This property is awesome. Rooms are spacious and clean. Little area to sit outside of room is lovely. Bathroom spacious and clean. Ample parking. Plenty of options for restaurants in town. Fun firepit where you can make s’mores. Amenities in room are great. Water, snacks, good coffee, and drinks all complimentary. Only stayed one night but on return trip will be staying another.

Unbelievable!! What an absolutely stunning property with great service. Great reception. Great spacious room. Great AC. Comfy bed. Lovely private patio. Amazing roof space to watch the sun go down, and the stars come out. Not much in the way of food so expect to hit Torrey. Definitely will stay again

This place is a hidden gem for those touring Capitol Reef! The rooms are spacious, the private hot tubs overlook the most scenic mountain backdrop, and there were complimentary s’mores, snacks, and beverages! 12 out of 10, really!! We toured from Breckenridge to Salt Lake City for 10-days visiting the 5 Utah parks, and this was by FAR our favorite lodging stop!! Do it!!! Ps. Curry Pizza for dinner is a MUST when staying here- delicious!

Fans of modernism will love the Sky View Hotel. Our room was aesthetically pleasing AND comfortable. The sliding glass door to our patio area provided breathtaking views. Their kind and attentive staff provided hiking and dining recommendations. I highly recommend the breakfast box from Hunt & Gather.

I loved our quick weekend visit to the Skyview Hotel. The property is really beautiful and has an amazing view. We booked a hot tub room, and it got a lot of use when the temps were lower in the morning and night. The view from out there is unreal at night - with the lights off, we could see almost as many stars from the hot tub as we did in the park which is pretty incredible. The room was comfortable and had more than everything we needed; they have thought of lots of extras like a nicely sized mini-fridge, a microwave, french press with local coffee, snacks and some complimentary beverages. We also loved how close we were to town and the park. The staff was great and we would definitely visit again!

Skyview in Torrey, Utah was amazing! Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view! Quiet, very clean, very comfortable, and the hot tub was a very nice addition.... we will be back! If you go to Torrey, Utah you should stay at Skyview! The owners, Nick and Josh are absolutely the best!!!!!

A unique stay enjoyed the fire pit area was a very nice place to stay. Staff was great the only drawback but truly was not an issue the dome did not have a restroom in the room so it was a walk to our private dome bathroom but wasnt a big deal. We knew that going into it so it was a decision we made, to be ok with and it was fine. Very clean and several places to eat in town just a few minutes away.

This place was amazing. The rooms were big, new, modern, clean. The view was incredible of the red rocks. There was a nice fire in the pit in the evening. It was a cloudy night so I didn't get to star gaze from the roof top... so going back another time. Best shower on 6 continents. I am 6-1 and am very picky about showers. This is the first one in 26 countries I would give a 5-star rating to... Tall enough, wide enough, and very clean, easy to operate, good water pressure and plenty of hot water!!!! Congrats

Very nice and peaceful place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef NP. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bright, and new. Bed was great. View was beautiful. Star gazing at night was so cool. Personal touches of snacks and drinks was nice to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Nice view on the north side of the property, hence the names. Private Bullfrog hot tub on the patio with separating walls between patios was perfect for the very cool evenings we were there. Just very new, very clean, very modern (rather than the traditional western or country themes normally seen in UT, AZ, or CA).

I spent one night at this hotel as I was traveling across Utah, seeing the national parks. Positives were the fabulous view from room and being able to sit out outside and relax. The hotel was new, modern, and clean. I also enjoyed the extra touch of having snacks available in the room for no extra charge, it was a nice welcoming touch. There are only 14 rooms and there is no one above you. When you walk outside of your room, there is relaxing music playing softly as you walk to your car. Check-in was easy and staff was very welcoming. Some of the rooms I think maybe half of them have hot tubs outside on the patio. I did not realize that when I booked or they may have been sold out of the hot tub rooms. I would highly recommend to get a room with a hot tub for the view and the stars. I can’t really think of anything negative from my stay there. I would definitely go there again, but make sure that I planned to be able to have a room with a hot tub.

