We arrived late around 8. The front desk clerk was professional and friendly even though how late it was. We had dinner at the hotel bar. The food was delicious and the bartender was fantastic.

There was an event at the hotel and there were no parking spaces reserved for paying hotel guests. I had to park across the busy street. The solution was to wait until 10:30 to move my car which was impossible as I was traveling alone with a child. At this time I asked for a late checkout and was told no. The next day starting at 8:45 hotel staff tried to enter my room. Waking up my child when we had a long day of travel ahead. They proceeded to try and enter 4 more times until our 11:00 checkout. Extremely frustrating and disappointing on multiple levels. The cost did not meet the expectations of the amenities in addition the bed was not comfortable which normally I would not mind but given the experience wanted to add.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. Last time I was there out of the 3 elevators only one was working. Try getting on one during checkout.

The check in was great. The room was clean and nice. All of the amenities were nice. I love that there is a restaurant inside the hotel, and the food and service was great.

I’m going to keep it short , elevators take forever. 2 out of 3 were broken. So when my brother was having an asthma attack he nearly passed out waiting for it. Worst feeling in my life, bcs his machine was in the room. Second my pillows were dirty, so i bought a blanket to put over it and covered it in disinfected. Third there were arguing on my floor alll night n when i left to take my brother to the hospital 4am they’re goes the cops. smh Lastly it smelled like dog in my room, i couldn’t stand it! I have a dog at home. And you wouldn’t be able to tell. Will not be coming back here.

Upon checking in, the receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating. I had booked a king-size room, but we were given a room with two queens instead, and she did not inform us of this change. The following morning, I spoke with Sheba, who was wonderful to work with. She explained the issue and was very accommodating. Once in the room, I noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and there appeared to be dog food on it. Additionally, there was a razor cover on the bathroom floor, and the light near the ironing board didn't work. Despite requesting a room cleaning, it was never cleaned during our three-night stay, which was very disappointing. The pool was also very dirty, with hair and bugs in it. Given it was a busy holiday weekend, one would expect more frequent cleaning. I would not book this location again.

The receptionist was friendly. She couldn’t find my booking and the hotel was sold out so they went to check if they have a room for us and if it was “ok”;) we were with the dog, they wanted to charge $75 cleaning fee but on hotels.com it said 50 so they charged $50. But when we entered the room it smelled funny. Like no one lived here for a very long time, the bed smelled like someone slept there. Pillow cases on 2 pillows were dirty. We asked to change the beds but it was late and there was no stuff to do it so I did it myself;) they apologized of course but it is a bit too much paying for the room $180 and to change the beds myself. They removed $50 cleaning fee for us though

We overall had an ok stay - biggest issue was the in room air conditioning system that did not have a fan setting and dripped all over the carpet under the unit. Also there was a really bad fecal smell that came from the toilet randomly and filled the bathroom for a time. It went away but seemed like the toilet didn't have a proper p-trap.

The room was clean but with minimal upgrades. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water wasn’t hot enough. The sink drained slowly as if it was partially clogged. They do have a smart TV and being able to access Netflix was nice.

We were told at check in that everyone in the hotel got free breakfast because of thanksgiving so when we went to eat we were told we had to pay because we weren't diamond members. Also $18.00 is rediculous for the minimal selection you get for the buffet. Also the bar should at least stay open till 12 at night.

Great location for Summerville and North Charleston. Easy to hop on interstate and get downtown Charleston for the day. Only complaint not enough hot water for 2 people in the room to take quick showers.

Most importantly was that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was kind and professional. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and it was delicious-a bit pricey but everything is. There were 3 nice towels in our room, plenty of toilet paper and the shampoo, conditioner, soap bottles were full. Only thing missing was a shower cap and a view, but that can’t be helped. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay got better, however we were told twice upon checkin about complimentary breakfast. When we went for the complimentary breakfast, we were scolded in front of other guests that it was complimentary for us because we were in the Hilton and it’s only complimentary for room numbers 315 and below? Was a little embarassing
