Room was quiet.The lake and beach were nice.The pools and hot tubs were clean and awesome.Staff was friendly.Not to busy even over who za wa festival .we were glad the outside pool and hot tub were still open.we will be back next year.

We were very happy with Aloha Beach resort. We loved that it’s on the lake and has free kayaks to use and a balcony that overlooks lake.. the room was spacious and clean, which is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

It was during winter time so a lot of the outdoor activities are obviously closed in dells , but we just came up for a weekend getaway. The rooms were a little dated, but very well kept up. pleasant staff, the sauna was a nice feature you don’t find in a lot of places, for the price I paid I thought it was an excellent deal.

4 out of 5 stars. The rooms and building are in desperate need of a renovation. The property is understaffed, and it would be nice to have towels provided for use of their pools. That being said, the lake view and access to the beach is unmatched. The kids loved playing at the beach and on the floating obstacle course. I also loved that the hotel provides use of kayaks for free. I’ll take the relaxed lake vibe at Aloha Beach Resort over any of the big indoor waterpark hotels any day.

Always love our stay here. Only “complaints” were that our room was supposed to have a lake view, but it definitely did not. The outdoor hot tub was also closed on our second day without warning or explanation which was a huge bummer.

The beach was amazing. The lake view was beautiful. The kayaks were missing the back rests so it was very hard to use. The rooms could use a painting walls were very dirty. The balconies were very clean and nice although some rooms were missing the chairs. Great place to bring kids they loved the boucies

My kids had a good time in the water but the property is very dirty and old. Geese droppings everywhere, room is old, toilet water runs for 15 minutes after flushing, shower drips, sandy pools. Dirty water. Very few or no workers cleaning up the place, especially the dirty beach. Beach chairs were eorn out. I don't recommend this place.

Really enjoyed staying at this property and loved that it included admission to the Land of Natura as well as the zoo! Definitely a bonus that will make us return to Aloha Beach Resort for another stay! The property itself is a bit outdated and the room could have used a deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. But overall, good stay!

We booked here because of the inflatables in the lake but unfortunately they were completely covered in poop, like actual turds, likely from the ducks. I am an animal lover and this seems a bit hard to avoid but definitely ruined the reason why we chose to stay here. We did see some people cleaning it the next day but at that point our interest was minimal since they are just scrubbing it off into the water nearby and it was so much. On the flip side we went to Land of Natura with the free passes and that was great.

Our room was dirty, full of flies, smelled musty and mildew and the toilet didn’t flush. The housekeepers did not speak English. The pool was filthy, freezing cold and the whole area was cruddy. We left soon after checking in. The desk clerks were no help at all. Clueless.

Well I found the experience to be both enjoyable and frustrating. On the bright side, the location was beautiful and the surrounding was peaceful. The rooms had spiders inside, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, the tub was clogged which i had to unclogged. I reported to maintenance but they took too long. The resort has potential due to the location and beautiful surroundings. Although it needs maintenance and improvement.

The hotel itself was fine, but the obstacle course on the water has significantly amounts of duck poop on it. It was almost impossible to navigate without stepping in water loaded with duck poop or duck poop. It’s gross. For $300 a night you would think they could by a row boat and a water pump to clean off the apparatuses. If you like bouncing around in duck poop this is the place for you.

Only issue was significant bird poop covering the inflatable playground on the lake. They need to clean it off daily because it was extremely gross. Looked like it had accumulated for some time. 1980’s microwave in our room was strange but didn’t mind. If it wasn’t for the bird poop issue would be 5 stars.

Have stayed in the dells numerous times, but never before at Aloha Beach. This place is a hidden gem. Private beach on Lake Delton, with floating rafts on site. Beach was very clean and plenty of chairs. Outdoor pool was a little small, but wasn’t overcrowded. Room was a little dated, but clean. Jacuzzi in room, but didn’t use. And the small balcony was nice to sit on while the sun was setting. Price was in line with other stays in the Dells area. If you’re looking for a place off the main stretch in the Dells area, this is a place to check out.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights and were pleased with this facility. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. Only things that we didn’t like were the hard mattress’ and our fridge was not plugged in. Would stay here again😃

We had a wonderful stay and the beds were very comfy. The room is very spacious. We like the have to balcony outside! The only issue we had was there was people next door to us on till like 130 am. Otherwise we enjoyed the hot tub for 2 of the nights we were there. Our friends also enjoyed it too! This is our second time staying here we stayed here last year on the same weekend!

Bought out by a resort should mean that the cost of the room should reflect the condition of the room and amenities in the room, not just the name. TV remote barely worked, about 20 channels (same as 10 years ago) toilets and showers the same probably changed the seat.. Weird, bulky furniture in the room (We do not need a 9 large drawer dresser). Updates were made last couple of years outside, which were awesome, but now gone because of the ither resort. I love the place because of the location and have bringing my kiddos for a decade. It is unfortunate that the cost has tripled because it was bought by a larger resort..

