Check in was AWFUL! There was a concert near the hotel, so there was a big line to check in and only 1 staff member. Plus, check in takes longer at this hotel because you have to register your car to get a parking pass for their garage. I tried to check in online to get a digital key to our room, but it wouldn’t let me do it, so I called customer service. They didn’t help AT ALL! They put me on hold and called the hotel and said no one answered. Yes, that’s because it was only one person and she was extremely busy. I ended up on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and finally just hung up. Zero resolution nor did they seem apologetic about the situation.

We stayed at the Home2 suites because it was affordable and within walking distance of Dickies Arena where we saw a concert. The Hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great! Also the gym is much better equipped than most hotel gyms I've seen. The property is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and museums. I walked back and forth to the UNT Health Science Center each day; it is about 10-15 minutes each way. They don't have an airport shuttle; Lyft from DFW cost me about $50
