The apartment was perfect, clean, well kept. It was a great place to stay, short walk to the T. The parking is not good. If you drive be prepared to park far away or be blocked in by another car.

We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked and has wonderful new appliances. It was so nice to have a big beautiful new washing machine and dryer! We didn’t have any detergent so it was super easy to take an uber to a nearby Target - we could have walked but that route is not the safest. It is easy to find yourself in a questionable area as it is just a block or 2 away. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. But, the walk to the nearest train station is through a lovely, safe area and it is easy to get to downtown Boston. We never heard noise from the upstairs neighbor or elsewhere - it was a quiet apartment. Bathrooms are super small but very clean. Great shower head too! The owners thought of nice little things like snacks on arrival and board games. We would definitely recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be another mirror in the bedrooms so that you could put on makeup while your partner is in the bathroom.

This is a lovely 3 bedroom condo about a 10 min walk from the Shawmut red line station. The off street parking is essential as on street parking is hard to find. The parking is stated to be two spots, but if you have a large vehicle ( ie large SUV, Truck, or minivan) it can really only accommodate one vehicle. This unit is in the Dorchester neighborhood. There were many nights and mornings that noise from the neighbors was disturbing at times making sleep challenging. Neighbors were friendly and no concern for safety. The hosts provided snacks on arrival, they also provided detergent pods for the clothes washer and dishwasher which was very convenient and helpful. There were large screen TV’s in each bedroom and the living room that were SMART TV’s. The HVAC system is loud, so at times it made it challenging to listen to the TV or have a conversation when it was running right next to you. The kitchen was well appointed to allow eat in meals. We had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated this location's many features.

Fantastic location for our college visit weekend. The large apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The snacks and extra towels were very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped with many plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Just bring your own spices and you are ready to cook up your meals. The extra bonus was on street parking and a nearby (walking distance) to walk our dog. The hosts were also very welcoming and responsive.

The apartment was very clean and bright. It was everything the pics showed online. The snacks and beverages that were left for us was great! This apartment was a great stay for my family of 4. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was pristine with dishwasher and automated ice machine in fridge, in unit washer and drier was a huge plus, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while in Boston. Unfortunately I would recommend another location if staying with small children. Our daughter is 8 months old at the time of booking and the upstairs neighbors played extremely loud music late into the early morning, they slammed doors, banging up and down the stairs all night, and there was a noticeable odor In the apartment at all hours. Overall this stay was incredible and I would stay again with just my adult family, but I would suggest another location if staying with younger children.

Tom and Helen were fantastic hosts! The check-in process was so easy and smooth. The apartment was absolutely clean, well decorated, and perfectly suited for our needs. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the T which made traversing Boston easy. All the appliances were incredibly modern and well maintained. There was private parking and street parking free and available on a private street. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Boston. Thanks Tom and Helen!

We were there for a graduation celebration. We rented a car since it was not so convenient to take the T. The apartment was very clean, easy check in and check out. We did not cook anything so we can’t evaluate the kitchen but it was clean and the host had snack, water and teas for us to use. Very kind of them. We did use the washer and dryer very Convenient. Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbors. The parking is located at the back of the house. We were able to park there the first night we arrived late. But after that, the neighbors blocked the entrance with their cars. We were lucky to find the last spot on the street to park. The next day when we went to park the car, they had a bounce house blocking the way. It was around 8:30 pm. The kids playing and screaming did not stop until 10pm on a Sunday night. We again were able to park on the street. This was my only complaint about this stay.

We were a group of 6 adult girlfriends and this property worked perfectly for us. The location was great (about a 5 minute walk to the Shawmut T stop), everything was clean and maintained, and there were several personal touches that were so nice (welcome snacks, makeup remover cloths and wipes, selection of tea and coffee, etc.). Helen & Tom were so responsive and helpful as we were planning.

One of the most important aspects of a VRBO that i stay at is that is clean. This home was spotless. Very comfortable and was equipped with everything thing you could want. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We used uber to go everywhere and always got a car within 5 minutes so location was not a concern at all. We were with another couple and we we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, had a blast in Boston! The apartment was so cute and very clean. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud late at night and the neighborhood was a little sketch but not so much we wouldn’t stay there again. There was everything we needed, great beds and plenty of room for all six of us adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Coffee and snacks were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was convenient and close to train station. AC control is locked but host will adjust temperature when you ask. Beds were very firm. Upstairs neighbors are loud but we would stay here again.

Overall we had a great experience here. We didn't sleep the greatest the first two nights due to people coming and going upstairs at all hours of the night (not sure what was going on up there). But ear plugs saved the day/night. The house was clean and was a welcome respite for the hot summer days in Boston.

We stayed here with our family, including 3 young kids, for a week long trip to the Boston area. We found the space to be clean, updated, and as pictured online. This rental is on the fist floor, and the upstairs neighbors were loud at night which was disruptive. We had a small leak issue from the upstairs unit as well, that was rectified quickly by the property owner, who was very responsive and helpful. But overall, it was not an ideal fit for our family. We were hoping for more of a neighborhood feel, where we would be able to walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks, and this didn't fit the bill.

