Great property and perfect for what we needed!We were in town for a baby shower nearby, and brought our dog along. She enjoyed the fenced in backyard, with grass and plenty of room to run and play while we were there.We enjoyed the very clean and comfortable house. We didnt need all the bedrooms for our stay, but the Main bedroom was very comfortable with closet space for our luggage, comfortable bedding and ample pillows!Great spot!

We stayed here for a night to meet family and it met all of our needs. The yard was big which was nice for our dogs to run around. Communication was great as well.

Great place to stay for us and our dog for our quick overnight trip from out of state. Effortless check in after hours was perfect. Place was huge, very clean, and great attention to detail. I literally realized partway on our drive I forgot we weren’t staying in a hotel and didn’t bring body wash; I planned to run out once we got there. Pleasantly surprised to find hotel sized toiletries in each bathroom including body wash! Hosts were very easy to reach, even late at night, in order to fix a booking error we encountered. Frank was incredibly kind to work with and fixed the issue promptly. Can’t ask for much better than that!

The house's interior is exactly as shown It is cute and nicely decorated, as well as clean. Seemingly new appliances and a pretty well stocked kitchen (needs wine glasses and a cork screw). The beds were not bad, however the one in the master has a loud squeak when you move even slightly. The back yard was okay but could use a bit of TLC...I tripped a few times on some half buried landscape bricks. The location worked well for us, and we did feel safe. However, due to no fault of the homeowners, some of the surrounding houses were pretty unsightly. In our case , it did not really impact our stay. For the most part, we were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed here while we were getting our house built and it was great! Big yard for our dogs and a great/ safe neighborhood. House was just what we needed and Frank and Michael were very accommodating on everything including when we needed to extend our stay. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends when they visit.

Plenty of space for our family with 2 teen boys. Enjoyed family time in the family space. House was very clean and comfy. We spent most of our time in Charleston which was only 30 min drive. Summerville had great restaurants when we returned from a long day.

The house's interior is exactly as shown It is cute and nicely decorated, as well as clean. Seemingly new appliances and a pretty well stocked kitchen (needs wine glasses and a cork screw). The beds were not bad, however the one in the master has a loud squeak when you move even slightly. The back yard was okay but could use a bit of TLC...I tripped a few times on some half buried landscape bricks. The location worked well for us, and we did feel safe. However, due to no fault of the homeowners, some of the surrounding houses were pretty unsightly. In our case , it did not really impact our stay. For the most part, we were very pleased with our stay.

Plenty of space for our family with 2 teen boys. Enjoyed family time in the family space. House was very clean and comfy. We spent most of our time in Charleston which was only 30 min drive. Summerville had great restaurants when we returned from a long day.

The house was great for what we needed it for. Location is central for checking out the Nexton area. Neighborhood was an older part for sure but everyone friendly. Hosts were available if we needed anything! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location is perfect close to Summerville, Nexton, and Charleston, which made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the house itself was very inviting.Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a 2- yr old with us and we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is good and convenient for groceries and restaurants. It was much bigger than expected. Usually pictures exaggerate the size with wide angle lens but not this place. We’d stay here again.

The hosts were great, quick response and had everything you needed for a stay. House is close to Nexton, and all the new shops and restaurants. Easy commute from the airport and a short drive to Charleston.

Super cozy place! Pictures don’t do it justice! Hot tub was easy to use. Super close to shopping areas and great food. Thankful for a very relaxing place to stay as we visited Charleston!
