Pool wasn't open. 3rd time in a row that's happened there to me. My daughter didn't end up staying because she complained about a moldy smell. Front desk lady was very nice

Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We were there 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. The pool was closed and looked dirty and the halls and elevators smelled musty. One of the days the staff called the room to let us know the water would be shut off for 2 hours by the fire department. So that was a rough start to the day and ended in a rushed 2 min shower. Id stay again though.

Pool wasnt open like it was suppose to be. This is why we booked the hotel. Room wasnt stocked with sheets or towels and hotel was only staffed with 1 employee. Thankful only 1 night.

This hotel was conveniently located and parking was a breeze. The room was nice with a small kitchen area. The shower was awesome because it had great water pressure. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and hot eggs. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stay here a few times a year and this stay was showing some concerning decline in service. There was mold growing on the AC unit. The coffee was watered down. Front desk staff were cold. Wondering if under new management and a little disappointed. The pool was drained too, so we were not able to use it. Overall a safe, clean and pleasant stay as usual.

We got the king suite and were in LOVE! The bedroom had a lot of space, ans the bathroom was huge. I also loved how the bedroom part was private with a door that locked. The kids said the queen pull out sofa was comfy. Room was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Several business within walking distance. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool and gym were both great. Employees very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would change, would be a bigger trash can in the room and pillows a little more firm. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here… very convenient to all activities we were planning on doing! The hotel was very clean and the staff was super attentive! It was very hot outside and our room felt great, very cool! The workout room was very nice, just enough equipment to get a good workout in. Would definitely stay here again!

While I don't normally mind Home2 Suites. This location smelled like mildew when you walk in as if it has had water damage and so did my son room as well. They are supposed to clean your room every other day and even with me requesting service my room was still not cleaned and I was there for 3 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and the front desk said they were out of towels. I was also told by another guest that when her family of five checked in they were only given two. I would not stay at this location again.

I expected much better from a hotel with Hilton in its name. When we checked in, the customer service was lackluster at best. It wasn't unpleasant, but it certainly wasn't cheerful. Upon arriving at our room, we were hit with an odor that neither of us could identify. My partner thought it smelled musty, while I thought it resembled body odor. To make a long story short, we were so tired that we passed out and didn’t bother asking for a different room. We either got used to the smell or it dissipated. However, when we returned the next day after a family event, the odor hit us again. That’s when I figured out that the smell was a combination of body odor and smelly gym shoes. The parking lot was full, and it was past 10:00 PM, so we decided to deal with it. Additionally, the shower stall was not very clean, as you can see in the picture, and the couch showed signs of wear. There was a missing iron and no ice bucket—these may seem like minor issues compared to everything else, but I figured I’d mention them. We had a reservation for four nights but left after just three because we didn’t want to continue dealing with the situation. I ended up going back home. With all that said, other than the worn-out couch, the dirty shower pan, and the smell, everything else looked immaculate, including the hall, common areas, and the rest of the room.

Very strong odor of cleaning liquid / disinfectent in the room. Hallway outside door had not been vacuumed. Crumbs at the door.

It was a quick visit to Mooresville. The room was clean, quiet & spacious. I’d come back

I get it. It's an off the highway, affordable hotel that takes dogs, so I'm not expecting the Ritz. But c'mon! The TV picture and sound were breaking up, the garbage disposal did not work, linens for the convertible sofa were missing, dish washing liquid and dishwasher soap were missing, lights under the microwave did not work and the kitchen had all of two forks. All minor inconveniences for sure, but not something to look forward to after 8 hours of driving. As far a I could tell, the afternoon staff consisted of one disgruntled employee at the front desk. She did get us the missing items, but didn't seem to happy about it. The room cleanliness was adequate, but the hallways and elevator floors looked and felt unclean. We frequently use Home 2 Suites when on the road and usually find them to be a good choice - modern, clean and comfortable. This property however, felt poorly managed.

There was hair in the bathroom which is my only complaint. Everything else was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Stacey Ann checked us in. She was very personable, professional and courteous. But... While the room met our expectations, I am sorry to report that the hot water was minimal.Upon check in, all I could get was a three minute warm shower. Next morning, I squeezed one minute. There were other guests who complained as well.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Just what we were looking for. Breakfast variety was very good! If we go back to the area, this is where we will stay!

