The property was not to Wyndham standard. McDonald’s DT 25 ft from our bed, no light fixture cover in the bathroom, rust in sink, toilet too low, coffee in room was bad, the door to the outside was unsecured all night and the neighborhood felt unsafe.

3 pegs on a wall to hang clothes. No closet, no hangers. Just large pegs. Heater was a wall unit registering 80dB at 2.5 feet (very loud) that circulated air every 10 minutes for 10-15 seconds, whether it heated or not. As it cycled, couldn’t hear the TV. That married with the train horns sounding all time of day and night behind the hotel. (They do provide complimentary ear plugs) You have to leave to inn and walk down to an adjoining deli for an overcooked breakfast. And if you park by the office, you back into the approach for the neighboring McDonalds.

The Staff was kind and welcoming. The location was awesome for the price I paid. It felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. The parking was a little tricky, but other than that, everything was great. We will definitely stay at this location if/when we come back to Missoula.

Close to the University. That was our main objective. We wanted to get there, park the car, and be able to walk most places. Staff was kind and helpful. Our shower head was broken and they had it replaced quickly. Rooms are large & spacious & the beds were fairly comfortable. Yes the train runs to the back of the building. You will hear it. We just turned on the fan setting on the A/C unit and slept great.

The only good thing about this property is easy access to food and the interstate. The parking lot is tiny, so if you're pulling a trailer, parking is going to be tough. They were doing some sort of half-assed renovation on the second floor, and they relocated a vending machine to the hallway (right in front of a fire extinguisher) that you had to squeeze past. There was a totaled car in a parking spot, and the entire second floor smelled like a marijuana convention just started. The doors were thin, and you could hear EVERYTHING. The air conditioner is a wall unit and ridiculously loud. Plus, it borders a rail line, and it there is zero noise insulation, so the train wakes you up every time it goes by. Will not repeat a stay at this location the next time I pass through Missoula. It's a Days Inn, so I wasn't expecting a ton, but it was much worse than expected.

The hotel was recently renovated. That said the floor had not been cleaned and walking on it turned our socks black quickly. There was also a few homeless people camping out in the woods near the skde entrance. They were hanging out near the vehicles using an exterior hotel power outlet to charge their phones. The room AC had some issues and could not maintain the room cool even when set to the coldest setting. Finally the breakfast in the morning was terrible. The juice machine was not properly set and was serving warm concentrated juices. I would not stay there again.

Sandra at the counter was amazing!!!! General areas and upgrades to room were great. Room wasn’t really clean - you can always tell the effort of the cleaner when you lift the toilet seat. Also the leftover goop of other peoples’ hygiene products on the tub.

We were told we would get discounted for our stay. We did not. We had black mold all over our shower ceiling, our sink was clogged in the bathroom, our tub was clogged water would fill to the ankles. Hallway smelled like an ash tray. None of the vending machines worked. Large room next to our hallway that looks like where an indoor pool would be was filled with junk from the hotel. We had to park in the back which had old cars and junk from homeless sleeping back there. Over all we would stay if we had too. The kitchen and living room were very cute. Bedroom was clean. But the bathroom and plumbing were aweful. The toilet wasn’t even bolted correctly to the ground. Water would leak from the bottom and the toilet would move when you did. There is so much moisture in that bathroom hair was sticking everywhere, and the toilet tank was always dripping from condensation.

When we walked into the room it smelled strongly like mildew. The carpet was gritty and felt very dirty when walking on it. The bathroom didn't feel clean. The floors above us squeaked and we could here people talking, and walking across the floor until 2:30am. We will not be staying again. This motel really needs some work done. The price was Very high for what we got.

We booked because it was close to a show we had tickets for. We didn't realize there was blood on the bed until it was midnight. This hotel is unclean. While we were checking in a current guest was complaining about the room being dirty as well but we were on a schedule. We are both very disappointed especially because it was a 4 hr drive. Also at 9:15 the maid woke both of us up to ask if we were leaving that day. Check out isn't until 11:00 so why wake your guests early!

The room was very smelly- I bought Lysol and Fabree to freshen upholstery and curtains in Living room and bedroom. No elevator and my room was on second floor- Jay who manned the front desk was super in offering to help maneuver my 4 pieces of luggage- he was the only 5star part of the stay. No closet or hangers just hooks which is not great when you are traveling with business attire and no place to hang up. No towel bars. First hotel that has made me cry. Awful, curb appeal sucks- a precursor to the room. When I booked, hotel shuttle was part of amenities but they had discontinued shuttle service.

