Bel hôtel style boutique très bien situé. Il n'y a toutefois pas de stationnement sur place. Un stationnement public payant est disponible à 15 Euronla nuit à 2 bloc de l'hôtel.

Nydelig sted, fin beliggenhet, men svært støyete rom. Både fra gatestøy og dårlig støyisolert rom, men også fra intern trapp i hotellet som bråket frytelig hvis noen gikk i. Tenker at rommene på takterrassen sikkert fungerer bra ettersom de ligger over trappen. Vi sov derfor svært lite under oppholdet. Obs. Bassenget på bildet er fint, men ligger i respesjon/ frokostsalen så terskel for bruk er høy. Men dette plaget ikke oss og er ikke årsak for dårlig rating.

We booked the junior suite which was the size of a standard roomin any US or Mexican hotel, not worth the price of $420.00 euros, pool is tiny and it is by the lobby area next to the restaurant

This gem of a hotel is in a wonderful location for sightseeing. Historic with an industrial feel (that's why we chose it) we opted for a rooftop terrace room which was extremely comfortable and spacious enough for our 5 night stay. Reading previous reviews I knew there were no storage drawers (which would be beneficial) but we asked for additional hangers in advance to rectify this issue. All the staff were welcoming, friendly & professional. The big portioned breakfasts were delicious and the option of dining on the rooftop for fabulous views, or inside under the vaulted ceiling on ground floor was perfect. Only minor 'downside' for us was that the pool was absolutely freezing. I know European hotels do not heat their pools, but as it was inside it did not have the heat of the sun to warm it slightly, as a result I had to bail within 5 minutes, which I felt was a shame, but this personal preference would not stop me visiting again or recommending the Asomaton. I would sum it up as a 'wonderful quirky hotel with first class service at a reasonable price' perfect for your Athens adventure!

exceptional modern hotel. the "soaking pool" in the eating area was too small and public to use, but not a single other problem... older people might have problems with the unusual steps though. and, oh my, we _loved_ the shower! we want one! best wishes thank you

Staff was amazing, breakfast was excellent, location was very convenient - walking distance to everything. We did not go in the pool, it was tiny and located near the lobby. If you don't want to be caught in the crowds at night time, get a bottle of wine and sit on the rooftop and look at the acropolis.

We had an amazing stay at Asomaton!!! The location is perfect. So close to many restaurants, shops and major archeological sites!! The staff is super friendly and attentive! They fulfilled all of our requests and answered all of our questions. Their attention to every detail is unmatched. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room. Every morning it was delivered at the exact time we asked for and every day it was delicious! Our room was cleaned every day by housekeeping; clean towels, sheets, and a clean room. We absolutely recommend this hotel and its staff highly. We will be back!!

Fantastiskt bra läge, nära till sevärdheter, restauranger och shopping. Annorlunda hotell med öppet ute/inne, vårt rum var fint och rent. Cool liten inomhuspool och fantastisk takterrass med utsikt mot bland annat Akropolis. Vi serverades en jättefin frukost på takterrassen, färskpressad juice, god yoghurt med färsk frukt, bröd och pannkakor. Personalen var jättetrevlig, rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Unfortunately my room ended up having bedbugs, my still covered with bites. They did apologized and move me to another room but nothing else was done, I had to go home and treat my luggage before stepping into my home so I wouldn't bring bedbugs with me.

Tres bon accueil. Mais l'an chambre est au bord de la route tres tres bruyante. Tres lumineuse. Un des rideaux cassé ce qui laisse entrer la lumiere de la rue. Le panneau lumineux exit dans la chambre est tres lumineux ce qui renforce la Lumiere. la clim se coupe automatiquement toute les heure donc on suffoque au milieu dé là nuit. Le petit dejeuner en depart avant 6h est juste une blague pour le prix. Une pomme une bouteille d’eau et un carré avec jambon. Bref pour 200€ c’est une blague !!

