Conceirge lost the keys to the unit, delaying my check in by 2 hours. Room was a bio-hazard with big blood stains on the bed. Also the address listed is wrong, it's 1 host that rents multiple buildings so if you book 2 rooms they will not be in the same building, you will need to drive between them. Also no hot water in the shower. Would also recommend not taking comment with you, as it's an unsafe neighborhood. There was a tweaker punching cars with a stick. Wouldn't recommend taking a vehicle you care about either.

The room is clean and the furniture is pretty, but since it's part of an apartment complex, you don't have immediate help with extra sheets or heater support; so first two days out 4, we had to deal with the cold of the room. Third and 4th, since we had called for help, they did left the extra sheets and fixed the thermostat.

Clean room, great location, quiet neighborhood with market and restaurants nearby. Just off the T - wasy access to airport and to downtown.

The place was very nice and nicely equipped, but a little difficult to locate.

First, I couldn't find it. There are no signs indicating that it is a hotel. The internet doesn't work. There is just one bath towel.
