Great place without being a casino. Quiet! A great Marrio property.

I'm originally from Vegas and hate paying resort fees for hotels on the strip. We stumbled upon aloft by accident last summer. Freddy was at the front desk both times and was beyond kind and helpful each time. The vibe is great, complete with a bar, pool table, and games downstairs. There's a gym, open space with a "fire" pit, and an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, there isn't a hot tub but that's not a dealbreaker. It's close to several restaurants (5 min drive), shopping mall and strip malls (15 min drive), and we will be returning. We don't have an EV but they have hookups for those who do! Felt safe here. Also, their rooms do not have tubs, shower only. Again, not a dealbreaker for us but for people with littles, this could be a game changer. Also noticed others with pets, so I'm guessing they allow small pets if you have a furry family member.

It was a wonderful stay! Room, bed, and staff were exceptional. Loved having the bar and restaurant on site and no smoking anywhere. Pool was an added bonus. It is now my go to place when I'm in Henderson NV, or even if I'm only shopping in Las Vegas and don't want to drive home. I rated the area around the property as poor only because the owner of the business complex had resurfaced the parking lot and had all the entrqnces closed, but that was temporary.

This is a newer hotel that opened in 2023 so everything was clean and new. The front desk staff, Freddie, was AMAZING. He could tell that I was spent (there on a family emergency) and put us in a room that did not get a ton of morning light so we could sleep in. The interior has a fun vibe. There was a full bar, games, and a pool table. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked like they had a shallow area to sit in the water and cool off from the 110 degree weather. It's minutes away from The District, where we were able to have a nice dinner. Already planning to stay here the next time we need a getaway.

Checkin process was quick and easy. I also had a pet with me. They have doggy bags set in places so you can clean after your pups, that was awesome. The room was so comfy, even though i had a small room for 1. It was very nice, a roomy refrigerator, beautiful shower and bathroom. I loved the mirror light so much when i was getting ready. I also door dashed food to my hotel that was fast and easy. Location is excellent, if your visiting family and friends its right in the middle of everything and close to the freeway. Off the strip which was great. I would give 10 stars if i could. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, the staff provided excellent service, being able to use a printer was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great convenient hotel, friendly & amazing staff! Comfortable beds & a great gym, lounge areas & bar. Hotel was clean and so cute & trendy. If I was forced to find a negative then the pool was freezing. But I’m sure that would normally be a plus most of the year in Vegas.

The carpet coming in was dirty, the room smelled of either mold or very stagnant water. On top of that they placed a 150$ hold on the card. Wouldn’t come back if it was the last hotel in Vegas.

Staff was very nice room was very clean easy parking. The hallways on my floor smells like animal.

While this property continues to increase their prices we still stay there. For our reasons to be in Henderson this location is ideal. Clean, bright, modern, and easy access etc. make a good place to stay.

Very modern but rooms very very small for two people in 2 bed room.

This isn't a quiet place. We could hear every noise, doors closing and opening, people chatting while walking down the hall, people partying nearby at 2 am. It's in a very safe neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants nearby. Clean, mostly, the panel dividing the room had sections that weren't clean. Lots of outlets, USB ports, decent internet, a clothes steamer, room refrigerator, etc. Would stay here again, but would ask for a room at the end of the floor.

Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is mostly courteous and helpful. The breakfast options were not what I would recommend

Great spot overall. Greet by Shay at the front reception desk. I was super early and she made sure I had a room asap. Excellent service. Then the room was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft and pliable. So many spots don’t have great beds and pillows. This was not one of those. Slept like a baby.

Didn’t like the open area for the bathroom sink and shower right next to bed area - no door separating - noisy if there is more than 1 person in the room.

The room was great for the price. I like the fact the beds faced the window so you could see the strip. I also liked the Marshall smart speaker and TV. The beds were comfortable and decor was modern. I just did not like the fact the shower was out in the open and you had no door or privacy.

