The hotel is relatively new. It is very clean. Staff was professional, responsive, and helpful. Walking distance to the Domain. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again. Has a parking garage and parking is free. Also, there was a security guard in the parking garage.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. My only gripe was that we had visited Austin to attend a concert with the intentions of going back to the hotel and relaxing at the bar to end the night. When we had gotten back to the hotel, we were told that the bar closed early. A little disappointed.

Great stay! Was a family trip and beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Great staff. Free parking in garage was a plus! ( staff gave an access code) The gym was big and had great equipment. Would definitely stay again.

They do not clean rooms every day, Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Did not let us know ahead of time that room would not be cleaned. Only one elevator was working on a very busy Friday, and we had to wait a long time for the elevator. Parking is done by QR code and not easy to use.

It was really good. The entire check in and check out were really good. The room was so beautiful and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay. The only point was in cleaness as we found a used cup in the fridge and it wasn’t ours. But for the rest, the stay we awesome.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Noise was terrible in the hotel in general. Banging and mechanical noises were almost constant. Staff was nice and friendly. This one is on whoever purchases mattresses and soundproofing. Would come back if it weren’t for bed and noise.

Clean, modern and safe. Easy check-in/out. TV has Netflix and Disney+ among others. Overall room & bathroom were very clean & modern. We had a great view of the Q2 stadium from the 4th floor which you should be able to request. Easy access to the parking garage. Gas station and lots of food choices around. Most importantly for our family, very safe area.

The room was way too hot. We turned the air down as far as we could which was 66 and it claims it was 67 in the room and it was not. We slept horrible because the air was not working properly. The room however was very clean and the hotel staff were very courteous.

We were blown away by the quality of the room. The size stuck out the most. Also the bathrooms were amazing and water pressure in the shower was great as well. Very comfortable and a great location right next to the soccer stadium. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Walkable to Q2. Double King Suite Room was spacious, beds comfortable, good pillows. Quiet room. Bathroom had everything you would need. Only issue was the front desk was understaffed (long line at check-in, only one person), & multiple toilets were out of order (restrooms near front desk & by the breakfast area). Would stay again if attending Q2 event.

I don't think this happens a lot but I did have issues with accessing my room due to the keyless device malfunctioning and had to move rooms temporarily which speaks to the attention from staff for the inconvenience. It was fixed eventually, but a hassle for an hour that was not appealing. The staff were great in their attention to the matter.

It is a paid breakfast choice of buffet or menu. We tried buffet both Sat/Sun. All food was cold and had been out for awhile. We opted for menu and ordered pancakes, syrup served straight from refrigerator. Waitstaff not very available nor helpful. Hotel is great, but skip the breakfast.

This is a new, modern hotel conveniently located near the Domain shopping mall. It is close to major freeways which makes it easy to get around. The hotel is kinda tucked in away from the main road so it is quiet, but also a bit tricky to find. I stay here when I am in Austin for business, and would recommend this hotel.

Overall this hotel was the best I’ve been in in a while and will most likely stay here anytime I come to Austin with a car. It’s not in “downtown” so if you don’t have a car you may have a higher rideshare rate. I love having the parking garage, the hotel is up to date, and the shower was heavenly. We did check in late (10pm) and the tv wasn’t working when we checked in. The lady at the hotel desk wasn’t able to help us but she did give us complementary breakfast for in the morning. The breakfast was good but I don’t think I’d pay $15/person for it (but hey it was complementary for us so I can’t complain). Summer moon is 0.1 miles away and they have bomb coffee and food. They do have good hours for breakfast, dinner and the bar so you don’t have to worry about waking up super late or getting back early if you want something. Overall would definitely stay again if you have a car.
