Awesome staff! From the minute we walked into the hotel, we felt welcome and at home. Tish was amazing and checked in with us regularly as did Sherree. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The filtered water station and coffee and tea bar 24/7 - love it! Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

I chose this location for the roll-in disability shower for my husband who is disabled and uses a wheelchair. The shower was excellent. One thing I would recommend is putting microwave in the room, so disabled people can warm food without going downstairs. Sheree was very warm and welcoming.

Everything was clean and comfy. I would've liked to have had a few more hot breakfast choices but what was there for grab and go was good. Bed was comfy and I appreciated the 24-hour availability of tea, coffee, water, and sparkling water!

Hotel is quite nice, quite modern IHG hotel brand, appears to be quite new from Reception etc... Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Room is modern, nice bed and clean with good showers and toiletries. Enough space and very clever storage and charge points. Strange pillows which were too soft and a loud AC unit which even when off was still making noises. Breakfast: Very good, egg white omelette on some days, Bagels, a little bit of fruit, yoghurt, hot drinks, Cereal, granola bar, hot meat sandwich and 24 hour hot drinks and water available which came in very handy.

Modestly beautiful, super clean. No nasty, stinkin\' in room carpet. Not one bug. My o ly "complaint" is minor. We could not find vending machines or snacks after hours, and sometimes there was no one at front desk to get anything from.

Room was great for my two nights stay! Love that u can get coffee or tea anytime. Give them a 4 star. Even though room was clean it had a really different smell like I didn’t like! I brought candles and made it work! Bed was soft n comfortable shower was roomy and good hot water! Will return

Please nice and quite. Lady at the front was a lil weird the parking was a lil small but overall nice place to stay super clean not bad smells beds comfortable cool AC only has regularly Tv nothing extra. Cons needs ice bucket and the water pressure sucked.

Overall it was good, but there was hair on the bed & there was a small insect in the restroom. Shower floor was also dirty. I shower with sandals when I stay in hotels so wasn’t that big of a deal.

My stay was excellent! Ms. Sherie was warm and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the little touches like [complimentary breakfast / free bottled water / quick check-in]. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was close by. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It's fairly new. I’m satisfied with elevators. The check in staff wasn’t so welcoming. But the check out one was nice. I wasn’t so satisfied with the hygiene. There a long hair in the bed and the a big brownish stain on the sheet. Cracks and holes. The peephole is actual hole not glass but black taped. I like the hot water machine in the lobby anywhere.

The hotel itself is in a great location. However, the room was moldy in the bathroom and smelled horrible. The shower was less than desirable, and there was black mold under the sink on the wall. I hope that they will fix this issue, as it makes me not want to stay here again.

It all started wrong with a problem at check In (but this I was told was a problem with a hotels.com) then when we got to the room it was just mediocre. The shower had a part in it that was broken, and the tv didn’t work properly. I specifically booked here because the info on it said smarttv so I was thinking I could cast my phone onto the screen (which I’ve done at other hotels and worked just fine) but here that was not the case. I asked front desk about it and that wasn’t any help/didn’t give us any answers. The available channels was very minimal and so my child was not entertained at all. I’m still Waiting to see if I was double charged due to the issue at check in. Overall, there’s better hotels in the same price range- stay somewhere else instead.

The room was super nice and comfortable. The woman at the check-in desk was really friendly. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, 2 cereals, and a granola bar. The rooms were well soundproof, you could hear people in the hallway easily.

They charge $100 deposit, which was not on the disclosure. TV doesn\'t work. I call the front desk and the person there tells me to call a number. Why should I call a number? Isn\'t that the Hotels responsibility to provide good service. The person at the front desk said they dont do that, the Hotel is a "minimalistic" hotel and the Guests have to do things for themselves. Not happy at all

It was clean and neat. Very quiet. The A/C was my only issue. I had it at the lowest setting and we would wake up out of our sleep sweating. It got hot at different parts of the night and that made it an uncomfortable experience. Everything else was ok.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sheree and Debbie at the front desk were awesome. The breakfast cook was awesome and the breakfast area was extremely clean. The rooms were clean and modern. However, we found our bed to be too soft. You would sit on the bed to change your shoes and the bed would sit very low. The bed was a minor issue when the overall stay was great.
