I booked the hotel room in my name with this hotels com account and when I went to check in the hotel night clerk at the desk told me that I was on a can not check in list. I did not get to get a key or enter into a room that I had paid for in my name. I spent over 70 of the last 100 I had available to book this room and it was supposed to get refunded to my bank account but has not yet been deposited. Please let me know what list they are talking about? If specifically just a problem list at travel lodge Madison heights. Or am I not part of allowed guests at Baymont? I had a room there I never got an accurate message why I couldn't any longer stay there
