The cabin was clean and spacious. It was very cozy, and we all had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, the grill did not work and the hot tub was cloudy. Management was very responsive when a few questions came up.

Beautiful, clean cabin in a nice location. The grill on the deck did not work. The coffee maker was missing a carafe and was told they would replace it but it didn't fit. Was told they would get another but never did. We let the coffee drip into a pan each morning of our stay. Pool table is in very poor condition.

Way back when, we all lived in Dallas. Now we have scattered to Rogers, AR, Wentzville, MO, Plano, TX and South Pittsburg, TN. We all meet once a year for reunion. Moose on the Loose was perfect for our stay. 4 large bedrooms with 4 wonderful bathrooms, 4 balconies, hot tub, pool table, fantastic living area, etc. We would come back in a minute!

Great communication with us! We called to let them know an AC issue and they sent a technician right away. Then followed up with us to make sure it had been fixed. Home was just what we looked for. Spacious for the whole family. Just wished they had baby safety gates for the stairs. We had to go buy one for our adventuring toddler

My family and I loved staying here! 4.5/5 ⭐️ Pros: The location was very convenient. We traveled to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. The roads were nice getting to the property and there was plenty of parking. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. We loved having our own space in the individual rooms and bathrooms. Everything seemed, and smelled, clean upon arrival. The games were fun and we appreciated all there was to do within the cabin. The host was easy to get a hold of and a quick communicator. Cons: We could not get the fireplace to light. The Electronic door keypad was slightly difficult to use. This may have just been a battery issue, but it would not work unless we held the keypad to the side while pushing the buttons. This did leave us unable to lock it on the first night we left. This could be a simple battery issue, though! The living room could use a little more furniture or possibly updated furniture. I wouldn’t really consider it to be Mountain Views, but we didn’t have time to enjoy the beautiful patios much. We would absolutely stay here again!

All in all we enjoyed our stay. We arrived Friday night and brought chicken to barbecue but it turned out the grill did not work. I notified the company as most our dinners were going to be grilled. Someone was supposed to get back with us but never did. Also, I specifically had asked if there was a coffee maker or keurig. I was told coffee maker so we bought ground coffee and filters. The coffee maker did not have the carafe. There WAS a keurig so we had to go back to the store. Minor inconveniences. Would have been nice to have hand soap and a few more amenities but no biggie.

Minor issues we encountered was broken drawer in kitchen, low water pressure in one of the first floor bathroom showers and the propane grill on deck not working it was nothing we couldn't overcome. We enjoyed our stay and use of the hot tub. We did not see any bears locally! We were able to use the lodge as home base, while we visited the parks and surrounding area where we did see deer, bear, turkeys and a ground hog.

The cabin was every bit as perfect as the pictures showed. Cozy, warm, very clean. Plenty of room for the 6 adults. And the staff at the rental agency was SO friendly and helpful! If I called with a question, they were right there with the answer. We’ll be back!

Hot tub only goes to 99 degrees so it more of a warm tub. Location is great to Gatlinburg. Pans could use an update or bring your own. Alarm went off as soon as we entered and it was horrendous. This code should be provided along with code to enter the cabin. Vies were obstructed and wasn’t really what was portrayed on website. There are also steps down into the living area which was difficult navigate for my parents. Shower is left guest room was a trickle and hard to regulate temperature. Water stained ceilings need addressed. Overall a 6/10. Did the trick for a vacation.

Our home was exactly as expected, we had minor issue getting and and the alarm going off, but the only reason I mention this is the ease with which it was resolved, a text or 2 and quickly done. House was super well furnished, clean and just as advertised. Very happy over all.

We had 7 adults so it was super nice that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The management is fantastic, responding within minutes to any questions. It feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere, but it only takes 7 or 8 min to get into town! The only things to take note of is that the upstairs is difficult to cool down without freezing downstairs, and there is only sitting room in the downstairs living room for 7 people. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, so you can sit people in there if you have more than 7 people. We really enjoyed our stay! A quick note about dining choices... not much in the way of elevated dining, but Ole Red's was great for lunch.

The house was very nice with four king bedrooms and attaching bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities you would need to prepare any type meal. We had a fun time playing pool and enjoyed cooking Shrimp and steaks on the back deck. There was plenty of room to accommodate four couples and a nice dining area with a spacious living room. We did have to call a couple of times upon entry. The first time the code would not work because we were fifteen minutes early, the lady remotely unlocked the door before entry. We thought all was well and then 30 seconds later the entry alarm went off and I had to call back and get the code number to shut the security alarm off. I received three text messages on our last day to let them know as soon as we checked before 10:00am. We did enjoy the house and location outside of Gatlinburg, Tn. we would stay at the house again!

