Home2Suites was even better than I anticipated. Huge room. Well appointed. Clean. The negative is traffic noise from the roads adjacent. But the hotel has good sound insulation. Also, there is a $10 per day parking fee; I always resent those adders. We were there when there were very few guests. It was great!

This property is AMAZING! Super clean! Great breakfast! Central to everything in downtown Ft Worth. 2 minutes to Botanical Gardens. 5 minutes to the zoo. Covered parking on site! THE BEST!

The property had electrical issues the whole time we were there. The lift used for bags to the check in area to the front desk was out. The electricity went out the first night we were there. They assumed it was from a car accident. One of the elevators was out most of the time we were there. The fire alarm went off the middle of the night and we were told it was a false alarm. The food was not good during breakfast. They never pull the old dried out food off and replenish with fresh. Too many electrical issues to be all a coincidence. .

We had a good stay here. A little pricey but was very clean. Breakfast was okay, not 5 star. Attendants needed to faster, food ran out several times. Toaster ovens and Toaster didnt work. We had to pay to park our car on site and it wasn't secure parking which if you pay it should be. Overall stay was good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was great! The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! I loved having a laundry room on site. We spent many of our evenings enjoying the pool and patio area. Highly recommend. However I would not recommend rooms by the road! Many evenings and morning the traffic got busy and you heard everything.

The location was excellent and easy parking. Our room was along University drive and it was noisy from the cars driving by at all hours. There is a sound machine provided in the room but it didn't work to mask the noise. There was a huge water puddle to walk through in the parking garage where it must have rained the day before.

I found some random underwear in the room and my toilet was brokern. The front desk and maintenance were awesome. They removed the underwear and fixed the toilet. The underwear made me question the cleanliness. Other than great stay!

This hotel was amazing, really exceeded all our expectations. Check in was quick and easy, very friendly staff. Location was walkable to many restaurants, bars and attractions. Area and room were very quiet. Room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything you could need for a weekend stay. We would stay here when for sure and will look out for this chain of hotels in the future.

The hotel has no entrance for drop off and pick Up. There are two elevators - one at each end of the very long hallway. The club next door plays music until 2-3am and you can hear it and feel the vibrations

Home2 suites exceeded my expectations. There being a full sized fridge made me SO HAPPY! I always bring my own food so not having to play Tetris was great. It's in a very convenient location with quick access to the highway. The room (and all other areas) were extremely clean and well kept. 5 stars!

Would I stay here again, yes, but I'd ask for a room away from the street, major street noise. I'd also bring my own pillow, the hotels pillows are pitiful. Other than that, the room was great, the staff were friendly.

The beds are very comfortable. The three of us had ample space in our hotel room. It is nice and convenient to have a full-sized refrigerator and microwave plus basic eating necessities. Conveniently located near Dickies Arena. Very easy parking, too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location~ I didn’t use my car the whole time I was staying there! Good restaurants within walking distance, excellent museums, park, and botanic gardens. Huge room, like three times the size of an average hotel room! Loved the blackout blinds. Only negative was that Fox News was on in the breakfast area

The hotel was clean and secure enough - great location. The problem I had was the bed was SO uncomfortable. It was super firm with no give at all. My back hurt so bad after one night. What really irritated me though was when I mentioned to front desk staff that I had a terrible night’s sleep and how shocked I was by the poor quality mattress, the first response I got was, “oh have you not stayed with our chain before?” As if I should expect them to have uncomfortable beds! Then I asked for an additional comforter, extra sheets, or anything I could use to layer up as extra padding on the bed and they said they would send something with housekeeping ASAP but nothing every came. I never got anything. I spent nearly $500 for a two night stay. I expected better and can assure that I will NOT be staying with this chain again!

We arrived to check into our room at 4:45 pm. There was a very long line and people waiting all over the lobby. People had been waiting 1.5 hours for a room. The lady in front of me stated to the employee that check-in time was 3 and she didn't understand why our rooms were not ready. The employee told her she just got there at 445 and she would wait until her room was ready, as if arrival time MATTERED! It was not her fault that the rooms were not ready, but she was RUDE and clearly needed assistance from a manager!

The lady (one of the ladies) at the front desk was rude and horrible at customer service. It was a very busy weekend and she had NO manners at all. She told me to have a seat and wait, while I had reservations 3 months in advance. The other lady was very kind. When I called and asked about the extra $10 charge on my account, she was rude again. I said you must have been the lady I spoke with that was rude when I was checking in and she said “probably”. She was not only rude to me, but the others in the lobby. Very unprofessional !!!

Sara was great at the front desk. All the staff was professional and nice!! The property was in a great location next to a lot of eating & shopping! The room was clean and the the parking was great! the hotel was over sold the rooms, when I got to the hotel I was told that there was not room for me and my people, I showed them that I made the reservation two weeks before I arrived they gave me a smaller room of what I have booked and also they game me a room and somebody was there already, horrible expertise......

Our first night, the hotel had three rooms that were flooded and couldn’t be rented out.Because of this, we could not stay at our reserved hotel. However the asst. General Manager was a sweetheart and put us up in another Hilton property and the hotel’s cost for the night, and refunded my night. Mrs. Beaver was amazing. What would’ve of normally have turned out to be a nightmare situation, was expertly handled by her. Cheers

I travel to Fort Worth every 2-3 weeks for business. Love the staff at Home2 Suites. They remember me and have greeted me with a warm smile since day 1. Located right on the edge of the cultural district. Can easily walk to bars and restaurants, but not so close you hear the noise.

The property was so very clean and fresh. The location is supreme and staff was wonderful. The room was outfitted with everything we could want for an extended stay, and cooktops were available at no extra charge. Our first night was silent and restful, but Friday and Saturday brought boom boom music just outside our window from midnight through 2AM. This must have been a nearby restaurant or club visible from our window. We were in the 440 block off the street, so this would have been the more quiet area off of the main road. Nothing the property can do about that, so I won’t fault them for issues outside of their control. We plan to stay here again.

For the price that is charged I expected a better quality of room. The breakfast bar was less than satisfactory in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in for less money per night. I assume the price is in conjunction with the close proximity to the Stock Show and Dickies arena but in future I would sacrifice that for a better quality hotel.

Nice, clean, staff attentive. Stayed overnight for concert at Dickies arena. Room was spacious for 4 adults. Brewed coffee was great. Included Breakfast decent - premade omelets, make your own waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins.

Stayed for 12 nights for an event nearby. Location was good and easy parking. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, but the dishwasher wasn't working and the house keeping wasn't done every second day, so we had to ask several times. The breakfast selection was good, but some milk was spoilt, despite being marked as within the expiry date.
