Helpful and warm staff. Walkable to good restaurants. Accommodations were very comfortable and we even enjoyed the music in the short elevator ride. Having a balcony was a real plus.

The neighborhood appears sketchy at first but it is actually pretty good. The staff could not possibly have been more helpful and nice. The rooms and amenities were better than any hotel we have ever been in (and paid far more for less quality).There are excellent cafes , restaurants, and transportation all within walking distance of.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely modern and very comfortable. There was also a lanai but we rarely used it as we were either sleeping or outside. I wish I did use it. It's a very spacious outside area. Had a lovely time here. Everything you could need is near. Do not let the appearance of the surrounding neighbour fool you. It may look a bit unloved bit it's very safe. The staff we met were great and very helpful every time. Marina was very helpful. Any messaging we got was very informative. Everything was flawless. I would certainly stay here again. Nice bonus is that the lift plays great tunes that I largely love.

Very nice hotel room in very nice location, not in city center but in walking distance and close to many cool cafes and bars. Room was great and very clean. I am very sensitive to sound at night, so my only issue was that there was a lot of noise coming from people entering the hotel as well as from people in the stairwell at night. One night someone even rang the doorbell from the street to my room at 5 in the morning... In general, though, I very much appreciated this hotel and would choose it again.