Great communication with us! We called to let them know an AC issue and they sent a technician right away. Then followed up with us to make sure it had been fixed. Home was just what we looked for. Spacious for the whole family. Just wished they had baby safety gates for the stairs. We had to go buy one for our adventuring toddler

The cabin was every bit as perfect as the pictures showed. Cozy, warm, very clean. Plenty of room for the 6 adults. And the staff at the rental agency was SO friendly and helpful! If I called with a question, they were right there with the answer. We’ll be back!

The property is set up well if your family has no mobility issues. The 4 King BRs ensure everyone has a great space. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is decorated inside and makes for a festive setting. The only way to reach the property management group before checking in is to call. I sent multiple messages inquiring about the grill and coffee maker with no response, but when you call they are quick to assist. We did have issues with the grill and alarm. After calling multiple times a very, helpful and friendly handy man arrived. Unfortunately, we had to just deal with the berping alarm, but between he and my husband we determined the grill had some kind of timer, which no one understood. The kitchen was well appointed with enough pots and pans Overall, the house needs a little TLC, but it provided a comfortable, clean, spacious and festive environment for our family get together.

We had 7 adults so it was super nice that all 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The management is fantastic, responding within minutes to any questions. It feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere, but it only takes 7 or 8 min to get into town! The only things to take note of is that the upstairs is difficult to cool down without freezing downstairs, and there is only sitting room in the downstairs living room for 7 people. The dining area is adjacent to the living room, so you can sit people in there if you have more than 7 people. We really enjoyed our stay! A quick note about dining choices... not much in the way of elevated dining, but Ole Red's was great for lunch.

The house was very nice with four king bedrooms and attaching bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities you would need to prepare any type meal. We had a fun time playing pool and enjoyed cooking Shrimp and steaks on the back deck. There was plenty of room to accommodate four couples and a nice dining area with a spacious living room. We did have to call a couple of times upon entry. The first time the code would not work because we were fifteen minutes early, the lady remotely unlocked the door before entry. We thought all was well and then 30 seconds later the entry alarm went off and I had to call back and get the code number to shut the security alarm off. I received three text messages on our last day to let them know as soon as we checked before 10:00am. We did enjoy the house and location outside of Gatlinburg, Tn. we would stay at the house again!

My family and I loved staying here! 4.5/5 ⭐️ Pros: The location was very convenient. We traveled to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. The roads were nice getting to the property and there was plenty of parking. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. We loved having our own space in the individual rooms and bathrooms. Everything seemed, and smelled, clean upon arrival. The games were fun and we appreciated all there was to do within the cabin. The host was easy to get a hold of and a quick communicator. Cons: We could not get the fireplace to light. The Electronic door keypad was slightly difficult to use. This may have just been a battery issue, but it would not work unless we held the keypad to the side while pushing the buttons. This did leave us unable to lock it on the first night we left. This could be a simple battery issue, though! The living room could use a little more furniture or possibly updated furniture. I wouldn’t really consider it to be Mountain Views, but we didn’t have time to enjoy the beautiful patios much. We would absolutely stay here again!

All in all we enjoyed our stay. We arrived Friday night and brought chicken to barbecue but it turned out the grill did not work. I notified the company as most our dinners were going to be grilled. Someone was supposed to get back with us but never did. Also, I specifically had asked if there was a coffee maker or keurig. I was told coffee maker so we bought ground coffee and filters. The coffee maker did not have the carafe. There WAS a keurig so we had to go back to the store. Minor inconveniences. Would have been nice to have hand soap and a few more amenities but no biggie.

Our home was exactly as expected, we had minor issue getting and and the alarm going off, but the only reason I mention this is the ease with which it was resolved, a text or 2 and quickly done. House was super well furnished, clean and just as advertised. Very happy over all.

Nine of us stayed for 4 nights. The cabin is well situated in Gatlinburg, near grocery. Very roomy and comfortable for 9 people. Secluded. Easy parking. First 2 days were very peaceful until neighbors came. They were loud till after 2 am. Place is dated but ok. For those coming, there is a Keurig. Take night lites. Place very dark at night. We also did not receive the alarm code prior to arrival and it was blaring until we reached the office by text.

The house is amazing. The location was the perfect spot in reference to getting to the football fields and downtown Gatlinburg. The beds were a little soft, we had lots of little ladybugs and if you have kids playing upstairs, it’s hard to listen to the TV downstairs Overall, a great place recommend anyone to stay
