Cramped. Lights flickered. Lost water and some power last morning there and no staff on site early in morning. Nice staff, breakfast, and gym.

Exceptional! Excellent customer service. Friendly staffs including reception, breakfast staff and house keeping staffs. Tasty breakfast, daily cleaning. The area is very safe and only short walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport. The hotel is opposite of the Mount Lycadettus. We are family of four stayed for seven nights. Our flight was 4.55pm and they allowed us to stay until 1.30pm as a compliment which is good as we didn't have to rush to check out at 11am. We are planning to book with this hotel in future. Thanks to all staffs! We may see you again. Ajith Kumar Panicker

We reserved a executive suite and it had a Jacuzzi but no shower, the room was cold and we could not heat it up even when we out the thermostat to 30. It is a run down hotel that needs a lot of up keep. Don’t trust the pictures. The staff (especially Stella and Eros) did what they could to help is even offering the shower in the gym as an alternative. The only issue with the gym shower is that hot water is limited and an instant flood is created when you turn the water on.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Hotel is a walk up a hill from the main road and nearby train station but a good distance away from the noise. Breakfast was delicious!