Not good for families. Very small modern room. Tiny single sink. Great shower. Very little room for clothes and bags etc. Breakfast was not good…go a block away for great breakfast at Scrambled Games and lobby good, pool was tiny and 3 feet deep no hot tub - not good for kids over maybe 6…

Very modern and cool decor! The room was small but the shower huge. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. We saw but didn’t use the gym and pool. The people at check in were extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: Practically brand new Fun designs in the room Bed is very comfortable Staff is super helpful Bar is reasonably priced Communal area is hip and fun to hang out in Hotel was kept very clean Cons: The walls are thin. You could hear people even talking outside the hotel.

This was my second stay at the Aloft Henderson, since I'm traveling back and forth from California. I chose the Aloft Henderson again because of Eberto and Charlee they both were very professional so kind. I was so overjoyed to walk through the front door and to see their smiling faces, it makes your stay enjoyable

Arrived 11pm, they overbooked so didn’t have a room. Very lengthy process to get moved to a different hotel. Very green staff, still working out the kinks. Get there early and you will probably be ok???

The staff at the Aloft were exceptionall! Every single staff person was very friendly and willing to accommodate all of our needs.

Good service, especially after we arrived very late due to flight delays.

The hotel overbooked without notification. And upon arrival, I was not able to check in after driving all day. I was rudely turned away, and when I was seeking help from Hotels.com, I found the service from the agents to be satisfactory, but the policies and customer service procedures to be wildly out of date, disconnected from a travel experience, and an overall distaste for an app that I've used and had great success with for years. The anguish and torment of being without a room in Las Vegas on a Saturday night and having minimal support from Hotels.com, has really impacted my mental health and the success of my trip. I was not on a vacation, and I was not going to Las Vegas for enjoyment, I was traveling in to see a well-known vet for my dog who is going through chemotherapy and recovering from cancer. I have relied on Hotels.com and had great experience with last minute room needs, but what transpired over this trip has me really considering Hotels.com as an option for travel. Your agents did their best within inside policy to smooth over what they could, but my final destination ended up being a last-minute dirty room. You can take a look at the hair and suture I encountered in the bathroom They offered me $100 in compensation for my trouble and I think you could have done better. Aloft is also to blame for their lack of communication and rude service

Did NOT like the fact that the room i booked and prepaid for (king) was given away prior to my arrival. Worse yet, the front desk staff didn't have the decency to say anything to me at check in...just a surprise when I opened the room. Went back to front desk and told them I think there was a mistake, was told rather rudely that there was no mistake, that's what is available since they are fully booked. I questioned the fact I paid for a king room 2 weeks prior, was told I'm lucky they had a room for me at all! Then he said he'll give me 5000 points if that'll make me happy. I said sure. 2 days later, still no points.

The front desk staff on every shift was really professional and courteous.

I am writing this review because I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it! It was clean, the staff was friendly, it had a cool vibe, restaurants in walking distance, and it was quiet. Not much more you would ask for in a hotel. The value was great. If you don't mind staying a bit away from the Strip, I would defintely suggest you check this place out!

Loved the modern look and loved the fact they have a pool table and many games to entertain you. We had a small sandwich and some pasta salad that was excellent. Will definitely come back and stay at the Aloft.

The only complaint I have is that it took 25 minutes to get the cafe mocha I ordered and paid for during breakfast. Otherwise service was friendly and prompt.

Clean room, very pretty hotel and room. Staff was very nice and helpful. Didn’t use the amenities, but they looked nice. I think the only thing that was missing is some sort of room service/food.

The room was clean, well appointed, and the decor was bright and cheerful. The front desk staff were friendly and receptive to providing for a good guest experience. The food was very good and the 20% off your check for happy hour is a nice bonus.

Really nice and new hotel in Henderson, super clean and modern with plenty of free parking. The breakfast is a little bit of a strange set-up, you can order hot items at the desk and they pass them through a little window, there really isn’t any explanation of how to order anything. Might be helpful if they explained how it works when you check in. Otherwise it was a great stay, definitely would stay again.
