The house was perfect for our family. The bedroom locations allowed some separation between us. We weren't on top of each other. Plenty of living spaces to gather. The outside was great. We enjoyed the outside sitting areas, the grill, and the pool. Also, it was conveniently located near restaurants and stores

We stayed here for an extended family vacation (meaning granddaughter up to great grandparent and all the relatives in between!), so we really appreciated how open the property was to spread out and feel like we have our own space, but enough seating to do things together. It worked great. Beds were all comfortable, and kitchen was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated the pool heat cost was not as crazy high as other properties. Although we didn't use the pool much because even with the heat, it only got up to 77 degrees, but it was also unseasonable cool when we were there AND we didn't put the pool cover on, so that isn't anything on the owners. 5 Stars for sure and would stay here again!

We stayed at this fantastic property for a week with 6 high school girls and 4 adult chaperones/parents while in Arizona for the National Speech and Debate tournament. We had a truly memorable, amazing experience and this was the perfect place to stay for our group. The property is lovely and in fantastic shape. Perfect space for our group of 10 that allowed the girls and adults to have separate quiet spaces but good communal spaces as well. The kitchen is fantastically stocked with kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes and even a full array of spices. The back yard is also terrific! The pool was a great respite in the June heat and we used the grill twice, was perfect for us. The owners were fantastic communicators, really easy check in process and the location is a really great, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. This trip was something that all of our group will cherish and being able to stay at this beautiful home will be part of that memory for our speech girls as they head off to college. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Great stay! Location was great - plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well supplied. Backyard was a gem. Pool was beautiful. Outdoor sitting area with a fire table was a nice touch.

had the entire family (13 total from 69 to 4) in AZ for Cubs Spring Training. The house was GREAT! plenty big enough with 2 separate areas for watching TV at night... ( great with the age differences). The master suite was tremendous! The pool was wonderful and firepit area was nice. So close to a large mall and restaurants we could have walked. The mall also has a newly opened Scheels sporting goods store. HUGE place with a Ferris wheel, videos games and cafe and candy store. Spent a 1/2 day there with the kids! Owners were incredibly responsive with the few questions we had, and checked in thru out our stay to make sure everything was ok. Overall a great stay.

This house has a lot of space, and it’s got about every appliance you could ever need. We just had the best time cooking together, and playing in the heated pool. There are games to enjoy - which we did. When we had questions or needs, Connie very promptly answered. I would definitely stay here again!!

The house was great. The kitchen was well appointed which we needed for Thanksgiving. The house has plenty of room. The pool was warm hours before expected and earlier than we have ever had in other VRBO properties. It was also fenced which was an extra bonus. Two things would make this a five star home for us. We are a tall family and the sofa in the family room was very low to the ground and really needed a good fabric cleaning or buffing or something! And the downstairs slept four people but only three bath towels were provided. We moved a pool towel inside. We realized we can’t expect everything can’t exactly fill our needs as they do at home. Therefore I would certainly recommend this home to any (not over 6feet tall) as a well appointed home for a reasonable price with attention by the owner as needed.

This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms spaced out for privacy and massive master suite. We loved hanging out in the large open kitchen family room area and around the pool. Kitchen is well equipped and more frig space in garage. We all took long walks each day and great parks nearby. Also close to the mall, other shopping, whole foods, and good restaurants. Connie was a great communicator. We had a perfect, relaxing family gathering.

This beautiful home was perfecr for a large gathering of friends and family for our daughter’s wedding. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the plates, cups, utensils and cookware we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the nice patio. The grill was a nice bonus! Communication with the host was excellent! We would love to stay here again! Book this home for your family vacation. I booked the house for Labor Day weekend for a trip to Sahuaro Lake and the housed is as listed cleaned, spacious perfect for a large family. We needed late checkout and I reached out to Connie and she responded right away. I will definite stay here next time we come back to Phoenix.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we loved it. The place was perfect for our family and very close to most things that we needed. Connie was great about answering our questions or concerns.

