We were in AZ for a family wedding along with our 3 adult children plus 3 grandsons. This house was absolutely perfect. We were amazed how well stocked it was with everything we needed. The heated pool was a true highlight. We loved it. The property owners were excellent! We highly recommend it!

Our family enjoyed this property! Bathrooms were wonderful! We had everything we needed. The grandkids spent so much time in the pool (lots of pool towels!) and there was very adequate outdoor seating for us to enjoy watching them!! The wide open floor plan and large kitchen table was perfect for us!! Loved the 2 island concept as well! We’d stay again!!

My friends and I were in Arizona for a wedding and were looking for a house that could fit the 10 of us. This house was perfect! The kitchen is massive and so much fun to have group dinners in and the rest of the property was super spacious as well. Large rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of amenities (coffee pods, shampoo & conditioner, pool towels, etc.) The house was spotless. The backyard was also amazing - heated pool, lots of seating, fun pool toys and a grill. Carmen was also so sweet and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend this house more.

This place was amazing and brand new! It was better than advertised. It was very clean and well kept. Amenities were perfect for a family of 10 on Spring Break! Carmen was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with our stay. She is very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We were in town for a family wedding and had 4 kids and 7 adults staying here. The house was way better then we expected and the location was perfect. I have stayed in PHX 5 times now and this was the most centrally located to everything we wanted. The host was great! We had an issue with the pool heater and she was over within 30 minutes to fix the issue. This house also came fully stocked with multiple pantries and closest full of stuff ou may need. We will be back!

With our group arriving from 5 different states, the ease of getting to the airport was appreciated. Close to 15 minutes each way. We were visiting for a wedding and the wedding venue was close by. We walked to get donuts, pizza, ice and restaurants. Easy drive to trail to climb Camelback Mountain. All the beds and bedding were comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and closets. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The pool was nice and the outdoor area was fun for games and enjoying the weather.

The overall experience was okay. The property manager reached out when I booked asking what I wanted the door code to be and I responded. I shared the code with our guests due to some guests arriving earlier than me to decorate the house for the party. When the first guests arrived the door code was not working. They tried multiple times but it wasn’t working. I called the property manager and she tried fixing the issue via app to the door lock. The code still did not work so she was forced to share her personal code with me to make it work. This caused a delay in decorating and the surprise was ruined. The main reason we chose this house was due to the heated pool. We had our conjoined bachelor and bachelorette party here and the main goal was to have a pool party. When we approached the pool it was not very clean and almost looked as if the pump wasn’t ran in awhile. The water was also cold. We reached out to the property manager and she stated I had to request the pool be heated 24 hours prior to our arrival. No where on the listing was that expressed. This led to our party ultimately being ruined due to guests not wanting to go swimming because of the cold temperature.

We chose this place for two reasons - the bed and bathroom set up and the pool. The bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms. Each couple had their own bathroom and we had a bedroom to spare. The pool was a nice size but unfortunately did not heat up enough for most of the group to enjoy. Understandably, it’s winter so it isn’t going to feel as warm as one would like, but it seemed like the pool heater wasn’t working properly. In any event, we still had a very good time and appreciated the open concept and beautiful kitchen. We would recommend the property and the neighborhood, which was close to a lot of great places, including not far from the airport!

Before I booked my stay I read the reviews and thought it sounded too good to be true but I ended up booking. So glad I did! The reviews were all great because the house is great! The house has everything you could ever need. The set up having 3 master bedrooms with private baths is great for large groups. The other bedroom shares bathroom with bunk bed room. Which worked great for my family as we had 4 couples and 2 teens. The pool was great for relaxing. The kitchen is a dream kitchen!

We had a fantastic stay in this home!!! Pictures represented It perfectly! It was Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly accommodated my group for a girls trip!!! Stunning kitchen, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. We loved using the pool! The location could not have been better. Literally less than five minutes to tons of great shopping and food. 100 percent will stay here again!!! Thank you!!

My relatives stayed at this home while in Phoenix for our daughter’s wedding. This home was AMAZING! Spacious, clean and modern. The en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy for everyone. The kitchen, living room and dining area was enormous, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Several enjoyed using the heated pool in the back yard. My relatives were DELIGHTED with this home. It was a wonderful experience for them with many happy memories.