The hotel is located adjacent to a rail line. The trains travel at night and the horn when they are crossing the nearest road is really unnerving. Even using the air conditioner unit didn't help much. Otherwise, the place was good.

Complimentary earplugs due to proximity to train tracks, although we didn’t notice any during our stay. Breakfast is extensive, but could use something “fresh” like a fruit bowl or other. Air conditioner was quite noisy, and different fan settings didn’t seem effective.

Staff were really helpful at check-in and when we had an issue with the door lock. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very clean - constantly saw staff vacuuming, mopping and cleaning carpets. Only negative was internet is very slow - only 3 mbps and you had to be a Wyndham rewards member or it cost you.

The front desk staff was great! We arrived late with a complicated situation. We had to leave a VRBO rental because we arrived to a home that had no running water. We had a large group that needed 2 rooms. They had a room with a kitchen that fit our son's family of six and my husband and I got a room right next to them. The room was clean, decorated nice and good sized. I loved how quiet the room was. The breakfast was wonderful with hot foods (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, breakfast burritos) and plenty of choices for my husband who needs gluten-free due to Celiac disease. The only negatives I have is about the building we were in and there are no elevators in either building. Our room was on the second floor. We were staying in the area for a friend's wedding for four nights, so we had lots to lug up the stairs. It wasn't the main building; it was a separate building behind McDonald's. The pool area was filled with furniture, the floors were dirty. Upon entering that building my attention was drawn to hot electrical odor and stand-up oscillating fans were running in the hallway. It remained that way for our entire stay.

The room was clean, decorated nice and good sized. I loved how quiet the room was. The breakfast was wonderful with hot foods (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, breakfast burritos) and plenty of choices for my husband who needs gluten-free due to Celiac disease. The only negatives I have is about the building we were in and there are no elevators in either building. Our room was on the second floor. We were staying in the area for a friend's wedding for four nights, so we had lots to lug up the stairs. It wasn't the main building; it was a separate building behind McDonald's. The pool area was filled with furniture, the floors were dirty. Upon entering that building my attention was drawn to hot electrical odor and stand-up oscillating fans were running in the hallway. It remained that way for our entire stay.

We were in town for a 50th reunion. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. Jay, at the front counter was super friendly and most helpful. The lady in the kitchen made the very best homemade breakfast: yeast buttermilk biscuits and gravy and burritos - all better than anything we could have found at a restaurant! The location was great too with a simple on and off the freeway, a large grocery store nearby, and walking distance to the U. We will return!

We stayed there 3 nights and they never cleaned our room, even though I asked after the second night. Had to ask for clean towels and I had to fix the shower curtain ring myself (had to get a screwdriver from the front desk). The people were nice enough but won’t stay there again.

I tried to call for three hours because we were running late and going to have a late check in. The first call they hung up on me. The second they put me on hold and never picked back up after 10 minutes I hung up. The third they asked me to call back in 40 minutes and the 4-6 they just put me on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging on up on the last try. Then I tried again and they didn’t even answer. We cancelled our reservation and just drove the extra 4 hours of our trip with four exhausted children in the car. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Checked in very late at night. Were given a room which apparently was not cleaned. Drinks on table, unmade bed, towels on floor, lots of hair in sink. We were then given another clean room; but it was a pain to go again to second floor with all the luggage - the property doesn't have elevators. The first night we were there the trains were constantly going past blowing their whistle. In the morning, we asked to have a different room on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel clerk gave us a different room and we were able to get decent night's sleep after that. Other than that, it was comfortable, close to everything, staff was very accommodating.

Good location - 10 min walk from Higgins or UMT. There is a railway just beside with train horns going off at all hours though - the hotel provides free earplugs. It didn't wake me up personally. Friendly staff, renovated rooms with just a few missing touches. Hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes and sausage included which was nice

Breakfast was not great, but there are hot and cold options. Dining area is an old sandwich shop adjoined to the hotel and tight seating. Gravy seemed like it was reheated several days. Pillows on the bed were thin and not supportive; had to ask for additional. Housekeeping (towel replenishment and trash pickup at a minimum) is nonexistent. You have to request it but this is not advertised. No iron in the room. You have to request it but this is not advertised. The room did not smell fresh. At all. Shower takes about 4-5 minutes to heat to temperature. Don't drink the tap water. Downtown in the title does NOT mean it is downtown where all the cool stuff is. Parking is limited and you may pull into the McDonald's drive-through while backing out of a space.

We were put in a room that looked like an after thought. The TV, which we usually go to sleep by didn't work.
