Do not use the shuttle. I waited over an hour because they wouldn’t let me make a reservation as it says to do. The driver was at the wrong terminal calling the wrong phone number given to them by the front desk. Menu is limited. Entire hotel smells like patchouli. Service is very inattentive. Rooms have thin walls.

This is the first time I stayed here and it was a enjoyable experience. The room was clean and nice and it has everything I needed for a 5 night stay. The airport shuttle was a plus. And the staff all was very friendly.

This location is nice and close to the airport with a shuttle service available. I was pretty frustrated that I put the do not disturb sign on my door and a cleaning staff member still entered and emptied my trash, yet did not clean or replenish my coffee and creamers. I left a lot of valuable items out because I felt a sense of privacy with the sign on my door, so I was pretty surprised to have my room entered. I also had my key card deactivated and had to go back to the front counter where they told me that I was only booked for one night, not two. But all my items were left in the room, not cleared out, so that did not feel like a great reason either. The front counter person just shrugged it off like this happens all the time.

Unfortunately we were given a dirty room, there was a lot of hair and crumbs in and on the bed. Went to the front desk and they gave us another room right away but when we got in there I turned the air conditioning on and of course it sounded like a lawnmower. So loud and terrible. We still stayed in the room even though it was blazon hot because we were so exhausted from our 14 hour drive. The walls are so thin you can hear everything!! At 4am the people above us decided they need to stomp and run back and forth for about an hour and a half. Very disappointed in Wyndham, the front desk really could care less.

Had to question if my room had gotten cleaned . Near my bed I kept finding hair that belonged to another person on top of my bed having fragments of skin . Also found hair in the corners of the bathroom . Attendant left no bar soaps for me to wash my hands after using the restroom.

This is as not a good satay it honestly wasn’t worth the money and you’re better off going somewhere else. The rooms above us were so loud overnight the stomping and slamming doors was so loud because they have fake plank flooring. The AC would turn on and rumble waking us every hour. The bed was very uncomfortable and had blood or urine stains on the sides.

From the paper-thin walls, cold shower, poor TV reception to the filthy stained chairs in the lobby sitting area, I was sorely disappointed in this hotel. They also charge extra for EVERYTHING. The best part was the location, but next trip I will go with Towneplace Suites or Element in the same area.

I’d have given five stars except for the shower. I don’t know why they can’t have a basic hot and cold water faucet but the contraption was so odd and counterintuitive I couldn’t get it to give hot water from the correct shower head. I called the front desk for direction but they didn’t know how to work it either. After about ten minutes of fiddling I finally got what I wanted but I’ve no idea how.

We only stayed overnite. But it was a pleasant stay. The room was very nice. Different type of lay out. Frosted glass doors to the shower and toilet. No traditional closet. Hanging open cubes with hangers and a drawer. Keurig for tea or coffee. Hardwood floors, and a small table. All in all pretty nice. You have to pay for a dinner or breakfast in the dining area. There are snacks and drinks also for purchase. All in all it was a nice stay.

The location was convenient, the lobby was great, and the staff was great - very friendly and helpful. However, I likely won't stay here again. The room setup is unusual in my experience - there is no actual dedicated bathroom, making privacy difficult. As you enter, there's a sink to one side and free standing shelving structure to hang clothing plus shelves to hold the coffee maker. Flanking the sink are 2 mostly frosted glass doors, one to the toilet and the other to the shower. So basically - the entry is the bathroom and closet. There is a barn door between the sleeping area and the entry/bathroom, but in our room it didn't close all the way (and is loud to move regardless). The glass doors for the shower and toiler have gaps all the way around so again, not very private, and are also noisy to open and close. There are motion sensor lights in the toilet room and entry, which again complicates sharing the room if anyone gets up during the night. While the hotel is newer, it's not holding up that well. In our room, one of the 2 blinds was broken, so it wasn't possibly to make the room fully dark for sleep. The biggest challenge in our room - the a/c was incredibly, incredibly loud. It was relatively mild the weekend we stayed, but to keep the room at 72 for sleeping, the a/c noisily kicked on multiple times all night. It would be much worse during the summer. Also, there is plane noise from SMF. Great shower though.

one negative BATHROOM BATHROOM AND SHOWER WAS COMBINED . THERE WAS A DRANAGE HOLE INTHE MIDDDLE OF THE FLOOR IN THAT AREA. NOT OVER WHERE THE SHOWER WAS. WHEN USING THE SHOWER THE WATER CAME ALL THE WAT UP TO THE STOOL . THAT CREATED A HAZZALE WITH A WIT FLOOR IF YOU USED THE STOOL . i NEEVER SEENANYTHING LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE.

The hotel location is excellent with close proximity to good restaurant choices. Within 10 minutes of the airport. The rooms have thin walls and sleep was disrupted several times due to neighboring rooms. You can even hear snoring thru the walls. This is a big negative for this location.

- Extremely loud AC in the rooms. I like white noise but this was not that. Even with earplugs. It also doesn't have an auto setting so it turns on and off throughout the night and especially when it turns on there's a loud thud. Didn't sleep much. - I called the front desk thinking it was specific to my room but they said they are all like that. - The pool was heated but super dirty. Lots of dead bugs on the top - Breakfast looked really bad. There was something black in the eggs. Other than that it's bacon and cereal. -/ gym is ok. Dumbbells only go up to 50. No other resistance training equipment Excellent blackout curtains Wouldn't stay here again.

Front desk staff did not communicate the correct information at time of check in rude behavior and unprofessional. The reservation was made for third party who were not asked if they wanted to keep the reservation payment method instead the staff communicated it was prepaid which is totally incorrect. Upon inquiring the staff that how was the reservation prepaid the staff started arguing. Terrible untrained and impolite staff.

I have booked multiple stays at this location and each time I seem to have an issue with being over charged. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of training but each time I stay here I must consult with the front desk in order to get the charges corrected. Additional training should be provided to staff members who are not proficient in operating the hotel system. Overall, my stay here is always quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very well-maintained and the staff is friendly.

Final night of stay, several people admitted into adjacent room (shated door). They were loud to the point i had to first call, then TWICE go to the front desk, all between midnight and 1 am. A dog was barking in the room two separate times. Next morning i relayed my concerns on checkout and was told there were no dogs allowed (dog was barking, not on TV) and that they were sorry I had a poor night. No attempt at resolution or customer service reparations. Other notes: -fridge did not work, smelled sour. -no smoke detector in room, just hanging wires. -poor quality sheets and towels. Noticeably cheap. Hotel looks nice, but shows wear and lack of upkeep. Terrible customer service ensures I will take future travel to another location/chain.

Breakfast that I had to pay $14 for was terrible. The eggs were cold, bacon was cold and didn’t taste like anything. The walls are paper thin as well, you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Black hairs all over the bathroom and shower.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was clean but service was lacking, it took 25 minutes to get our order for dinner. At breakfast we had to ask for black tea, there was plenty of green tea available, and only artificial sugar was readily available. The roses in the lobby permeated the whole downstairs and due to allergies and asthma we decided to eat in our room, however since breakfast was all you can eat we were told we had to eat in the dining area even when we explained there were health issues. I would stay here again but would plan to eat out. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

The buffet was marginal. The waffle mix didn’t get put out until a half hour late. The syrup dispenser was completely clogged and gummed up. It didn’t work at all and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months.
