Great condo with a few minute walk to the beach! This condo had literally everything we needed: bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, beach bag, fishing gear, and more. This condo had a nice family room area with a small, but well stocked kitchen. The bathroom had double sinks with a nice big shower. Also had a washer and dryer. There was also a deck that you could see the ocean! There is a pool area with bathroom. The boardwalk to the beach is 1 minute away. Felt like a private beach with very little people in our area. Could see Jetty park where we saw manatees and large sea turtles. Also had fun watching the wild peacocks in the area:). We were minutes away from Port Canaveral with a lot of good food and restaurants! We were also a few minutes away from a Publix, good restaurants and the Ron Jon Surf Shop in Cocoa. The owners were great in responding when we needed anything. Can't go wrong with this condo and the area:)

Loved that the pool area and hot tube was going right outside our door and the beach was steps away! The host responded quickly and everything that you need is provided! I couldn't say enough good things about this amazing place!

From the initial booking process to the departure out stay was excellent. The condo was just as described and even has a few extra's that weren't mentioned. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The access to the beach made for a wonderful early morning and late-night walks. Even though the pool is next to the front door, we never heard a thing. We are already planning for our next stay there.

Awesome property and very quiet. The jacuzzi wasn’t working but not the owners fault. Great view from the pool area with a covered area if you don’t want much sun. If you don’t like bamboo pillows make sure you bring your own. Owners kept us well informed with direct texting and not over bearing. You’ll enjoy your stay here and the residents are very friendly as well. The full size washer & dryer was very nice. Loved the walk in shower as well as a nice tub. My advice is go and vacation there because if you can’t relax here, you’re at the wrong location. I also loved it being less touristy.

We stayed here the day before we went out for a cruise. It’s a mile from the cruise terminal. Wish we had a little longer. Will definitely look it up again. The host thought about everything and was so accommodating with us only being there for a day. It was all the little things that added up to be huge. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys were great. That meant we didn’t have to pack nor rent. The pool and hot tub was literally right outside the door. Beach less than 2-3 minute walk. Everything was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great also with the tub and huge shower. Can’t say enough good things about it. Would recommend 100%!!

This was a great experience and great place to stay. Location was excellent with the beach right across the boardwalk. Pool available but we just swam in the ocean. Got to see SpaceX launch from the boardwalk probably less than 100 steps from our condo. Enough room for the 6 of us. I really appreciated the little things like the coffee bar and some snack bars. Also, really nice to sit outside on the patio at night and listen to the ocean.

We stayed at this property for my birthday and couldn't have asked for a better time! Host thought of everything! Property was very accommodating for my husband, kids and I and host went above and beyond to communicate with us and let us know events happening in thr area during our stay. The place was immaculately clean and the location was perfect with the pool and hot tub right there! Absolutely would stay here again!

Our family stayed at Gretchen's property for a few days post our cruise. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the communication prior to our stay, during and the property itself. This is a nice and quiet place to stay and was hands down one of if not the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at, you can truly tell that the host cares about this place! Unfortunately, the pool heater had quit working so it was pretty cold swimming for our children but hanging out on the beach and everything else about the property more than made up for it. Thanks for everything Gretchen!

Everything about this condo was amazing. The listing was accurate and every detail was thought of and taken care of. It was wonderful to drive right from the airport and have cold water and snacks. There are ample beach and bath towels and plenty of hooks to dry them. The place was spotless! Awesome beach gear and a short walk to the beach. Port Canaveral minutes away. Mcdonalds is about a mile away. The pier is easy to get to. We had planned to go to Kennedy Space Center on our full day here but the condo and beach were so nice we decided to save that for next time and just enjoy the pool and ocean. We will definitely be back and stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

We have stayed many times all over Florida. This was the cleanest unit we have ever rented. A key thing for me was even though it was spotless, there wasn’t a industrial cleaning product smell and no heavy laundry detergent smell on the sheets and towels. This unit had everything you could possibly need for a beach or pool week. Location and beach were perfect. Easy check in and out.