Tom and Helen were fantastic hosts! The check-in process was so easy and smooth. The apartment was absolutely clean, well decorated, and perfectly suited for our needs. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the T which made traversing Boston easy. All the appliances were incredibly modern and well maintained. There was private parking and street parking free and available on a private street. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Boston. Thanks Tom and Helen!

We were a group of 6 adult girlfriends and this property worked perfectly for us. The location was great (about a 5 minute walk to the Shawmut T stop), everything was clean and maintained, and there were several personal touches that were so nice (welcome snacks, makeup remover cloths and wipes, selection of tea and coffee, etc.). Helen & Tom were so responsive and helpful as we were planning.

One of the most important aspects of a VRBO that i stay at is that is clean. This home was spotless. Very comfortable and was equipped with everything thing you could want. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We used uber to go everywhere and always got a car within 5 minutes so location was not a concern at all. We were with another couple and we we enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! Everything was so clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked and has wonderful new appliances. It was so nice to have a big beautiful new washing machine and dryer! We didn’t have any detergent so it was super easy to take an uber to a nearby Target - we could have walked but that route is not the safest. It is easy to find yourself in a questionable area as it is just a block or 2 away. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5. But, the walk to the nearest train station is through a lovely, safe area and it is easy to get to downtown Boston. We never heard noise from the upstairs neighbor or elsewhere - it was a quiet apartment. Bathrooms are super small but very clean. Great shower head too! The owners thought of nice little things like snacks on arrival and board games. We would definitely recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be another mirror in the bedrooms so that you could put on makeup while your partner is in the bathroom.

This is a lovely 3 bedroom condo about a 10 min walk from the Shawmut red line station. The off street parking is essential as on street parking is hard to find. The parking is stated to be two spots, but if you have a large vehicle ( ie large SUV, Truck, or minivan) it can really only accommodate one vehicle. This unit is in the Dorchester neighborhood. There were many nights and mornings that noise from the neighbors was disturbing at times making sleep challenging. Neighbors were friendly and no concern for safety. The hosts provided snacks on arrival, they also provided detergent pods for the clothes washer and dishwasher which was very convenient and helpful. There were large screen TV’s in each bedroom and the living room that were SMART TV’s. The HVAC system is loud, so at times it made it challenging to listen to the TV or have a conversation when it was running right next to you. The kitchen was well appointed to allow eat in meals. We enjoyed our stay, had a blast in Boston! The apartment was so cute and very clean. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud late at night and the neighborhood was a little sketch but not so much we wouldn’t stay there again. There was everything we needed, great beds and plenty of room for all six of us adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment and great hosts! Very close to the T line at Shawmut. Kind of far from downtown Boston. The subway took 45-60 mins to get into town. The neighborhood was friendly and felt safe. My kids and I walked to restaurants, the park, and the convenience store (even at dusk it felt safe). The upstairs apartment residents were pretty loud, even through the night, but I find hotels to be loud through the night as well. The soaps, shampoos, and TP were quality products! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, but not pantry items. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is not a lot of variety and walking distance for restaurants. However, we were mostly in downtown Boston so it didn’t affect our trip at all. Communication was awesome with the hosts.

Hi, we stayed here in mid March over Spring Break and it was a great place. Helen communicated so well, especially during the impending Nor’easter… which turned out to be nothing in our area. 🤣. The place was very comfortable… with tons of useful amenities to make it great. We were greeted with snacks and drinks upon arrival— super helpful when traveling with teenagers! They had coffee with creamers and sweeteners, lots of useful utensils for cooking at home, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer,laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, lots of towels— just really excellent attention to detail. There were lots of towels, linens, kitchen utensils,etc. very well stocked home. We took our 2 adult boys going to university in the US (we are from canada). We ate out lots but boys loved to have a few of Mkms home cooked meals in the great and well equipped kitchen.

Fantastic location for our college visit weekend. The large apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The snacks and extra towels were very welcome. The kitchen was well equipped with many plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Just bring your own spices and you are ready to cook up your meals. The extra bonus was on street parking and a nearby (walking distance) to walk our dog. The hosts were also very welcoming and responsive.

This apartment was a great stay for my family of 4. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was pristine with dishwasher and automated ice machine in fridge, in unit washer and drier was a huge plus, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while in Boston. Unfortunately I would recommend another location if staying with small children. Our daughter is 8 months old at the time of booking and the upstairs neighbors played extremely loud music late into the early morning, they slammed doors, banging up and down the stairs all night, and there was a noticeable odor In the apartment at all hours. Overall this stay was incredible and I would stay again with just my adult family, but I would suggest another location if staying with younger children.

We were there for a graduation celebration. We rented a car since it was not so convenient to take the T. The apartment was very clean, easy check in and check out. We did not cook anything so we can’t evaluate the kitchen but it was clean and the host had snack, water and teas for us to use. Very kind of them. We did use the washer and dryer very Convenient. Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbors. The parking is located at the back of the house. We were able to park there the first night we arrived late. But after that, the neighbors blocked the entrance with their cars. We were lucky to find the last spot on the street to park. The next day when we went to park the car, they had a bounce house blocking the way. It was around 8:30 pm. The kids playing and screaming did not stop until 10pm on a Sunday night. We again were able to park on the street. This was my only complaint about this stay.

Overall we had a great experience here. We didn't sleep the greatest the first two nights due to people coming and going upstairs at all hours of the night (not sure what was going on up there).
