No puede ser que un hotel de esta calidad no tenga Valet parking. Que cada quien tenga que ir a estacionar su carro y no haya quien te ayude con las maletas! El personal amable pero claramente es necesario Tener más personal para dar servicio de valet parking y que las personas en el Motor lo y estén atentas a la llegada del huésped. El lugar está de lujo, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. No me dieron letrero de no molestar y en la mañana nos despertó la persona de limpieza. Luego fuimos al desayuno que estaba incluído en la tarifa, pero me dijeron que había fila de espera de 25 minutos y que como eran las 11:40 y cerraban a las 12:00, que no iba a alcanzar desayuno. En la alberca todo abandonado, sin toallas ni personal. En la entrada nadie ofreció ayuda con mis maletas. Parece que solo le prestan atención a quienes no son huéspedes y van a eventos o que solo vienen a desayunar, y descuidan a quienes sí pagamos habitación.

No me volveria a hospedar. Mal trato en el Bar, preguntando todo el tiempo si eramos huespedes y mandarnos a la habitacion. Corrernos de.las areas comunes por que estaban cerradas. Ser seguidos hasta la habitacion por el.personal de seguridad , como si no stuvieramos hospedados. Y faltarnos al.respeto . No se preocupan por.el cliente..mejor busquen otra opcion.

Good but not cost relative... the arrival.- the parking lot isn't assigned and your car isn't safe as must when you are paying one of the most expensive fee of whole hotels in the area, i asked for the valet, the answer was a BIG NOT AVAILABLE, 300 usd for a non available valet ? , so i went to the parking lot, no big deal, there's a lot of space but as the hotel is inside the arboledas park, you will be parked as everybody in the mall, non dedicated parking, at least a parking arm, something that makes you feel you car is safe. parking fee.- the hotel offers a day pass ticket for 7.50 usd , but again. 300 usd fee for a non free parking? Pool.- the pool isn't heated. is an outside pool that is truly fancy ,but the pool area isn't, , remember is 4 diamonds hotel. in overall, room is good, not the greatest but it's ok. good amenities at bath, food is great. the team is warm and makes you feel at home. try the morning breakfast is pretty cool. resume: 4 diamonds represents luxury pleasure and warmness , this hotel is far to meet that expectation. if you want to be closer to the arboledas and san pedro area , take it. if you want to have a pleasant luxory stay, choose other options like live Aqua , or another from the same brand like Westin. those are more price-experience balanced

This particular hotel does not stand up for its name. 1. Dirty, they don’t clean the bathroom through. I have pictures of the drawers, 2. The linens were rough, the pillows bulky and hard 3. The lobby smells like food, 4. There is a nightclub right next door, you can hear the music until 3:30 am on weekends 5. They just don’t refill the coffee pods 6. There was only one towel and one hand towel 7 the doors slam very hard 8. The bellboy in the lobby, doesn’t know anything about the parking facilities, they just plain don’t know 9 they don’t have valet parking The place is beautiful , it is the best located hotel in the nice part of the city, it is new, perfect decor, it just doesn’t stand up for the name. We had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness issues. While the hotel and surrounding area were beautiful, our experience with the rooms was disappointing. In the first room, we found a toothpaste cap in the shower, and the area near the toilet was dirty. We requested to be moved to another room, but the second room had an unflushed toilet from a previous guest. I then requested a third room. Despite asking to speak with the manager, we never received a response. For the price you pay per night you should expect the rooms to be inspected before delivering to the customers. Thank you.

Me asignaron una habitacion en la cual el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Hicieron multiples intentos de arreglarlo hasta que a casi a la 1am me asignaron otra habitacion. Ya que argumentaron durante 6 hrs que estabam todas ocupadas La nueva habitacion tenia una falla electrica en el baño y no funcionaban los apagadores Pague 15,500 pesos por las 2 noches. Cuanto necesitan cobrar para tener el hotel en condiciones.dignas? He pasado entre 40 y 50 noches en el hotel en los ultimos 5 años. Un 30% de esas estancias ha habido fallas tecnicas (internet, secciones sin electricidad, aire acondicionado, olor a cigarro, y un largo etcetera) Si lujo es equiparable a su inconsistencia. Es necesario INSPECCIONAR la habitacion antes de aceptarla

El hotel es muy bonito , tranquilo , dentro del parque Arboleda que tiene muchas amenidades y tiendas y mejores restaurantes de MTY ! Céntrico ! Muy elegante ! Lo único es que la TV se descompuso por 1 día , y el frigobar del cuarto no funcionaba cuando llegamos , lo que sí el servicio es de primera ! Llegaron y lo cambiaron rápido ! Lo recomiendo muy bueno !

Son demasiadas fallas para un hotel que se supone ser bueno.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, también está muy limpio, el desayuno es delicioso, pero la atención es muy mala. Pedí una plancha y esperé 50 min. Llame 3 ocasiones y parecía que estaban de mal humor. Pedí delivery y solicité que lo subieran y yo tuve que bajar porque nadie lo hizo y por último llegas al restaurante y aunque estén las mesas vacías te hacen esperar.

Excelente ubicación. La Plaza Arboledas tiene mucho que ofrecer, muy conveniente los restaurantes, nuestro favorito El Pangea, super a gusto caminando que no tuvimos que usar transporte, EXCELENTE!. Muy bonita y cómoda habitación. El personal atento, el brunch estuvo de 100! las conchas de pan dulce son las más deliciosas que he probado en mi vida. Dos comentarios donde pueden mejorar: Las almohadas dejaron mucho que desear, muy gordas y abultadas, pedí otra y me trajeron una igual, siento que deben invertir en una mejor calidad. Lo que sí estuvo de MUY MALA CALIDAD el papel de baño, en serio muy corriente, me decepciono eso mucho de un hotel de esta categoría.

No recuerdo haber tenido que esperar mas de 30 minutos siendo huesped de un hotel de cualquier categoria en cualquier parte del mundo para poder tomar el desayuno ya incluido habiendo mesas disponibles, pero imagino reservadas. El Restaurant era uno de los puntos mas fuertes del porqie me hospedaba ahi constantente, y sera razon , tristemente para mi que me hara decidir irme a otro lugar que con la diferencia econimica seria cualquier hotel en Mty.
