Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Free wash, average gym that provides water and cold towels but they charge $50 per night for parking, $100 per night for incidentals and $25 for a microwave as they do not come in the room. Valet provides exceptional service and staff is kind. However, I was overcharged for a drink at the Skybar that was $12 on the menu but charged $20.20 for it. Lastly, at around 2:36am 5/15/26 someone tried to enter my room and opened the door but was stopped by the door stopper and closet door. Not the best experience the hotel boasts about.

Breakfast was poor, housekeeping terrible, fire alarm located right above bed and it blinked all night. Didn’t have the room we booked available. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Yes I stayed in your hotel on Friday may 15th in room 409. I was severely disappointed and consulted with front desk several times and even asked if there was anything that could be done compensation wise and was told they could comp one valet. I feel that this is not enough and would like a full refund. Here is why, the room never cooled to comfortable temperature, and the room smelled of marijuana all night! We hardly got any sleep. I am giving you the chance to make this right before I report this to a review on google and every other site I can leave a review on!!

Great hotel, just far enough from downtown to not be annoying. The food we had delivered to our room was delicious, which was the salmon and the dumplings. Definitely will return for another trip to Houston.

Very lovely hotel that we just discovered. It was like a luxury botique hotel where the staff treated guests like loving family. We loved all the details that really upgraded our stay. The food was wonderful as well. We particularily loved our waiter at breakfast, Oscar. We will definitely return.
