Lobby was locked up had to use a walk up window, no one was there at the time so rang the bell waited outside the window another person came up and rang the bell and got assistance, we then got assistance and they actually let us check in early but once in the room the towels and bedding felt damp and there was something red on the bathroom door not sure what, also no place to hang any clothing and the TV did not have a signal tried changing inputs to no avail, my daughter checked out the pool and said it looked really nasty and looked liked something dead was in it, I did not verify that. The Shower curtain fell down while i was showering and would not stay up causing the bathroom floor to get wet. I did not contact the desk at this point due to it being late and was a big college sports weekend in town and finding another place would have been more time then I wanted to spend for 1 nights stay, My daughter and her friend actually wound up deciding to sleep in the car due to the conditons.

You could see daylight under the entrance door/not a good seal. The bathroom door did not shut. There are holes in the flooring where the vinyl planks don’t line up. The mattress is old and pillows were lumpy. It was a place to sleep, that’s it. We arrived late and had to use a window attendant to get our key. There was no one in the lobby in in the morning and it was completely locked. No coffee in the morning for guests.

The hotel did not have a lobby. You had to talk to management through bars on a window. No smoke detectors. Holes in all the walls. Door did not close tight. Overall dumpy place.

The room was all the way in the sketchy back. It was the last room right by the dumpsters. There were so many empty rooms closer that we could of gotten!! Then the dump truck woke us up at 4am getting trash! And they had NO amenities.

The ad for this.lroperty didnt mention that the pool has not been mantained and not available. They should remove it from the list of amenities as it was part of the reason I booked here. For $15 dollars more i could have had a pool AND a clean room. The ro om looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. The re were diry handprints on the bathrooom door and all light switches and a shoe print in the shower. Upon check in they said they were supposed toncharge a $50 deposit for my SERVICE DOG but would let it slide this time. A service dognis not a.pet and should not be treated as such. Overall the place is dismal at best.

Pool was green room was dirty, smelled of mold. They also asked for a cash deposit to stay one night, refused to stay in those conditions and was refused a refund. Tried to cancel prior to arrival but was denied it, said hotel was sold out. Know one there, to shapely for us. Would not reccommend

We checked in thru a "cage" on the outside of the motel. Told us that the staff didn't feel safe therefore why should we? We could not change our minds about staying there because it was booked thru you and they would not refund our money. Room didn't even have a place to hand your clothing, one chair, dirty grundgy shower curtain, lamps didn't work. Awful! Staff? What staff? Didn't see anyone ever on the premises. Even the cage person was hidden behind a WALL.

Remote did not work properly, not the cleanest throughout, outside very dirty (not just recent from wind, but leaves etc had been there a long time, pool unusable, lobby closed - had to register from outside night window.

Room smelled like mold, the floor by the door and window was mushy and soft, pillows had dust on them and when I patted it dust came off. Bed sheets felt like sandpaper and a bug crawling in the shower. I tried contacting the front desk representative to see if I could get a refund and they said their policy was no refunds plus all the rooms were sold out. I even asked to see if the guy come come up to my room and see for himself, he said he was the only person at the front desk and was unable to.

I was dropping off my daughter at University of Florida and needed to stay overnight. I decided to look for an inexpensive place on Expedia. I wasn’t expecting much but was still disappointed by the condition of the motel and the amenities. There were cracks in the walls, the floor and furniture was dirty, the bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, the tiny tube of shampoo had been used and was almost empty. The whole place needs a complete makeover. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was dirty and nasty it smelled and very unsanitary therefore I nor my family stayed there and they still charged me $334.00 I called them every day trying to get my money back I reported them to headquarters and on Sunday I was told I will receive $174.00 of it back but that's still not fair I should receive it all back and I contacted hotel. Com and you were not any help either so I will not use you anymore I've been booking with you for years and I didn't appreciate how you handled me either., I'm so disappointed I'm on disability and can't afford to lose any money I had to go to another hotel and spend $500.00 so now I'm out of $800.00 now it's not letting me upload these nasty photos of the hotel

We checked in at 11:30 pm after a long day tailgating and going to a college football game. All we wanted to do was shower and go to bed. There were no towels in the room. Called the front desk and they were delivered by a maintenance man smoking a cigarette who looked like he was pissed to have to come to our room so late. There’s was no garbage can. No where in the shower to put soap or shampoo except on the floor. The floor felt dirty and there was mold on the shower walls and water damage on some of the interior walls. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. We left at 6:45 am just to get out of there. Should be renamed America’s Worst Value instead of Best.