We stayed at this fantastic property for a week with 6 high school girls and 4 adult chaperones/parents while in Arizona for the National Speech and Debate tournament. We had a truly memorable, amazing experience and this was the perfect place to stay for our group. The property is lovely and in fantastic shape. Perfect space for our group of 10 that allowed the girls and adults to have separate quiet spaces but good communal spaces as well. The kitchen is fantastically stocked with kitchen utensils, plenty of dishes and even a full array of spices. The back yard is also terrific! The pool was a great respite in the June heat and we used the grill twice, was perfect for us. The owners were fantastic communicators, really easy check in process and the location is a really great, quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. This trip was something that all of our group will cherish and being able to stay at this beautiful home will be part of that memory for our speech girls as they head off to college. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in the Phoenix area.

had the entire family (13 total from 69 to 4) in AZ for Cubs Spring Training. The house was GREAT! plenty big enough with 2 separate areas for watching TV at night... ( great with the age differences). The master suite was tremendous! The pool was wonderful and firepit area was nice. So close to a large mall and restaurants we could have walked. The mall also has a newly opened Scheels sporting goods store. HUGE place with a Ferris wheel, videos games and cafe and candy store. Spent a 1/2 day there with the kids! Owners were incredibly responsive with the few questions we had, and checked in thru out our stay to make sure everything was ok. Overall a great stay.

We had an amazing two week family vacation. Connie’s house was just perfect for our group. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The area is beautiful and we walked many times in the neighbourhood. A park really close for young and old alike. Any questions we had were answered immediately. What we liked about the area is that it’s really close to shopping, groceries, restaurants etc. We did rent a car and I would say it’s good to have one. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Arizona.

The home is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood but is very close to major highways, near the airport as well as shopping centers and a great selection of restaurants. Owner is wonderful at communicating and easy to reach with any questions you may have. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms spaced out for privacy and massive master suite. We loved hanging out in the large open kitchen family room area and around the pool. Kitchen is well equipped and more frig space in garage. We all took long walks each day and great parks nearby. Also close to the mall, other shopping, whole foods, and good restaurants. Connie was a great communicator. We had a perfect, relaxing family gathering.

Great stay! Location was great - plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well supplied. Backyard was a gem. Pool was beautiful. Outdoor sitting area with a fire table was a nice touch.

This beautiful home was perfecr for a large gathering of friends and family for our daughter’s wedding. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the plates, cups, utensils and cookware we needed. We absolutely loved our stay. It had all of the necessities and is a beautiful home. There was a bunch of space for our large family and every room and bathroom was clean and well stocked. 10/10 would recommend!

This house has a lot of space, and it’s got about every appliance you could ever need. We just had the best time cooking together, and playing in the heated pool. There are games to enjoy - which we did. When we had questions or needs, Connie very promptly answered. I would definitely stay here again!!

The pool was warm hours before expected and earlier than we have ever had in other VRBO properties. It was also fenced which was an extra bonus. Two things would make this a five star home for us. We are a tall family and the sofa in the family room was very low to the ground and really needed a good fabric cleaning or buffing or something! And the downstairs slept four people but only three bath towels were provided. We moved a pool towel inside. We realized we can’t expect everything can’t exactly fill our needs as they do at home. Therefore I would certainly recommend this home to any (not over 6feet tall) as a well appointed home for a reasonable price with attention by the owner as needed.

Rented house for out of state family to stay for my daughter’s ASU graduation. House was plenty big enough, close enough to college but not on top of it, it was just as described, pool was really nice. It had a nice ledge to relax on but if you like floating you may want to bring some as i didn’t see any. It was clean and check in and out process was easy to follow and not elaborate. It had plenty of house items like toilet paper paper towels, etc. Which is nice aa most of the time i have to get some when staying in VBROs. Also great communication from host throughout. If you have a need for a large house i would definitely recommend.