The room was clean, and spacious. And as promised soundproof. The living area was comfortable, and the bed held me like a baby. The TV remote for the bedroom TV did not work though, despite trying 3 different remotes, and the tv had a pop up that would come up on either the left side of the TV or the right side, making it very difficult to enjoy from the bed. Staff only offered to help with the remote, as no other similar rooms were available. Staff was friendly, but perhaps did not have clearance to help. To manager on site between Saturday at check in, and Sunday at check out. For nearly $200 a night I would’ve expected a little better customer service experience.

The room was beautiful! Clean, spacious, large, bright and comfortable to have guest and entertain while on a family celebration!

The room was very nice and comfortable. Two problems: 1. Hand held tub sprayer didn’t work. No water. Upper shower head did work. This was reported. 2. Toilet paper was not replenished. Almost out the last day.

Overall good. I would rate higher but for the amount I spent I’d expect more. A couple service issues that shouldn’t happen with a Hilton property or with a hotel at this price per night: 1) twice we asked to have the shampoo dispenser filled. However it never was. Not a huge issue but more of an annoyance. They also were pretty “tight” with towels. Only 1 wash cloth and it wasn’t changed out. They also didn’t change out the floor mat towel 2) bigger issue. Last morning I came down at 9:35 and the free breakfast was closed. I could see the food still there but they pulled a curtain in front. People were still eating. The food that was cooked would need to just be thrown out. I had to ask if it was closed and the answer was “closed”. Very short. I asked why since I was told it was 10:00am. The answer was “it’s not the weekend”. Again very dismissive and rude. Keep in mind we checked in Friday night and were told 10:00am. No one said “only weekends”. There was no signage in lobby or rooms saying different on weekdays. It’s a small thing, however if “free breakfast” is offered than any restrictions should be mentioned. It was more the short, dismissive attitude of the man who clearly didn’t want to deal with a customer.

I had to call 3x for sheets for the pull out, girl at the desk got very nasty with me telling me I HADNT called previously when I absolutely had. The next day, still no sheets. Didn’t get them until I had to complain about how disgustingly dirty the bathroom floor was. Dog- or human? - Poop on the floor in the hallway, had to call 2x to have it cleaned up. It sat there from sometime prior to my noticing it at 9am to well after we got back from breakfast. Television worked but then after they brought the sheets and cleaned the bathroom it miraculously didn’t work anymore. Called the desk, said someone would be up in ten to fix it. No one came. I honestly don’t even know what to say. The staff was nice, but the hotel was just disgusting. I’m a young mom traveling with two daughters. I had a noise complaint called to the room at 1030 at night after we were all in bed with lights out. The next morning there was poop outside my door? In a world where human trafficking and lure traps are set for women all the time I will say that I felt extremely unsafe, it’s the first time I’ve ever shoved a towel under the door because I feared for our safety in a HILTON HOTEL. Horrible.

Very limited staff. Long waits. Difficult to get required towels or linens. Booked a room for 6 people and had to justify extra bed linens for the pull out and 6 towels, room was provided with only 2 towels. Because of limited staff anything has to be retrieved from the front desk, so after a long drive there’s no relaxing. Have stayed here a few times and seems to always be consistent.

We have stayed at this property several times, and will continue to do so whenever we are in the area. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the surrounding area is safe and quiet. The location is convenient to our needs including proximity to visiting the local college, restaurants, shopping and more.

A very nice place with a lot of amenities and in a great location. Be sure to check out Lake Norman.

It was clean, modern and had all the comforts of home. Restaurants were within walking distance and that was huge for us! Will definitely go back again with my son!

Hotel was EASY to locate. Very Clean. Very Friendly Staff. Room was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was typical, but fine. Will absolutely stay here again on future trips back from Florida.

I have stayed a lot of Hilton hotels and the breakfast. There was horrible. There’s no meat. I think everybody came down for breakfast was looking for some type of meat. That was the only problem.

We would definitely stay at this property again. The staff was welcoming and kind and the breakfast options were not the usual fare, but excellent and plentiful. The property is very near a McDonald's, Starbucks, and Jet's Pizza with easy access on and off the highway. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room suited us very well with plenty of storage, counter space and even a full sized refrigerator and table.

Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included hot oatmeal, bagels or toast, 4 different juices, yogurt, western, plain or cheese ommelets, and egg biscuit sandwiches. Also waffles with toppings, coffee, tea and milk. We would definitely stay here again!