This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. This condo is exactly as described. It is cute, cozy, and, besides being right on the beach, includes so many other awesome amenities!The beds are comfortable & the coffee k-cups are stocked. It includes literally everything you need for the beach and the pool (which is also outside your door!) - chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, & beach bag. The new, full-size washer & dryer was also an incredible bonus.The communication with the owner was top notch. Gretchen texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory and even extended our checkout time as much as possible without an additional fee. This was the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in due in large part to all of the "little things" she does ahead of time. We will be back to Cocoa Beach & we will stay here again! This place is a gem. Being right on the beach is such a plus! In addition, Gretchen has provided an extremely comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay with so many amenities it would be hard to list them all. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer-dryer, beach chairs, and ample storage. Gretchen was great to work with and very responsive regarding questions and concerns. She let us know about a Space-X launch occurring during our stay which we could watch while standing on the beach. The whole experience was awesome and we look forward to our next visit!

Perfect place for our family vacation. The kids loved the trundle bed and the Murphy bed. The location was great! Of all the activities we did our favorite was the airboat tour and seeing alligators!

This property was as advertised. High quality bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, everything you needed for the beach! Plenty of loungers at the pool. Unit was clean and well stocked. One small problem that owner took care of immediately. Close to many great restaurants. We were even lucky to see 2 launches! Area great for biking and walking!Would visit again!

Endless Summer was a great choice for our special family vacation. It offered us a convenient spot to recharge as a family in a comfortable spot right on the beach. Gretchen was a great host and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless. She even told us about a rocket lauch scheduled during our stay which turned out to be a highlight of our trip.

Everything about this condo was amazing. The listing was accurate and every detail was thought of and taken care of. It was wonderful to drive right from the airport and have cold water and snacks. There are ample beach and bath towels and plenty of hooks to dry them. The place was spotless! Awesome beach gear and a short walk to the beach. Port Canaveral minutes away. Mcdonalds is about a mile away. The pier is easy to get to. We had planned to go to Kennedy Space Center on our full day here but the condo and beach were so nice we decided to save that for next time and just enjoy the pool and ocean. We will definitely be back and stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Very nice condo right on the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, but I wish I would have booked a couple extra to have more time there to relax. I have it saved on my list in case we have a future visit out that way!

You can’t ask for a better place in Cape Canaveral. The location is fantastic, the condo is clean and comfortable! You are on the beach with a private boardwalk for this condo complex meaning the beach isn’t overrun with people. Plenty of beach towels, toys etc provided so no need to bring your own. The pool is clean and right outside the door! We were never bothered by noise from outside. We will come back to this unit every summer!

What a find! We live 40 minutes NW of the cape and were looking for a quick getaway before the holiday chaos, and don't like hotels...this place was a fantastic find...we will definitely be back. Although it sleeps up to 6 comfortably, it was perfect for just the two of us. The hot tub was so relaxing and we spent half the day on the beach fishing. Beautiful view of the cruise ships coming and going, SpaceX drone ship with the booster coming in, and if there's a launch, you have a great view! Everything was easy to find, no issues with the condo at all...Parking and beach access were on point. If you're lucky enough to book it, enjoy it! Also, go South on Atlantic Ave to Joanne's Beachside Cafe for any meal - they will blow your mind! Thank you Gretchen!!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The location could not be beat! We had 2 little girls and they loved the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the parents were super grateful for the supply of beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards! The trundle bed was such a hit for the kiddos, too. Condo was super clean and so nice to have access to a washer/dryer. We would definitely stay again!

This VRBO is in a great location and gated for security. The beach is literally in the backyard. Gretchen is a fantastic host. She keeps in complete contact with you and also keep you updated on any upcoming launches from the Kennedy space center that you could witness. The property we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous, my daughter wants to live there. We will definitely be returning.

Dorie and Paul's condo was perfect for us! It was clean and well maintained, spacious, and had everything my daughter and I could need. They were very communicative and even let us check in early. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable. Overall, we had a really great week and we look forward to staying here again!

Great location! Condo is right on the beach and has pool and hot tub. Condo is fully stocked with very nice amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The host thought of everything and even includes beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to use. Bed was very comfortable. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.
