El chef siempre está atento y dispuesto a dar el mejor servicio. La alberca siempre limpia. En mi caso la habitación contaba con alberca privada, misma que siempre estuvo limpia y en temperatura agradable.

The staff was beyond helpful and really friendly. Their service was exceptional and even had chocolates for me at the end of the evening! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the vibe is right and the continental breakfast was just perfect. This was one of my best stays ever!

El lugar muy lindo, las habitaciones e instalaciones en general muy lindas y limpias. El personal siempre atento de tus necesidades y extremadamente amable. La ubicación perfecta, tienes todo cerca a pie. En general todo perfecto. Me encantó el concepto y la propiedad. Mariana y todos los de recepción y cocina súper amables a la hora que fuera. Y siempre viendo si se ofrecía algo. Disfruté mucho mi estancia. Los masajes deliciosos.

¡Me encantó el diseño del hotel con espacios súper acogedores! Las habitaciones están preciosas con camas muy cómodas y una iluminación espectacular, cuidaron cada detalle para crear un ambiente único. La alberca está climatizada así que podía nadar a cualquier hora, amé su iluminación en la noche. El bar tiene muy buenas opciones en su carta y la atención es excelente. El staff te apoya en todo lo que necesitas y te muestra varias opciones de actividades que puedes realizar durante tu estancia, son muy serviciales. La próxima vez reservaré la suite porque tiene un patio con alberca increible al interior. ¡Se los recomiendo ampliamente porque no hay un lugar igual!

El hotel queda a 3 cuadras del pueblo de la punta de Zicatela donde estan los restaurantes y la playa! El personal de este hotel deja mucho que desear, comp si le estuvieras haciendo un favor todo de mala gana con excepción del chico que nos recibió no recuerdo el nombre pero fue el que nos preparó las bebidas de Cortesía gracias! A la llegada el Baño del área común súper sucio y la habitación no estaba hecha si querías pedir un café u otra cosa te hacían esperar porque estaban ocupados y no había gente en el hotel nunca entendí eso. Las habitación que nos tocó era espaciosa y todo funcionaba bien

This property is clean, and the local staff that work there are pleasant, but this property is not at all as advertised. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead I was next to all the mechanical equipment, which was loud. there is no real internet access - when I asked I was told that is the case while the entire area, which is not true. the spa was ‘closed’, there is no real gym/yoga facility, there was also a power outage while I was there. I checked out a few days early, and they were not willing to offer any form of a return. When I contacted Expedia, about the false advertising, they confirmed they didn’t check the accuracy of the listing, so booking is at the risk of the guest. Overall very unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other better options and are far more affordable. I would have been much happier in a hostel.

El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y está todo muy bien pensado y diseñado. La cama King está comodísima, la ropa de cama también, el baño amplio y cómodo, todo pensando en regresar de un día de playa que está cerquísima a pie. La atención del gerente es excelente. Volveremos sin duda.

La calle principal está a 4 minutos a pie y la playa está como a 8 min del hotel. Excelente servicio. Está en punta zicatela muy bonito y relajante

Todo estuvo excelente!!! El lugar súper bonito, moderno, las camas deliciosamente cómodas, cerca de la avenida principal y la playa llegas caminado y mientras lo haces te encuentras restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. definitivamente un hotel al que me gustaría mucho regresa!! El staff increíble y siempre ayudando y sonriendo!! Absolutamente recomendable!!!!

Todo estuvo excelente!!! El lugar súper bonito, moderno, las camas deliciosamente cómodas, cerca de la avenida principal y la playa llegas caminado y mientras lo haces te encuentras restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. definitivamente un hotel al que me gustaría mucho regresa!! El hotel es prácticamente nuevo y está todo muy bien pensado y diseñado. La cama King está comodísima, la ropa de cama también, el baño amplio y cómodo, todo pensando en regresar de un día de playa que está cerquísima a pie. La atención del gerente es excelente. Volveremos sin duda.

Excelente hotel!! Las camas son cómodas, el hotel es moderno, bonito. La ubicación es excelente. Pero más que nada la atención que tienen y la gente que trabaja ahí son súper atentos, súper lindos!! De verdad terminamos muy contentos.

Excelente propiedad con una muy buena ubicación, sin duda alguna si regresaría y una mención especial a Esteban y Jesús que hicieron de mi estancia todavía aún mejor, son unos excelentes trabajadores

La experiencia en Casa Umi fue Excelente, El trato del personal es de primer nivel. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia y lista para su uso. El chef siempre está atento y dispuesto a dar el mejor servicio. La alberca siempre limpia. En mi caso la habitación contaba con alberca privada, misma que siempre estuvo limpia y en temperatura agradable.

The staff was beyond helpful and really friendly. Their service was exceptional and even had chocolates for me at the end of the evening! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the vibe is right and the continental breakfast was just perfect. This was one of my best stays ever!

¡Me encantó el diseño del hotel con espacios súper acogedores! Las habitaciones están preciosas con camas muy cómodas y una iluminación espectacular, cuidaron cada detalle para crear un ambiente único. La alberca está climatizada así que podía nadar a cualquier hora, amé su iluminación en la noche. El bar tiene muy buenas opciones en su carta y la atención es excelente. El staff te apoya en todo lo que necesitas y te muestra varias opciones de actividades que puedes realizar durante tu estancia, son muy serviciales. La próxima vez reservaré la suite porque tiene un patio con alberca increible al interior. ¡Se los recomiendo ampliamente porque no hay un lugar igual!
