hatten unser Auto im Parkhaus des Hotels geparkt. Das war soweit alles gut, bloß die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber machbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Einmal war der Fahrstuhl kurzzeitig ausgefallen, die anderen Tage ging er aber problemlos. Der Aufenthalt war ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Uns hat es gut gefallen!

An sich ein gutes Hotel, es war sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend. Parken kann man am Straßenrand (kostenpflichtig!). Der Zustand des Hotels war in Ordnung, könnte aber besser sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Lits confortables, chambre fonctionnelle mais beaucoup de bruit la nuit, réveillés plusieurs fois par des clients très bruyants dans le couloir, moquette sale dans les couloirs, ascenseurs peu entretenus, petit-déjeuners moins variés qu'auparavant (peu de choix de thé, de viennoiseries, pas de pâte à tartiner, 1 seul jus de fruits...) C'était notre 3ème séjour, nous ne sommes pas sûrs de revenir.

Je kon vanaf 16:00 uur inchecken, wij waren en om 18:00 uur en vervolgens nog 45 minuten wachten omdat de kamer nog niet klaar is. Aangekomen in de kamer zien we dat het matras vlekken heeft en toiletpapier was niet eens vervangen na de vorige gasten. Daarnaast maar 2 stopcontacten en 2 usb poortjes die t beide niet doen. Locatie van hotel is top, heel centraal!

Very quiet, clean and modern room (if a little small) and ensuite. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very comfy bed and pillows. Free 24-hour tea and coffee. Very friendly staff. Tram stop opposite front door. Only negative was USB sockets by bed didn't work but plenty of plug sockets.

In de badkamer zat er een haar vastgeplakt aan de wasbak toen we er in kwamen. Het was vrij duidelijk te zien dus dat zegt wel wat over hoe er schoongemaakt wordt. Het was prima voor 1 nachtje, maar dat is gewoon niet zo fraai.

Struttura vecchia e tenuta male. La pulizia è scarsa, sia nei luoghi comuni sia in camera. Quest’ultima davvero piccola (si fa fatica a trovare spazio per indossare le scarpe) e rumorosa (passa il tram sotto le finestre). Il bagno è terribile, lavandino minuscolo e doccia aperta che lo fa completamente allagate. La moquette era sporca e polverosa e c’erano capelli sulle coperte ed i teli doccia. Si salva solo la colazione internazionale.

Dieses Hotel sieht von außen besser als als von innen. Ich habe in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten kein Hotel erlebt, dass so dreckig und heruntergewirtschaftet war. Die Zimmer stinken nach Dope und die Betten sind ein Zumutung. Die Sauberkeit lässt hier ebenfalls zu wünschen offen. An unserem zweiten Tag hat jemand sein großes Geschäft mitten im Flur verrichtet. Beim Frühstück waren alle Speisen (inkl. der Käse Scheiben) einzeln in Plastik eingepackt. Als wir uns bedienen wollten, würden wir von der Angestellten angefangen, dass man dafür bezahlen muss. Sie hat nicht nach der Zimmer Nummer gefragt, da wir inkl. Frühstück gebucht hatten. Vorsicht bei der Tiefgarage. Sportwagen können hier nicht rein.

Near Centraal Station, Price is fair Free coffee and tea at anytime Not clean enough, dusty mat and bedsheet No WiFi in the two days of our stay. Room soundproofing is terrible, we could easily hear the opening and closing of the door of the other room. The air conditioner was not working, we set it at 16 degree and it was not cold at all, we have to open the window and fan to keep us cool. Luckily the room was equipped with a fan.

This property is very outdated. The description for this property is false, it look nothing life the advertised photos. No air-conditioning.

Notre chambre pour 6 etait spacieuse. Les traces de cafe au plafond et les résidus collé sur une magnifique photo nous ont étonné. Pour le reste la chambre etait propre et bien équipée. Par contre les murs laisse passer tous les sons. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. La premiere on a pas beaucoup dormi car nos voisins faisait la fete. La seconde un calme fantastique.

If you trying solo or as a couple and need a good place to stay I would recommend staying here. The outside meant to look trendy but I think it takes away of what is on offer inside. The rooms are great and the price per night is as excellent when I compared to other places to stay at the time. Only down point was WiFi was not working in the rooms which wasn’t great but once that is fixed I would have given it 5 stars in everything

Air conditioning of the whole block is not working

Zimmer von der größe her ausreichend, betten ein wenig unbequem und leider nur eine Steckdose in 4er Zimmer. Sonst mit allem Zufrieden gewesen, auch das man mehrere Zimmerkarten haben kann ist ein Klasse Pluspunkt.

WiFi was terrible, we were completely unable to connect for half our stay.

Very friendly check-in - we felt very welcome and also liked the raffle where you can win a gift and the nice tourist ideas very much. The rooms are specious, comfortable and we had an amazing view of Rotterdam.

