Spacious Ventura Home with yard

An amazing place to stay. Clean, well furnished, spacious. The neighborhood felt family friendly and safe. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t walk around but would have enjoyed it. Backyard was gorgeous with flowers and hummingbirds and a basketball hoop too. Games, extra linens, cooking basics all provided. Owner was friendly and easy to contact though we never needed anything. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Well maintained house, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable chairs on the covered patio, great place to bask in the sun. The plumbing works fine but groans when the toilets flush. Major glitch is that the reclining sofas in the huge living room are pushed back against the far wall so do not recline, and the TV is mounted high over the fireplace and about 30 feet from the sofas so is barely visible. Guests are prohibited from moving the furniture. The bulk of the living room feels like an empty ballroom. The living room could be more livable.

The house and property are incredible. The living room and kitchen are one huge room, which is perfect for a group of friends cooking and hanging out. The GINORMOUS! island, with barstools, between the kitchen and living room is where we spent much of our time. I really wish I could have taken this amazing room home! Everything was very clean. There were plenty of clean linens, towels, pillows, etc. for all the rooms. The patio and back yard are lovely. Kids of all sizes would have a great time running around. A Smart & Final is right around the corner, for all the things I forgot! I really liked the neighborhood, with the many families out for walks and bike rides. I really to stay here again!
