Very nice condo, nice facilities / convenient amenities (Heated pool and spa, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts).

Stayed here with my buddy for a long weekend where we were attending the WM Open golf tourney. Had a great stay, Matt was very responsive with answering our questions. Easy check in and check out with no issues whatsoever. Definitely would stay again

Absolutely loved this property and would definitely recomend as well as stay here again . Felt so homie and comfortable. Nice and clean qhen we arrived and had access to everything needed . Great commu ity felt very safe their . 10/10

The condo was overall fine. It was clean and well stocked. The condo complex the condo was in was gated with access codes and located on a busy street on the east end of the property, but the west end was a quiet street which was the best way to enter and exit. The complex was well taken care of and it was fairly quiet. The property itself is in sort of a backwater part of town, which was good and was well placed in town to get to where you wanted to go using a navi system. Hiking trails were close if that is an interest of yours. There was a pool that we could have used but did not as we did not have time to use it. Gas and a grocery store were real close, south of the property so that was good and convenient. When watching TV I used apps on my phone and cast to the TV and also used my cell for net access not wireless, it worked out great. The bed we used was a queen size with a memory foam type mattress which was comfortable. There are two bedrooms with baths attached the west one had a larger bathroom area. Matt the host was responsive and good to work with. The price was right on this place. I would rent it again.

Needs updating. Most furniture looked like goodwill, drawers falling out, just a mix of old stuff. ,. Paint cans and rags stored in closets (fire hazard). Spare pillows in closets dirty and torn. No nightstands with lights at beds (can't read in bed). Should be hair dryer in each bedroom. We had no cable in living room for 5 days then owner ordered a box and we had to try to install it. When we couldn't get it to work we had to call cable co. Old random silverware and glassware. Clothes dryer vent packed with old lint, pulled out handfulls (fire hazard), The only positives were beds comfy and kitchen appliances were new and kitchen looked nice. We were there a month and had to buy cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher supplies. Other places that we have rented have supplied those things. Owner tried to be helpful but that place needs a makeover. He did credit us one night free for our problems. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. .