Amazing hotel, they best we tried in US by far. What a room, what a view, what a nice staff! The hot tub was so nice, you could sit there and see the stars and shooting stars. So nice quite, and lovely breakfast. The national park so close and in all the surrounding areas. Drive to Moon Overlook ask st the reception, an area out of this world. Near by restaurants.

Beautiful modern SPACIOUS room! They’ve thought of every detail. The furniture is so comfortable and the bed and pillows are “to-die-for” comfortable. The views are awesome! Loved it here - would definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. The room has beautiful views and so cozy. Unique decor and special touches take this room from nice to luxurious. The hot tub was so great after a busy day to unwind and view the stars. We had such a lovely stay! Our only real “complaint” was that there is no hanging area for coats/shirts.

The room was immaculate and very well supplied with everything to make our stay comfortable. We loved the jar of local ground coffee to make in the French press. The view from the room is amazing and the private patio was a perfect spot for star gazing at night. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the artistic flair of our room and the hotel itself.

Compared to most hotels, this is an unusual property: a long building with entries on one side and patios on the other. The view is toward open country and the Torrey cliffs. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable, and clean. I loved it! I would return without hesitation. I particularly enjoyed the view, clean wood floors, quiet, sliding glass door (whole wall), and convenience. The bathroom was spacious. Some minor drawbacks. They forgot, or got their signal crossed, to make up the room. They were very responsive and fixed it right away when I complained. The TV screen and programs are great, but it took a couple of minutes to figure out the Apple TV system. There is no closet in the room. So, if you need to hang your suits, you are out of luck. We were hiking the canyons and had no such need. The roof patio looked like a good place to hang out. The parking lot is functional but unpaved. They also have yurts. The bathrooms for the yurts are separated from the yurt room and quite distant.

The second the door to your room is opened and you see straight through to floor to ceiling windows/doors and that view - this hotel is a 5/5! The room is fantastic too, with a comfortable bed, couch and lounging chair, great snacks and drinks, but the patio is everything. The chairs are cool looking and comfortable, and despite the fact that we could have lounged there for days ... we did hit the rooftop terrace for the sunset! It was our 35th Anniversary and we were so happy to have spent it here.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at, and we travel a lot. The rooms were new, beautiful, clean and thoughtfully decorated and provisioned with many extras. The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful - they even anticipated our needs before we asked for things, but without being pushy in any way. I would absolutely recommend that you stay here! The dark sky was so beautiful - we saw the Milky Way and many shooting stars!

The Skyview was amazing. Great views of red rock formations, night sky was spectacular, and hot tub was great! We had a tasty breakfast box from a local spot and lots of snacks included with the stay. The gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our room was super friendly/knowledgable, felt like true white glove service. All that for a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

My wife and I made this stop on our honeymoon. It was early March so before the busy time of the season and we arrived at night. the staff/owners were very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. We were able to enjoy the starry night sky from our hot tub. When we woke up we were greeted with an amazing view of the Waterfold ridgeline out of the back patio. They had an amazing high quality coffee with a French Press which was a nice break from other hotel's basic quality. The location was probably as close as you can get to Capitol Reef.

This was our favorite stay on our trip to see the Big 5 in Utah. Attentive staff, comfortable, clean accommodations, and a star filled sky view from our patio made our stay a home run. Walking through the rope curtain “slot canyon” to our room set the mood for our visit! Very cool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Skyview Hotel in Torrey. We met the management team, and they were personable, fun to talk to, and very helpful. The service was wonderful, and the rooms were modern, comfortable, included many thoughtful touches, and featured beautiful artwork inspired by Capitol Reef. Our room's Bullfrog spa on our private patio under the stars was convenient and so relaxing after a long day hiking, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a very nice touch. Looking forward to staying here again next time we're in Torrey!

