The elevator was broken, they siad every day itbwas supposed to be fixed. Never happened. We were there 3 days, softball tournament. After day 1 I asked why the room was not made up, They said we donthat every other day. Never happened in 3 days, very frustrating

Simply put - the hotel was really decent given the price! I found the room very clean, bed comfy and overall noise was quiet. Little kitchenette was nice too. Parking was ample and easy (and free). There are times I'll spend top dollar for a room, view, bathrobes, etc and then there are times you need a comfy, clean and safe room to crash. This met that need. I'll book again when doing business in the area.

Every staff member I’ve encountered has been great, and the room is very clean. The pillows were fantastic and I slept great. I do wish it had a pool to enjoy, but I would stay here again regardless.

The first room had dog hair on the bed. Wasn’t stripped and washed from prior customer. Next room, red stain and other stains on floor. Bad odor. Toilet handle was hard to flush. Beds were hard and hard bumps.

Every time stay in a Hotel the most important thing for me is a clean room and all areas in the hotel that’s why i chose my place hotel our room was very clean everything lobby looks nice and clean me and my family and our pet enjoyed the stay

We like everything about the hotel except that they only provide minimum amount of toilet paper and tissue and garbage bags. Everyone staying longer than two days were asking for towels, toilet paper and rubbish bags at the front desk or the room attendant in the hallway. We checked in on Tuesday and no cleaning until Saturday. That’s a long time without emptying garbage cans and bathroom toiletries.

The room was decent and the property was relatively clean and well cared for. That being said: 1. The floor in the room was dirty. 2. There is a well appointed kitchen in the room, but no pots, pans, utensils, plate, bowls or cups so as to facilitate use of the kitchen and full size fridge. Makes little sense, though apparently those items are "for sale" at the store at the property, so it's a revenue driver and not a true convenience for travelers. 3. Housekeeping is only every 4th day, which is unusual.

Convenient location next To Vancouver Mall. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit of a musty odor due to either carpet (which was only thing in room that didn’t look fresh and new) or the heater unit. Despite the slight odor and carpet it was very clean and loved the Kitchenette. No room service but surrounded by dining options and 24 hr snack shop in lobby with good selections. We were in the 2nd floor and we did hear the people upstairs who sounded like they were stomping across the floor. Great value and would definitely stay again if I could get a room on top floor.

It’s clean and a nice room, The full kitchen is great for the price. Great stay for early morning flights out of PDX. Only bad is the bed wasn’t real comfortable for me. Very firm if that’s what you like. Have stayed before will stay again.

Lumpy mattress and loud neighbors, otherwise a clean and affordable stay. The front desk person was also very sweet when my puppy got too excited and peed right in front of the door in the lobby 🙈 would recommend :)

Was welcome by friendly front desk personnel. Room was large and had refrigerator, kitchenette, work space and recliner. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner were greatly appreciated.

Open room with full kitchen and full-size fridge with icemaker (which starts empty, and I recommend turning it off at night so the dropping ice and water filling doesn't wake you). Desk to work at, USB charging, lots of movie channels on the TV that turns back on to your last viewed channel. Free parking, giant mall across the street, stores in the other direction, lots of great walking, easy fast drive to PDX airport. Recommend.

The room was good enough for our purposes. I wish these hotels TV’s would have casting capabilities or the option for Netflix or other streams. The part of the hotel I didn’t like was checking in. The woman seemed a bit rude and that sets the tone for the hotel. Very doubtful we’d stay again because of that experience.

Everything was good, very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. But, they do not offer king bed option, the queen bed was too small for both of us! We need a nice clean hotel to stay a day or two a week for the next year or so, was hoping this would be it, but not with no king bed option. I may stay again if by myself.

They were very helpful and friendly. I had a baby in yow and they helped me with my luggage to the 2nd floor and also back the car when I checked out. Their night staff are smokers and had to stay close to the entrance to watch for guests, but were very courteous and moved far away when they saw me come with the baby. Would stay here again.

General manager was very condescending when I asked for an early check in. I understand you didn't have any room available, but I expect someone in your position to act in a more professional and respectful manner. Definitely not staying at this place again if this is the standard you set for customer service.

It is close to both I5 and I205. Quiet and clean place to stay at. Although they no longer print receipts at the end of your stay, they claim you'll get an emailed one. It's been 2 days and I still don't have a receipt.

It was a great place for us to stay as we finished up our vacation. We were able to stop freshen up, wash some clothes and repack before we took our flight back home to Rapid City. It is a very convenient location to PDX

My place is fairly new still , and so I did not have to clean the filters for the air/heater and air conditioner wish I was very surprised. I felt like the ladie that checked me in made me feel very uncomfortable . She was not nice it's seemed like every time I came out of my room I seen her running to see who was coming out of the my room . The breakfast is way over priced. For four breakfast which keep in mind cost 67.00 dollars which includes cereal, a fruit then a juice and they don't have a table to sit at . You eat in your room . I know on hotels com it's says breakfast included. But nope not included and overpriced for such a small not warm breakfest

We enjoyed our time and the property was clean and in a good shape. The location is also good and close to Vancouver Mall. The only missing option is to have a proper breakfast service as other similar hotels.

I liked that there is a kitchenette in the rooms. It was a good value and near a lot of good restaurants, donut shop, and the mall. The breakfast options to purchase were pretty slim - I would have liked to be able to buy a yogurt, fresh fruit or cereal/milk but overall the stay met expectations and I would stay here again.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. Reasonably priced and very clean. The only issue is they don’t serve breakfast. This isn’t a big deal for me as I normally find a Starbucks. I’m absolutely keeping this one on my list and will stop there again.

A very good property from the two nights we stayed, the room was a great size with a good kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also a good size. Everything seemed clean and well kept. A nice little bonus was that the refrigerator in our room had a built in ice maker so no need to go find one elsewhere in the hotel. The lobby had some food you could buy and also had coffee included.