We loved that this hotel is across the street from a bus stop that easily takes you into the city centre, or is a simple walk down the street from all major squares in Athens. The staff here were very helpful and friendly, and checked if museums and laundry areas were open for us on a holiday. We had a very small ant issue that staff immediately dealt with for us (after which we never had an issue again). Breakfast was delicious, which you have to pre-order the day before, and we took it on the rooftop with an incredible view! The room was also equipped with the best shower we've experienced in a long time! The hotel advertises their rooms as soundproof, but we found this not to be the case. However, the room is equipped with free earplugs and we travel with our own anyway to sleep at night. Just beware that everyday outside traffic & hotel foot traffic noise does seep into your room. We did not have an issue with this.

Nice little boutique hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and historical places. My room in the third floor had a fantastic view but was extremely loud during the evening, seems like there is a restaurant almost next to it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This well-situated gem is close enough to the Acroplois, yet on a not too busy street across from an amazing Hammam. There are countless pedestrian alleys with tavernas and shops within blocks. Maria and the entire front desk team were very friendly, efficient and professiona. They were happy to help with restaurant reservations and taxis, and offered thoughtful suggestions of things to do. The rooms were simple, not too spacious but also not crameped, and clean. Everything worked as it should, there was a good minibar and they even left us sweets at night. The rooftop was small and private and offered a clear view of the Acropolis. Breakfasts were fantastic — far better than one would expect from a hotel. I am eager to return to Athens and this sweet spot for sleeping!

Really eclectic boutique hotel. Staff was warm and personable. Rooms large and comfortable. Different type of hotel experience than most big European cities. Quiet and safe. Area was hard to find at first but very walkable to other sections of Athens that are are quiet nice and busy. Lots of restaurants near by and easily accessible to ruins.

This is a beautiful hotel that was perfect for my daughter and I. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful ancient historical sites are within walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious and very filling (we never ate lunch!). I hope to visit Athens again. If I do, I will return to this hotel.

We had a lovely stay! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Acropolis which is so fun. Our first day had an early start, so they made breakfast boxes we could eat since it was before the breakfast time. Maria was very helpful from check-in, local dining, and getting a taxi to leave.

We were easily able to walk to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Rooftop deck had a nice view of the Parthenon which we especially enjoyed lit up at night. Rooms are very small but were clean and modern with comfy beds and nice showers.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage! Uns hat das Design und die hochwertige Ausstattung des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse bestens. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Metalltreppe im Treppenhaus, durch die, je nach Lage des Zimmers, die Schritte in der Nacht deutlich zu hören sind. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Without any exaggeration, this has been a superb stay for every reason. The hotel is beautifully and very cleverly designed. Simple yet elegant. Very clean and central. Kudos to the architect and designer. The staff have been absolutely great. Polite and professional always doing their utmost to help. All were great and especially Angeliki. Breakfast was lovely and fulfilling. The location is great. Easy access to the Acropolis without being caught up in the craziness of the touristic hive of activity.

Thought this would have been a perfect ending to our 2 plus weeks in Greece, However, after arriving early and waiting over 2 hours our room was not ready. Came back later and checked in then off to dinner. Got a text at dinner that our other room was ready.. It was never mention in all the time we were waiting. We didn't know it but Yes, we accidently doubled booked the room. Our Expedia trip was shared and didn't realize this until their text. Hotel was near empty and thought that an honest mistake would be met with some sort of compassion. Nope.... You booked it ... it is yours. I would not recommend staying here. Kind of sketchy fringe neighborhood. True customer service would have worked with us in some capacity. Never while we waited in lobby for our room did they say we had two reservations. We didn't realize it until they texted us at dinner that the room key was waiting in a lock box. Spoke to them and they would not authorize a refund through Expedia.

We had a lovely stay! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Acropolis which is so fun. Our first day had an early start, so they made breakfast boxes we could eat since it was before the breakfast time. Maria was very helpful from check-in, local dining, and getting a taxi to leave.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They noted that we had an early flight so offered to leave a "carry-away" breakfast for us at the front desk since we would miss the complimentary breakfast buffet. They also gave great suggestions for restaurants. Most importantly, they made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The rooftop desk has stunning views of the Acropolis and other parts of Athens. I will definitely stay here again.

