Plenty of open parking around we were pulling a trailer and this was stress-free parking here. The rooms are much bigger than most hotels, very clean and modern. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for a local dog show and had two dogs with us. We were welcomed and they took extra effort to help manage their four legged guests. A placard for the door letting staff know there was a pet inside, waste stations and an available walking trail around the pond. The room was clean and spacious (we brought two large kennels with and still had plenty of space). The breakfast was good and kept well stocked and clean. The pool area was nice and my kids had fun. I wish there had been a hot tub but oh well. There were lots of food options close by and stores if you forgot anything. Overall it was a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that I booked with Hotels.com and they had the pet fee identified as $50 and when I arrived I was told the pet fee was $75. The hotel would not offer to match the stated price on the website and just said that Hotels was wrong and should get it fixed. I felt like they kind of pushed blame elsewhere instead of taking the customer service approach.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed overnight after a Cardinals baseball game. It is very clean and has a great hot breakfast. Nice pool. Staff are very Dr and helpful. Definitely recommend.

No hot water. I'm sure this isn't the normal but checked in at 430pm and still no hot water when checking out the next morning. Vending and ice on my floor was out of service.

The general common areas and the breakfast were great! Clean, well managed. The towels were a bit in rough shape and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. The linens were clean and the beds were suitable, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Very disappointed. I paid $165 for one night and the room was, although updated, dirty. It smelled like dirty sweaty on the chair and the pillows and the carpet had food crumbs behind the trash can and in front of the window. The carpet on the 4th floor hallway was way past its expiration. I slept in the smaller office chair and left early AM. Ive stayed at Hampton Inn's in the past but never at the one in OFallon Ill and i will never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and DONT STAY HERE

The staff here were so friendly and very nice, attentive during check in, stay and departure. The hotel was impeccably clean, My room was spotless upon entry. Having a snack store was really cool too, I was very pleased with the complimentary breakfast too, the food area was spotless, food was hot and fresh, waffle irons and prep area were so clean, a nice selection of fresh fruits and yogurt, fresh pastries in a case for your option of choice!. I would highly recommended this hotel

I am not sure why this property has a 9.4 rating. The first room I was given was filthy. The bathroom was not clean, the bed sheets were not clean nor was the bed made up. Hair was in the beds and tub and all over the other surfaces in the room and also stains on the walls and carpet. The second room was slightly decent but I was tired after a 12hr drive and decided to just deal with it. I had to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and I also had to change the sheets myself. The skirts on the bed were filthy as well in both rooms. This hotel is highly OVERRATED AND OVERPRICED! The front desk rep (African American guy) was pretty nice and moved me immediately after the first room and called about the second room and I informed him that it wasn’t the best but I was exhausted and didn’t feel like moving again. The hotel needs a good deep cleaning especially the walls and carpet. The housekeepers need to be trained on how to clean the rooms and to pay attention to detail. Also, they need to do something about the insulation! I should not be able to hear EVERYONE around me. I heard conversations and desires that I should not have heard.

One thing that was not really enjoyable with the stay was you could constantly hear footsteps above us I don’t know if there were young children but the ceiling seemed like it was coming down at times. I am thankful they stopped by 9 pm at least or I would have asked the attendant to ask them to be a little more quieter. Maybe the walls are a bit thinner, but we stayed at a best western in Missouri and didn’t hear anything next to us. It wasn’t as nice and clean but it was far more quieter and we were able to rest. Loved the smell of the shampoo conditioner and soap!! Very pleasant, and worked well!!

Worst TV guide I have experienced in 25 years. When you are in a different city than home and want to find something to watch on TV, you start at the TV Guide. Yours only shows one station at a time and offers very little info. I even checked with the front desk and they said, "That's the way it is"

LI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn O’Fallon and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain standard of service, but this stay fell far short. Housekeeping never serviced my room during my stay, despite my requests. I didn’t receive the wake-up calls I had scheduled, and even something as basic as towels was ignored after multiple requests. The staff was cold, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing these issues. I chose this hotel because of my trust in the Hilton brand, but this experience has left me questioning that trust. I hope improvements are made for future guests, but I won’t be returning to this location.

My experience was terrible due to rude front desk staff. There was also a soccer tournament when we was there and the kids sounded like they was coming through the floor. When reported i was rudely told by front desk staff that they have to get their kids ready for the tournament. Like my money didnt matter. She was very rude and hung up on me. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out.The front desk person was not at the desk and I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come help. That was a long time when I had been on the road for 14 hours and just wanted to check in. Then we go to breakfast and they are out of many things like spoons for the oatmeal that was not hot, coffee lids and so on. You pay to stay at a nice hotel knowing there will be a good hot breakfast and the quality was just not very good. We ended up going out to breakfast and that was dissappointing. Sub par for that area of hotels and if I was in management I would have been at the store that morning getting the supplies I needed for breakfast before people even knew it was an issue. There were lots of complaints from others on why they were oit of so many things. Better management would have problem solved instead of just saying sorry we are out, not our fault.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights for daughter’s wedding, which was at a venue next door. Other than that convenience, this was not a good experience. The rooms were okay, definitely could use an update. Asked for housekeeping to come after 2pm on the first day to flip the room. Manager told me no problem. They showed up at 9am on Saturday morning while we were doing hair and makeup for 7 people. When we left for the wedding around 1pm, stopped at the front desk to tell them we were leaving the rooms and could they please clean and flip the rooms. Management again said no problem, it will be done. Back at room around 8pm, nothing had been done, not even clean towels. Stopped by front desk again, was told by new staff “it’s not my problem and we have no one to do it now. Should have done it this morning.” To say I was angry was an understatement. We ended up sleeping in dirty rooms without clean sheets and had to beg for two new towels. Again, convenience was the only plus. Would never recommend this property.

Convenient location but the breakfast area needs more tables and the cushions need replacing. Breakfast round stratas tasted day old were all dried out. The scones?? Were old too. The breakfast was no better than much cheaper hotels. For the price charged at this hotel and the property only being 5 years old it is not worth the money. I was very disappointed.
