We had a great time at this property. It is walkable to beautiful views of the Tennessee River, as well as restaurants. It is safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Check in was great. The pool area is clean and exactly what we needed during the hot summer evening. The apartment was spotless and was stocked with everything we needed! We will stay here again!

Very clean and simple. Nice area easy walk to the riverfront and sports bar across street. Soft white linens was a nice touch. Road noise doesn't bother us but I could see how it may bother others if someone is not used to it. Owner was very quick in responding when (my Verizon phone) I was unable to access my email for property codes. Only suggestion would be to have in the condo a book of how and where to access pool and gym areas. Maybe some local suggestions would have been a nice touch as well. Overall I'd stay again and will recommend to family/friends.

The host was very quick to respond with our questions. It would be helpful to have a little instructions on where the gym and pool are located. We also just wanted to leave the place as close to how we found it … so check out info would be helpful on something in the condo. Over all great!

Clean comfortable newer complex, very safe and quiet w/ easy parking. Excellent location to Riverwalk and DT, great pub across the street and nice restaurant right on the water, all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I traveled to Chattanooga for a long, holiday weekend, and we could not have been happier with the apartment. It was so clean, bright, and comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location too. All the tourist attractions were within a 5 to 20 minute drive, so it was very convenient for us. And we loved the pool! Shaun was incredibly responsive and provided very clear instructions on how to access the building. This is a great place! Five stars all around!

Great location and walkable to river front. Having a corner view room was a really nice surprise. The decor of the place was very upscale and pleasing. Giant kitchen island was great. Also some food options were available to use if desired. Nice to have a ice available in the freezer. Our only issue was getting the enrty codes. We failed to repond to some property agreement email previous to arrival and had to make a few calls. The property owner was great though and sent the info right away. The unit was quiet from street noises and even the other units. No problem with noise. Parking behind the building was very secure. We would definitely come back here. Loved it!

- We are a family of 4, with 2 kids ages 12 and 5. Stayed at the property for 2 nights on our way to Florida. - Everything was 100% as described. It was the cleanest property we have been to in all booking applications. Far cleaner than any hotel we’ve stayed in! - Location is awesome. This is a new building with assigned parking space, lovely little lobby and elevator that works very good. You are less than 5mins from the riverwalk and around 15-20mins by foot from downtown Chattanooga. - The city itself is very interesting and has far more to offer than someone would initially think. Tennessee Aquarium, Lookout Mountain, North Shore… List goes on and I’m sure we could’ve spent additional 2-3 days and not get bored. Overall, a great experience and full recommendation for Shaun’s place. Very responsive and caring host!

Wonderful location with Mountain Views and even a small window of a water view of the Tennessee River! We used the pool next door which was wonderful and this condo is walking distance from everything! Really enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

The condo was very nice. They definitely lived up to the "fully disinfected" part of the title. Both TV remotes ere wrapped in disinfecting wipes. The unit was clean and tidy. We had absolutely no issues and would stay here again.

We loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, lots of space, great view and it was walking distance to downtown Chattanooga. We walked Friday and Saturday to downtown, went to TN Aquarium, Pucketts, Burger Republic, IMAX theater and City Cafe Diner. All were great and need to try these places. Would love to stay at that condo again when in Chattanooga.

To get in you have to show a bar code to a small screen, If you have an XL phone this will be very difficult. The apartment was very clean and cute. The bed is really uncomfortable. Had an ongoing problem with other people parking in our designated spot.

We had a nice stay. It is a nice property and location. The property was light on some essentials like toilet paper and dishwashing soap in the kitchen. The manager initially responded, but never provided what we needed. We had to get our own. The location and place is nice and Chattanooga is beautiful.

We loved Chattanooga. The condo was in a great location. There was a restaurant across the steet that was great for lunch. The river walk was a couple blocks away and we walked to the Aquarium and the Pedestrian bridge. Lots to do. The condo was roomy and clean. There was plenty of storage. The GFI in the bathroom wasnt working and I couldnt use the outlet to plug anything in. I did messege the host but didnt get a response. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Had wonderful time, we like staying at this condo when we come to Chattanooga. It's always in great shape, it's close to downtown, the neighborhood is great and easy to get too. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Will look to book it again when we come back to Chattanooga.

Clean comfortable newer complex, very safe and quiet w/ easy parking. Excellent location to Riverwalk and DT, great pub across the street and nice restaurant right on the water, all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Shaun's Downtown Oasis is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The apartment is EXACTLY as described and pictured in the listing. Booking, arrival and departure was very easy and straight forward. Our host Shaun was quick to respond to any questions we had. My husband and I are 57-59 years old, and the location was good for us to walk. We were able to easily walk to the Aquarium, downtown area, Walnut Street Bridge etc. at a leisurely pace in about 20 mins. The apartment was very clean and we felt safe at all times in the area. 2 great restaurants Parkway Pourhouse and Scotties on the River were nearby, less than a 10 min walk away. We will definitely be recommending this unit to others and hope to come back again ourselves.

Wonderful place…close to everything and easy to walk to a lot of downtown places. Only frustration was a lack of response from host to messages and calls to answer our questions! Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Spotless apartment. We stayed 2 nights and really appreciated the comfortable, upscale feel. The Parkway Pourhouse right across the street was a treat. Everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga was within 2-3 miles of this location. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The pull out sofa made it a great option for us traveling with kids and having a great restaurant and bar across the street was very convenient. The pool area was nice and the location was convenient to both downtown and interstate access. The host replied quickly to all questions and concerns.
