This property was super close to all things sports! They need to think about adding amenities for families. A pool would have been great. It’s the hotel, casino and a few restaurants. Nothing for kids to do in the building.

We picked this hotel because we were in town for some baseball games. For the price, just expected more. The hotel really isn’t worth the cost. Shower sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom. Let the staff know and they didn’t seem to even care. I’ve stayed at much better hotels for cheaper. Elevators were slow and seemed to always be waiting. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The front desk ladies were very friendly and polite. Our room was spacious and clean. There was a shuttle that dropped us off at the concert venue we were attending. We enjoyed live music in the casino and the pizza was really good at one of the restaurants.

It is very convenient to the sports complexes in the area and a short walk to the bus terminal to catch a bus to down Philly. Soda and snack machines were out of order. No signs to let customers know they were not working.

The property was great. I was there for baseball games and the stadium was a five minute walk, as is the football stadium and basketball/hockey arena. The facility is also a Casino and has live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The Casino has several good restaurants and a full bar. The room itself was beautiful with a comfortable bed and great bathroom fully stocked. Highly recommend.

The hotel has a casino in it which is always nice. However it is a smoking hotel, so when you go downstairs you can smell the smoke. It's also near the stadiums, so night is a bit noisy. However I enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again. Its far away from city center to not worry about the stuff there but a quick 10min ride into the center to enjoy all the things.

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at wells fargo. It was very convenient, and we could walk to and from the venue. They also offer a shuttle. Because it's attached to the casino.The lobby smells like smoke. The steakhouse was good, but it's open to the lobby, so it also smells like smoke. The rooms were okay, but could have been cleaner.

We stayed at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia and while the casino and restaurants were fun, the hotel experience was disappointing. At first glance, the property looks immaculate—lobby, elevators, and hallways were spotless. But our room told a different story: sweaty handprints on the headboard, visibly dirty bedding (never changed during our three-night stay, despite asking), and alarming mold in the shower grout. For such a modern hotel, the lack of basic cleanliness in the rooms was unacceptable. Great location and amenities, but the room hygiene needs serious improvement.

We were there for four night, I had to request for serotonin our room those 4 days. The floor was never swept or mopped the entire time. Bed was straightened, clean towels were left along with replacement of coffee pods. The dust and dirt continued to build up on the floor which made us feel very uncomfortable. Mold was in the cracks along the shower walls. This room was not worth the price we paid.

I was in town for a couple of days on business. The property was perfectly located for my work. I enjoyed my time there. I did have one issue, the AC/heating unit was crazy. At first it wouldn’t cool the room, the room was in the upper 80’s. After a technician came and spent a good 30 minutes working on it, it finally started cooling the room, but then it wouldn’t stop cooling. I manually controlled the temperature by turning the unit off and on and was comfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable, no direction on how and where to check in or where to park in the parking garage to enter the hotel versus casino. Also no where to eat with family under 21, had to do take out. A maid told us that there was a microwave on the first floor but come to find out there isn’t. I think this may have been the first hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t have at least a complimentary microwave. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very close to the ballpark so convenient for us since we went to see the Red Sox play the Phillies. Easy check in and check out process. Room was really nice with great view of the park! I want to call attention to Elijah who went above and beyond in his customer service! He ensured we got a top notch room for our stay. My husband and I attended a football game at Lincoln Financial Field. This hotel was a short walk to the stadium which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the casino as well. There are a few dining options inside the hotel which is convenient if you don’t want to leave the property. It’s about 15 mins from the airport which is also a plus. I honestly can’t say anything negative about this property and we would definitely stay again/recommend.

The Live Hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are quiet and well-lit. Room temperature can be individually adjusted which is important because our room started out too warm. The hotel is convenient to the Philly sports complex and even has a free shuttle to take you to the stadiums.

We picked this hotel for its close proximity to the ball park and arena. Food options at the venue are limited (zero accommodations for food allergies) and the casino was a trip and full of smokers (don't go if you have allergies.) Parking was excellent, the room was terrific, and it was walkable to the parks and arena. Would stay again knowing its limitations and having a plan to accommodate allergies.

I only stated for 1 night. The first night i went to take a shower and their was no hot water. I had let the water run but it was still cold. The next morning i had let the water run again and it was luke warm water. As for food options. It was minimal options to eat and no little cafe for coffee or breakfast. They do offer nesspresso in the room and you can make your own coffee. Overall my stay was decent. It was good enough for thw needs i was looking for. It was clean and staff was friendly. Only wish as noted above hot water in the shower and wish they offered more food places like a cafe for coffee and breakfast items.

Beautiful room with superb shower. Food and drinks at the facilities were extremely expensive. We were upcharged $8.00 for the ice in our 2 Baileys on the rocks drinks. The bartender was inattentive and borderline rude.

Stayed one night for a concert. Walkable, clean room, nice staff, and comfortable bed. Food options were good. I would say that the “room service or pickup from restaurant” options in the app are not very good. Nothing was under an hour wait time if it was open. However walking down to the casino floor there was no wait.