This was our 2nd stay here. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Blind on door was broken and needed to be replaced with light blocking blind as their neon sign is very bright. Front desk staff need to learn how to greet guests and speak up. Will stay again.

We stayed in tiki 335, we loved the wood floor but it would be nice if there was a small rug by our door since we brought in sand in our feet, so it was all over our floor. Beds weren't very comfortable. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee, t.p. or Kleenex. One day they didn't make our beds. Ice maker was bad, and container for ice had no lid or insulation so melted fast. We did love Theresa at the front desk, she was very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cleanliness of the hot tubs and pools. Over all our stay was good and we would stay there again and recommend this hotel to others.

Called ahead if able check in before show at Crystal Grand rude girl like no I explained tickets/time/travel Nope… Then tv does Work go get new batteries check in desk told should have called for maintenance, then only few local channels work…. Maybe better in summer but as of this experience would not recommend or stay again

The stay was wonderful. It started with Check-In. Theresa checked us in. And since we went during off season, she was able to make adjustments and got us a great room that worked best for us. Honestly, the only thing of note is that the beds were extremely tall. So, being 5' 3" it was a little trickier getting into the bed. But, outside of that it was a great stay.

A house keeper walked into my room even after the do not disturb sign was on the door and pretended she made a mistake. Either way she had no cart with her to clean the room which made me extremely suspicious because she didn't even knock, didn't have a cart with cleaning items, ignored the sign and barged in the room, mind you it was after 5pm! When she seen me she began to stumble her words to give an explanation. My husband left with my grandson so I'm sure she seen them leave the room thinking no one was in the room. After looking up reviews on line we read others had this happen to them as well.

My two adult daughters and I stayed for a long weekend get away. Hotel was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Hotel staff was friendly but quite stingy with towels. Bath towels were small and they would not allow has to have 6 ( 2 each) even though we turned in the used ones. They have a great pool and beach area for adults and kids. I would stay again if in the area.

Have stayed in the dells numerous times, but never before at Aloha Beach. This place is a hidden gem. Private beach on Lake Delton, with floating rafts on site. Beach was very clean and plenty of chairs. Outdoor pool was a little small, but wasn’t overcrowded. Room was a little dated, but clean. Jacuzzi in room, but didn’t use. And the small balcony was nice to sit on while the sun was setting. Price was in line with other stays in the Dells area. If you’re looking for a place off the main stretch in the Dells area, this is a place to check out.

The rooms are basic, but clean. We didn't use the indoor pools but the outside pool was nice and beach area is clean. Walking distance to a restaurant called the Lake House which was really good. Also walked to the ice cream shop next door! Easy drive to downtown Wisconsin Dells, close to everything!

Convenient location, beautiful beach area, nice clean and comfortable room (I stayed in room 306); 2QNS w/ microwave, mini fridge, table/chairs, couch and coffee table. Beautiful balcony with a view of the lake, pool right below. I will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! The staff were fantastic; kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful with food/drink recommendations. Received discounts on drinks and food at local restaurants upon arrival.

I will definitely be back! Best thing we did in the Dells! It was a quiet retreat to the hustle and bustle of the main street. 6 minutes away from pretty much everything, but you feel secluded. Amazing for a family that isn't looking for water slides but and water fun still!

Also loved the benefits of the zoo and Land of Natura, which are included in your stay. Also just a mile from main strip, and a cute little restaurant and ice cream shop within walking distance. Me, my husband and three kids (9,7,5) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Quiet, family friendly place just minutes away from the theme parks and other attractions. With the stay here you get access to there other brand locations like Natura, Timbavati, and treescapes. I would stay here again.

Quick winter weekend stay to visit family in area. Aloha offered nice value for a clean, comfortable stay. Comfy beds. Clean, spacious rooms. Great staff. No breakfast. Remote but good location.

This hotel did not live up to expectations, nor did it live up to the website. The hotel does not have any dining on the premises. The "properties" the Aloha Resort mentions are off site. There was no food, no coffee, and nothing extra special about it. The curtain rod was broken, the microwave smelled like it was on fire, and the one packet of sugar and coffee creamer was not replenished. And the carpet was pretty dirty. You can tell the hotel has seen better days. But the pool was clean, the lake was pretty, even though our balcony room didn't show much it. If you have kids that just want to swim, and if you don't mind having to go out for food and morning coffee, you'll probably find the place enjoyable. But I had higher expectations given that the word "resort" was used, and overall wished I had booked a room somewhere else.

Beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The tub needs to have a non slip mat or a bar you can hold on to when you are taking a shower. The toilet is to low and the sink is in the other room.
