The bad. It looks like a very nice old resort that they repaint literally every day (every day) a little rain and that place melts. Water dripping thru roof in lobby. Shower cold to hot/ hot to cold. Not consistent at all. I requested a two queen room MONTHS in advance, got a king and a sofa with no apologies. Yall…for the money you charge? The pool is overcrowded and loud, but I’m the dummy that booked planet Hollywood wanting a chill vibe The food everywhere was ok. You won’t starve. The good. For food The best option Braza (amazing breakfast, amazing staff, the best dinner option by far) Beach was gorgeous, servers to your lounger, appreciated. The (?) Stayed eight nights, paid for star class, and yet couldn’t get into the sushi place for dinner not once. Butler service.. what service? I’m not sure what the point was, says unpack for you (no) says get you reservations (again no sushi and really nothing the last few days, good thing Braza was our favorite bc that’s all we got), says uncork your bubbly when you get there (no) just why? Why advertise the service? Had to ask for the first couple days to get the lights in the bathroom mirror fixed.

The staff was amazing

Staff was great. The property managers need to work on the upkeep of most of the amenities. The hot tubs did not work in the star class or the regular pool on the adult side. The basketball goals were broken. Also, there was a lot of of food and items left outside for several days during our trip that was never picked up by the staff. Aesthetically it doesn’t look good. If it wasn’t for our Expedia concierge, I would have given less stars . The Expedia concierge was the best part of our stay.

The room and the whole resort was very clean and very orderly. The staff is delightful and the food is very versatile and tasty.

Everything was great but they really need to improve their Room Service timing and refilling of mini bar. Nobody wants to wait three hours for the water bottle to get refilled.