If you’re visiting Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon or arches make this your home base for the trip. My wife and I used this hotel as a halfway stop in between Bryce and arches and we were blown away. Arrived and the owner was nice enough to show us all the little things in the room and how the hot tub worked(must). She also gave us a couple restaurants in town to try. The room itself was very large and unique with amazing views of the landscape. Our room had an outdoor hot tub which was perfect at night with the view of the stars. Hopefully we’re back next year.

The Skyview was amazing. Great views of red rock formations, night sky was spectacular, and hot tub was great! We had a tasty breakfast box from a local spot and lots of snacks included with the stay. The gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our room was super friendly/knowledgable, felt like true white glove service. All that for a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

We found this hotel when our plans changed suddenly due to weather, and we found ourselves needing a hotel last minute close to the Capitol Reef National Park. We couldn’t believe our luck when we found the Skyview hotel. It looked unlike any hotel we had stayed at before. It was beautiful! The photos of the property were totally accurate, so we weren’t disappointed when we arrived. The service we received was wonderful. The owner greeted us and was very warm and personable. He even gave us a tour of their rooftop deck. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we loved the rope art installation on the front facade of the hotel. They had complimentary snacks in the room from local vendors that were amazing, as well as complimentary drinks in the refrigerator including local spring water. The rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable and tasteful furnishings that gave the room a very fashionable and luxurious feel. We loved our stay at the Skyview hotel, and we would stay there again in an instant!

Beautiful view from the patio in our room! Friendly staff and very clean, especially considering the dusty condition of the area. Hunt and Gather restaurant dinner and boxed breakfast were excellent! Slacker Burger joint was also very good. Very convenient location for Capitol Reef.

A stay at the Skyview Hotel is comfortable and very relaxing. The hotel is surrounded by dark skies, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the starry sky at night. It is close to Capital Reef National Park, so I highly recommend it. Thank you for your help. I would definitely like to visit again on another occasion.

Very nice and peaceful place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef NP. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, bright, and new. Bed was great. View was beautiful. Fun firepit where you can make s’mores. Amenities in room are great. Water, snacks, good coffee, and drinks all complimentary. Only stayed one night but on return trip will be staying another.

It’s a brand new hotel just built a year ago so everything is new and clean. Decorations are super cute too. Loved it! There is a cute cafe nearby and a good Mexican restraint worth to check out.

I loved this boutique hotel for its attention to detail from a birthday chocolate bar and complimentary snacks and drinks to the local boxed breakfast and coffee made my birthday extra special. The bed was comfortable and outdoor area was relaxing after a day of hiking. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family to visit. Wished they had other hotels to visit. Well done!

The SkyView Hotel was unique and special. From the rock garden landscaping to the art installation in front of all the doors was contemporary and fresh. Relaxing music quietly played outside. The private walkout veranda looked out onto red rock formations that changed colors with the sun. The box breakfast from Hunt and Gather restaurant featured a delicious frittata! It was an enjoyable visit

This place is a hidden gem for those touring Capitol Reef! The rooms are spacious, the private hot tubs overlook the most scenic mountain backdrop, and there were complimentary s’mores, snacks, and beverages! 12 out of 10, really!! We toured from Breckenridge to Salt Lake City for 10-days visiting the 5 Utah parks, and this was by FAR our favorite lodging stop!! Do it!!! Ps. Curry Pizza for dinner is a MUST when staying here- delicious!

Fans of modernism will love the Sky View Hotel. Our room was aesthetically pleasing AND comfortable. The sliding glass door to our patio area provided breathtaking views. Their kind and attentive staff provided hiking and dining recommendations. I highly recommend the breakfast box from Hunt & Gather.

Complementary snacks, goodies and French press coffee were exceptional. Design of building and room were artistically tasteful. Didn’t realize only certain rooms came with hot tubs and no tubs were open to all. Only strange thing was no closet or even hangers in room, only several hooks, so you literally live out of your suitcase.
