The room rug was disgusting. Looked like dried blood on it. I called to ask for towels because I had a pet in my room and they were never brought up. My car was vandalized while in the hotel parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is lovely. Very nice amenities, bar, restaurant and pool. However , we were disappointed in our room. It was difficult to find places to store items and clothes. There was only a small place to hang clothes and little counter spaces other than the sink vanity. It was really one big room with a partial wall dividing the bed from the shower and sink. The only door was for the toilet. There was an iron and no ironing board . We were there for a wedding and needed to iron a few items that wrinkled in our garment bag. Also, there were limited places to charge devices.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the lobby, the hallways and our room. Pulling up the trash can was overflowing and garbage was on the floor so that was not the nicest welcome. The lobby on various occasions was littered with snacks and looked like the cleaning crew didn’t show up. The hallways were dimly lit and had litter on the floor. Our beds weren’t made two of the four nights, and the toilet area was visibly dirty upon check in, which was an immediate turn off. But my kids loved the lobby games, computer and pool table. The pool was over chlorinated so my son was interested in going back in after the first time, which was the sole reason we picked this place. Oh there was no breakfast, which I missed when making the reservation so that’s my bad. The staff was really friendly and everything was new. I wouldn’t stay here again tho, I’d go next door to the Tru.

Hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not busy, but easy on and off highway. The bar here is awesome with great bourbon selections and rooms are always clean.

Clean hotel but I was there several days and the room was never cleaned . They didn’t resupply towels every day and did not bring us toilet paper . Also, the bathroom is not in a separate room which is strange . Weird concept .

Hi, our room was filthy upon arrival… the floor had crumbs, the toilet was dirty with a hair on it, there was an old washcloth in our shower, and there was dust caking on shelves. I went to the store and bought Clorox wipes and cleaned it myself. Please let me know oat I need to do next here. Marriott said to reach out to you.

1. Maid service was poor. 2. Sink drain did not drain. 3. Maid left our room door ajar after emptying trash-never even got an apology. 4. Maid did not replenish toilet paper or Kleenex, did not make beds, etc. 5. The female bartender was fantastic. We most likely would never stay at an Aloft property again. Complained to the front desk who took my information and sai the manager would call me (Saturday afternoon). It is now almost noon on Monday and no call has been made. I would choose another hotel.

The front desk was very nice but the hotel was dirty. The shower was covered in hair and dirt, the floors were sticky & had human and dog hair all over them, toothpaste was on the walls & the toiletries were empty. I offered to clean it myself if someone e would bring up supplies but a housekeeper came with a vacuum that was barely picking anything up & reeked like dog. We ended up going to the store to get our own cleaning supplies to take care of it.

Adjusted it down one degree and the T-stat kept flashing “wait”. Flashed for a good 5 min before the AC finally kicked on. Had to let the shower run for 7-8 min before any hot water would come out. Then it was not very hot. Like I said, bunch of little things.

I loved the room aesthetics! The staff was friendly & helpful. My daughter got to walk a dog that was staying from a nearby shelter that was unique! My only real complaint is it was difficult to get hot water so I had several cool showers!

Overall everything is good and the location is convenience friendly staff, except for the bathroom and I don’t like, because is wild open and it has no privacy, if you want to take a shower and you don’t feel comfortable .

Mustaffa was the first person I noticed when walking in the door. We have stayed at this particular hotel three or four times over the last year and he has been the highlight of our trip every time! He remembers our names and always grace us with a smile his customer service is second to none! The rest of the staff at the hotel is amazing as well and we will continue to choose to stay at Aloft when we visit Mooresville.

My aunt and I stayed a few days for a funeral. The trip was already hard on us, but Shenetra and David made us feel right at home. They were absolutely amazing and helped us immensely. Because of them we will definitely be staying here again if we come to town. Thank you both again!!

Front desk was very accomodating, however the bar tender was less than pleseant. We went to order food and get a drink a few minutes before 5:00 and he was rude about the bar not being open yet then ignored us well past 5:00. He also charged $30 for a double maker's mark but didn't provide the itemized receipt.

Everything about this hotel was convenient and easy. From the check in to the parking. It is right off the highway and easy to get in and out of. The layout of the room was perfect for working remotely. I loved that they had a rescue dog you could walk or just pet if you wanted. It made me feel at home.

The hitel is centrally located to both Lake Norman and Charlotte. We found several good restaurants in the area. The hotel has a bar and you can order food, but there is no restaurant. The staff was friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. Our only issue was the lack of space for clothing if you stay for more than 1-2 nights

We were on the first floor. The hall was very dark because there was a light out. When having breakfast, $ 7.00 stale cereal was available, but they were out of milk. Are you kidding me? The front desk gentleman was not friendly and never smiled. The floor rug, just passed the entrance was badly stained. If it’s supposed to look like that, to go along with the very weird design of the whole place, it’s not a good look. I won’t be back.

Two day stay and no service on room on second day. They said that they only service rooms every other day, but there was no notification of this. Room service did bring new towels when asked. Breakfast was terrible. $9 for a breakfast sandwich that consisted of a roll and an egg. The sausage that was supposed to included was missing. Never stay at an aloft hotel again