Without any exaggeration, this has been a superb stay for every reason. The hotel is beautifully and very cleverly designed. Simple yet elegant. Very clean and central. Kudos to the architect and designer. The staff have been absolutely great. Polite and professional always doing their utmost to help. All were great and especially Angeliki. Breakfast was lovely and fulfilling. The location is great. Easy access to the Acropolis without being caught up in the craziness of the touristic hive of activity.

We were easily able to walk to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Rooftop deck had a nice view of the Parthenon which we especially enjoyed lit up at night. Rooms are very small but were clean and modern with comfy beds and nice showers.

Hotel was very nice. Our room with a balcony was lovely. Breakfast on the first morning was good, but the 2nd morning the staff were very disorganized and we had wait almost an hour for our breakfast, which was cold. Location was very good but on a main road so a little bit noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the staff need better training, they appeared very inexperienced.

Rooms are perfect and cleanliness is 10/10z Only ‘but’ is that the breakfast area is too small and we had to wait, but the day after we asked for breakfast in the room and it was perfect. Thanks to Maria, Angela and rest of the employees for the great welcoming and help with the restaurants.

We like the cost and super convenient location for the train to the ferry and airport. It has a lovely roof top terrace with excellent view of the acropolis. The staff were lovely too.

What a beautiful and unique boutique hotel! We had a wonderful experience! It’s also in a great location, close to all the sights and shops and restaurants! The breakfast was fantastic, with the option of taking it in your room, in the lovely lobby area, or the lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views! We were recommended 5 restaurants close by and were able to try 4 of them and they were all very good. I recommend Asomaton to anyone looking for a a unique boutique hotel experience!

Fantastiskt bra läge, nära till sevärdheter, restauranger och shopping. Annorlunda hotell med öppet ute/inne, vårt rum var fint och rent. Cool liten inomhuspool och fantastisk takterrass med utsikt mot bland annat Akropolis. Vi serverades en jättefin frukost på takterrassen, färskpressad juice, god yoghurt med färsk frukt, bröd och pannkakor. Personalen var jättetrevlig, rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Tres bon accueil. Mais l'an chambre est au bord de la route tres tres bruyante. Tres lumineuse. Un des rideaux cassé ce qui laisse entrer la lumiere de la rue. Le panneau lumineux exit dans la chambre est tres lumineux ce qui renforce la Lumiere. la clim se coupe automatiquement toute les heure donc on suffoque au milieu dé là nuit. Le petit dejeuner en depart avant 6h est juste une blague pour le prix. Une pomme une bouteille d’eau et un carré avec jambon. Bref pour 200€ c’est une blague !!

Great location in the heart of Athens. We were able to explore Ermou St and all the ancient sites in the city centre. The hotel was beautiful and unique with a door opening up to a secret garden that my daughter thought was magical. We walked up to the roof and the views were incredible. We felt very safe and we slept like rocks with zero noise even on a busy Saturday night in July. We made use of the small pool in the lobby to cool off after a solid 20k step day but went back out again to enjoy the stunning views of the Acropolis at night just a short walk down the street. We were out until about 11pm and felt safe the entire time. We really enjoyed Little Kook which is a few blocks away and the flea market. We did raid the mini bar though...so they got us there. But after a long travel day it was a welcome sight. We would 100% stay there again.

Our room was noisy. Great place if you are enjoying the nightlife. Terrible if you are looking for a restful night sleep on the weekend. Great staff. Cool space. But the noise is an issue.

A small modern framed hotel in an old cool, building. Perfect location for centre of Athens, but in a quiet back street, also near three Metro stations, so easy to get from Airport. Friendly Staff and Super fresh breakfast on the roof terrace with views over to Acropolis, plus a very comfortable big bed and some small nice touches in the room. Don’t want to recommend as it might get too busy and we won’t be able to get in 😂