We absolutely loved this place. It gives plenty of room to hang out and play games or even chill out alone. The photos are extremely accurate and we plan on visiting this location again. Carmen was really easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall 11/10 😊

We stayed here for our local wedding weekend with some friends and it was the perfect house with so much space! Rooms were huge, beds were comfy, and Carmen was a treat to work with! The home is a show stopper inside and out- everything you could every need AND more! Our visiting family was comfortable and felt like they were at a hotel. The location is superb and perfect for any families coming to town especially with kids. Carmen thinks of truly everything! Thank you for an incredible stay!

We were in town for a national volleyball tournament and could not have had a better stay! Location was perfect, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Carmen was super responsive and helpful.

We were a group of 12 who stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was wonderfully stocked with linens and pool towels! Lots of floats and activities around the pool. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well stocked. Carmen was so responsive prior to and during our stay. She was flexible with times, and check in/out was a breeze. Price was very reasonable! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other friends traveling to the area. There are grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe.

We absolutely loved this place. It gives plenty of room to hang out and play games or even chill out alone. The photos are extremely accurate and we plan on visiting this location again. Carmen was really easy to get a hold of and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall 11/10 😊

This place was amazing and brand new! It was better than advertised. It was very clean and well kept. Amenities were perfect for a family of 10 on Spring Break! Carmen was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with our stay. She is very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to visiting again soon!

We were in town for a family wedding and had 4 kids and 7 adults staying here. The house was way better then we expected and the location was perfect. I have stayed in PHX 5 times now and this was the most centrally located to everything we wanted. The host was great! We had an issue with the pool heater and she was over within 30 minutes to fix the issue. This house also came fully stocked with multiple pantries and closest full of stuff ou may need. We will be back!

The overall experience was okay. The property manager reached out when I booked asking what I wanted the door code to be and I responded. I shared the code with our guests due to some guests arriving earlier than me to decorate the house for the party. When the first guests arrived the door code was not working. They tried multiple times but it wasn’t working. I called the property manager and she tried fixing the issue via app to the door lock. The code still did not work so she was forced to share her personal code with me to make it work. This caused a delay in decorating and the surprise was ruined. The main reason we chose this house was due to the heated pool. We had our conjoined bachelor and bachelorette party here and the main goal was to have a pool party. When we approached the pool it was not very clean and almost looked as if the pump wasn’t ran in awhile. The water was also cold. We reached out to the property manager and she stated I had to request the pool be heated 24 hours prior to our arrival. No where on the listing was that expressed. This led to our party ultimately being ruined due to guests not wanting to go swimming because of the cold temperature.

The home is a show stopper inside and out- everything you could every need AND more! Our visiting family was comfortable and felt like they were at a hotel. We had a fantastic stay in this home!!! Pictures represented It perfectly! It was Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly accommodated my group for a girls trip!!! Stunning kitchen, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. We loved using the pool! The location could not have been better. Literally less than five minutes to tons of great shopping and food. 100 percent will stay here again!!! Thank you!!

With our group arriving from 5 different states, the ease of getting to the airport was appreciated. Close to 15 minutes each way. We were visiting for a wedding and the wedding venue was close by. We walked to get donuts, pizza, ice and restaurants. Easy drive to trail to climb Camelback Mountain. All the beds and bedding were comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and closets. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The pool was nice and the outdoor area was fun for games and enjoying the weather.

We chose this place for two reasons - the bed and bathroom set up and the pool. The bedrooms were great, as were the bathrooms. Each couple had their own bathroom and we had a bedroom to spare. The pool was a nice size but unfortunately did not heat up enough for most of the group to enjoy. Understandably, it’s winter so it isn’t going to feel as warm as one would like, but it seemed like the pool heater wasn’t working properly. In any event, we still had a very good time and appreciated the open concept and beautiful kitchen. We would recommend the property and the neighborhood, which was close to a lot of great places, including not far from the airport!

Great host, great amenities, great location. This house is perfect for a family. The host was so gracious and accommodating. It had everything we needed and more, from a crib, to high chairs, hooks in the bathrooms, large closets, pool toys, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, I could go on and on. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back. I have stayed at a lot of short term rentals and don’t often find a repeat. This is one for sure.

Home had a perfect floor plan with bedrooms separated on each corner of home allowing for privacy. Kitchen and family area was perfect for cooking and dining! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a large family! Property management was amazing and check in and out was seamless! Will be a repeat for sure!