Ich und meine Freundin hatten vorher den Fehler begangen, nicht erst auf gängigen Suchmaschinen die Rezessionen zu lesen, sondern haben uns auf Expedia verlassen. Im Grunde ist das Hotel nicht das Geld wert. Ich empfehle Ihnen, einen großen Bogen hier zu machen. Zunächst mal waren wir im Sommer hier bei 27°C Außentemperatur und es gab keine Klimaanlage oder Ähnliches, daher haben wir uns wie in einem Ofen gefühlt. Das Mini Fenster hat bei der Belüftung auch nicht geholfen. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und als ich das dem Personal mitteilte, wurde mir gesagt, dass es sowas hier nicht gebe. Am Abreisetag wurde uns dann von der Rezeption gesagt, wir hätten ja eigentlich einen Ventilator bekommen sollen. Pustekuchen. Kommen wir zum Zimmer: Um dieses zu öffnen/ schließen, muss man einen kräftigen Tritt nutzen, denn diese Tür liegt nicht richtig im Rahmen drin und ist daher echt schwer zu öffnen. Im Zimmer angekommen, findet man nicht die beworbenen Bilder wieder, es sieht alles in die Jahre gekommen aus. Alle Wände sind dreckig und voller Koffer(?)-spuren, die einzige USB Steckdose ist kaputt und der vorhandene TV ist mega winzig. Die Wände und Türen lassen jede Art von Lärm durch und man bekommt einen Herzinfarkt, wenn die Nachbarn die eigene Tür nutzen, da man denkt, es sei die eigene. Die im Bad vorhandene Dusche ist sehr ungünstig, da ein Duschvorgang den kompletten Boden des Badezimmers flutet, wenn man diese nutzt. Kurz: Hotel zeigt Profitgier

Staff were great, very welcoming. Rooms were good for us but mainly to sleep in as we were mainly spending time to visit the city (free coffee in the morning was fantastic). Location was brilliant, a short walk from the station AND city centre. Would stay again if visiting Rotterdam!

There was a short delay in our room becoming available. Room was a good space but on of the bedside lights was broken. It would have been better to have sachets of coffee and tea in the room rather than just tea, as I had the keep going into the kitchen each time I wanted a coffee. Location was good. Dining area was being renovated so we had packed breakfast provided. The mini croissants were always hard and not very flavoursome. Staff were generally helpful but there was an occasion where the desk was left unmanned for a time and no idea where the concierge had gone or when they would be back. A new guest had arrived whilst I was waiting and I left them there.

Staffs are super friendly, very helpful.

This hotel was absolutely difficult to deal with. I accidentally booked the wrong night & even with 6 weeks notice they were difficult about changing it as it was a non-refundable rate. As a result they took my money but never accommodated me. I won’t ever be staying with them as they were a source of considerable stress.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The wifi was off and never reappeared. Although it did not need it, the room was not cleaned every day. It was very convenient for Rotterdam Central Station - easy walking distance. 30 minutes walk to the Erasmus Bridge. 15 minutes walk to numerous restaurants. Decent local bars/restaurants 3 minutes walk.

Less than 10 mins walking from Rotterdam Central. And tram just infront of the hotel. Overall room is good and not so pack. Recommended.

Great location, 8 mins walk to Central Station. Cafe & restaurants round the corner. They serve free coffee and tea at lobby coffee shop. Quiet and comfy room, good enough space to place big luggages.

We had the only room with a balcony which was great as the aircon in the room wasn't working and we were able to sit on the balcony which was cooler than sitting in the room. The room is on a corner so gets a lot of sun although the curtains helped keep some of the heat out. Rotterdam Centraal Railway Station was about a 10 minute walk away. There is a convenience store around the corner and a few Restaurants nearby.

Booked this hotel pretty last minute as most other options were super expensive due to the North Sea Jazz festival or had terrible reviews. This wasn't cheap but it wasn't extortionate. It's approximately 15mins walk from Rotterdam Centraal station and most other amenities so pretty convenient and easy to get around town from. Looks a bit gritty from the outside but I'd say that's just Rotterdam's aesthetic; a good city with grit. Very down to earth; not for those seeking glamour. The room I was in was comfortable. Was quite small though. I think 2 people in that room would be a struggle. The bathroom was very clean as was the bed linen. The floor could've been cleaner. The pillows were very uncomfortable as they were square and plump like sofa cushions which didn't make for great sleep. The staff, which were many over the 3 days I stayed were friendly and receptive. Would I stay again? Yes. Great location, nice staff, gritty but clean and budget-friendly.

Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie, twee persoonskamer is in orde en schoon, wel warm op de kamer, airco werkt niet optimaal. Ontbijt prima. Alles op loopafstand van het centrum. Goed te doen voor een nachtje.

Prima overnachting gehad. Ontbijt is een voldoende en de koffie is lekker. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding of gewoon goed.

Bad wurde nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Leere Seifenspender wurden nicht kontrolliert. Zu kleines Waschbecken mit nur einem Handtuch für 2. Frühstücksangebot sehr gering.

L'hôtel est mal placé. Il a l'air très vieux. C'est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas très bon au goût. En plus impossible d'avoir la facture.

Morgenmaden var kold. Bollerne var stenhårde. Juicen var varm. Vi måtte ikke få et 2. Kort til døren. Hvilket er normalt at man har to kort. Vi måtte ikke få en ekstra dyne. Der var en masse støv på værelset bla. Ved aircondition. Aircondition virkede ikke. Så vi havde en blæser der ikke rigtig nyttede noget. Toilettet larmede længe efter man havde trukket ud.
