Great last minute booking. Room was big, modern and clean. Free parking right in front of building. Loved the pool and hot tub! Only “complaint” somehow we were able to hear conversations through the bathroom vent from other rooms. We closed the door but could still hear noises. It didn’t bother us, we were so tired and had a great rest anyways.

Would have done 5-stars across the board, but cannot due to low level of staff and poor breakfast service. The staff at check-in was excellent (there were two people), but each day after there was only one person on staff checking in folks and handling the property. Fire pit did not work and the receptionist was having to troubleshoot as no maintenance person was on staff and she was too busy checking in people to address it…again, she was excellent and I wouldn’t be surprised if she leaves this position as there is no way to do a good job. Also, no routine maid service unless requested, all paper products and poor coffee, At the price of almost $400/night, this is unacceptable!

We really like this hotel. We were a little surprised to see some pizza had fallen in our hallway and it was never cleaned up in the 2 days we’re there. Not sure where housekeeping was. However, overall we like this place and will stay again.

The man that set up breakfast went above and beyond to provide excellent choices including hand made fruity/granola cups; he was very attentive to all guest needs. 5+ stars for his breakfast service. The Hampton inn suite we had was spacious which was awesome. And it is extremely close to the Cody night rodeo. The old west town is nearby as well as a huge Walmart. It was quiet and very comfortable. If we ever get to go back to Cody that is where we will stay. With a family of six we have a hard time finding spacious accommodations. This was great!

This is a newer property that is contemporary and nicely decorated. I liked the electric window shades. What I don't like is that there is no sound attenuation between floors, which indicates low budget construction. There were young kids directly above us and they were running and jumping and that sound is really loud in the floor below.

We were unable to access websites and/or find important information because the download speed was so slow and didn’t work at all half the time. I understand a higher download speed was available for a fee. I think this should be provided free of charge at a hotel of this caliber. Because we were unable to use WiFi, i wouldn’t stay here again.

My family and I were looking for a clean and comfortable stay afyer having a previous bad experience the night prior at a different hotel. The cleanliness and comfortability we expect at a hotel was met to our standards. The breakfast however could have been better. Loved the variety and the cleaness of the cafe area, but every since hotel item was cold. The wadmer trays were on and steaming but everything was cold. Sausage, eggs, potatoes all cold.
