Soccer Stadium Walk, Fast Drive to OTR & Downtown

We do not recommend. Our group of four women had never visited Cincinnati before and booked this apartment based on the description in the listing. When we arrived, we knew we wouldn't be staying. Our specific issues were: 1. Very stained couch in family room with no other seating options. 2. Window unit in bedroom not installed carefully, allowing outside air to come in around the unit. 3. On-site parking advertised, but we didn't find it. Is there an alley behind the building that we missed? 4. The area is described as walkable, but it felt very unsafe. The buildings directly across the street and one block down were boarded up. We saw numerous other boarded up buildings while leaving the location. We would never have considered walking anywhere from there. I cancelled the reservation in that moment and tried to work with the owner for a refund, to no avail. We ended up finding a hotel at the last minute. I believe the description of the listing was not accurate based on our experience. I do not recommend.

The property manager communicated with us promptly from booking to arrival and throughout our stay. They were extremely flexible and helped us change our booking day at our request. Our only suggestion is to bring your own coffee. The beds were comfy!