I liked the step-in shower a LOT. That being said, it would have been nice to have a soap dish, so that I didn't have to bend to the floor to get soap and shampoo. Also, the water in the shower was one temperature (very small valve ratio), which was, conveniently enough, warm enough for a shower. There was no closet or area to hang clothes, which would be nice. There was an area next to the vanity where such could be placed. There was no light in the vanity, which meant that the only way to have a night light would be to have the fan/light in the bathroom or one of the lights in the main bedroom area. Overall, my stay was acceptable, despite my comments.

When i got there the place looked rundown, like the hood. The person that took my money was behind bars and served through a small window. The room had a stain by the headboard on the floor. The mattress was very cheap, and has this big dent in the middle like an elephant had been sleeping in it. The mattress made a noise every time i moved. Sounded like a wrestling ring. I went in the restroom and had to fight off a roach. The ceiling looked like it had mold in the shower. Was not worth what i paid. Foreigners just trying to get paid is what i experienced. That place needs to be torn down. Its a dump for cheap people. You can tell that sometime unlawful goes on there!!!

No chair in room, nowhere to sit but on the bed. Used washcloth hanging on shower rod. As soon as I arrived two people who apparently work here had a long LOUD conversation outside my door and when I got in late that night there was a lot of shouting but I did not look to see because this place does NOT feel safe. Will not return.

Charge me $20 to check in early wouldn’t give me back my deposit because I tried to say that I stained the sheets but the whole room was ran down. The racks are falling off the walls, the doors the tile all completely filthy the main door you can see outside the bathroom door did not shut. There was stains on the towels would never recommend anyone staying there. Don’t know how this hotel is not condemned.

I booked this last minute and was a little concerned with all the negative reviews. I expected the worst and was pleasantly surprised. Its not the Ritz but its what youd expect from the price. It was clean, the air conditioner was awesome and the bed was comfy. Sure , its run down and could use some maintenance but for a quick stay it was on par with a motel 6 or something similar. The staff could use a little customer service training as they seemed bothered at check in and check out, but again, what do you expect? Overall, the place was fine.

This Motel should never be offered on Hotel.com! Not a safe place. Reason I booked was because all hotels were sold out so I booked this horrific place. The room smelt of spices mixed with death. There was an inch gap under entrance door. The TV or internet did not work. I complained to front desk through an 8x8 plexiglass hole. I was told No Refund! Yes place has a pool which looked more like a graveyard of outdoor furniture in a corner! Stay far away from this place ...drive 38 minutes to Ocala! I lost my money but my safety came first!

Bathroom was very dirty, lots of hair and dirt in shower pan. Police were present for most of this night. The room was booked for 5 but only had 2 towels and 4 pillows. We checked in very late and they were able to accommodate a 2am checkin which is why I rated the service high. But we were unable to get an extra pillow. My husband slept with towels rolled up as a pillow.

We did not stay when we arrived and saw the place we were afraid to stay in that place. Men drinking and laying on the floor right in front of the room when we complaint the moved us to the other side of the bldg and when I entered the room it was smelling terribly. We immediately returned the key and tried to cancel. They would not cancel. The place is very unsafe We left and had to find another hotel in another city.

We have had good experiences with this chain before, but this particular motel would have been a disgrace to a 3rd world nation. Broken light fixture; tv that wouldn't work until a staff member replaced a cable; dirty; soap bar so old it crumbled; no coffee or coffee machine; etc. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place screams out for one.
