Getting in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for two people. We loved the location (picked it due to that) and walkabikity of the neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry appliances were a nice bonus. Had a small issue with a/c but host was responsive and helpful. Will stay here again!

Absolutely perfect for a 3 night getaway. Everything you needed was right there. Spotless, modern and parking for a large vehicle (we had a Dodge Ram) The bed was so large and comfy. The neighbourhood was quiet, close to bars and places to eat and great for walking into the town. I would highly recommend this place. If there was a downside there were no sharp knives to go with the well stocked kitchen. Remember to bring your own if you want to home cook!

We were in town for a sporting event on campus and discovered the apartment was very conveniently located...not only to the University of Kentucky campus but to other popular sites in town. The apartment included a very modern kitchen and a very nice Kroger grocery within easy walking distance with which to stock that kitchen. We missed a more defined living room area, but the comfy king size bed, large shower, and off street parking made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

This location was conveniently located to local restaurants and the UK campus. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. It was nice to have a VRBO that we didn't have to take the trash out before leaving. Thank you for hosting us, and we'd definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. We arrived late at night, and had an issue with the door code, but the host was able to resolve in a couple minutes. The street can be busy and with cars parked in front of the house it can be hard to find the house at night when you first arrive, it would be good to have a light on the house numbers.

This is an older property that has been tastefully updated. It has a great walk-in shower, beautiful kitchen,and a comfortable king bed. The location is convenient. It's in a neighborhood of mostly college students but they were on summer break while we were there and it was peaceful. There's a counter for eating, but no table and chairs. There is only one entrance/exit and the windows are painted shut so egress in an emergency could be an issue. Instructions for the HVAC thermostat would be helpful. The electronic door lock was a challenge at times. Alexander was a helpful host.

The inside of this property was very clean and nicely appointed. There was an issue with the air conditioner and the ceiling fan was very strong and right over the bed. The outside was a bit rough. All in all, pretty good.

The inside of this VRBO was immaculate, updated and very comfortable. Exactly as pictured. In the second adjoining unit, young girls left 2 dogs unleashed at entry- frightening. The home is in a rental area of older Lexington. The exterior and yard need maintenance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Beautiful kitchen and bath- most comfortable bed ever!

The place was perfect, better than the pictures. Excellent location in walking distance to multiple places even though the temperatures were below freezing. Loved the flavored coffee pod selection. Would’ve liked some creamer. Occasionally heard noise from the next-door neighbors that shared wall, but that was only when I was in the bathroom. Comfortable bed wonderful pillows loved it!

No matter where I went in the city, the return always was surprisingly quick - an excellent location to roam through Lexington. Nicely updated property, it’s always fun to see what can be done to a vintage place. Very good updates, very good experience.

Everything was accurate as listed and clean. Take your own shampoo and body wash for shower(travel bottles not provided). Also we were glad we had a sound machine. The bedroom is at front of property so street noise audible at night. Not bad but we were super glad we had our sound machine with us. Lexington is great!! Love Chevy Chase and Ashland Park all right there.

We had an awesome stay in Lexington! The house was very clean. Communication was clear and responses to any questions that we had were very timely. The house was very close to the UK campus and about a mile to downtown. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were visiting family in Lexington and this was a perfect central location in the chevy chase area. We were impressed, it is amazing. Alexander replaced the k-cup since previous guest broke the handle. It arrived on the doorstep moments before we did. He was very actively involved in our stay. We enjoyed walking around the UK campus and seeing all that had changed in downtown since we moved. This property is an A+ for anyone who wants a homey feel to their vacation.

Getting in was a breeze and the unit was perfect for two people. We loved the location (picked it due to that) and walkabikity of the neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry appliances were a nice bonus. Had a small issue with a/c but host was responsive and helpful. Will stay here again!

We were in town for a sporting event on campus and discovered the apartment was very conveniently located...not only to the University of Kentucky campus but to other popular sites in town. The apartment included a very modern kitchen and a very nice Kroger grocery within easy walking distance with which to stock that kitchen. We missed a more defined living room area, but the comfy king size bed, large shower, and off street parking made up for it. We would definitely stay here again.

No matter where I went in the city, the return always was surprisingly quick - an excellent location to roam through Lexington. Nicely updated property, it’s always fun to see what can be done to a vintage place. Very good updates, very good experience.

This location was conveniently located to local restaurants and the UK campus. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the inside was just like the pictures: upgraded and clean. The kitchen is well appointed. The only complaint would be the water pressure is not great in the shower. The closet is pretty big, and bed was comfortable. We didn't have to communicate with the owner at all since the check in process was well explained, and we had no issues. It was nice to have a VRBO that we didn't have to take the trash out before leaving. Thank you for hosting us, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee pods were very appreciated. Location was very close to 2 of the places we came to visit, the Opera House and also the Henry Clay estate. House is on a fairly quiet street, lots of cars parked on the street but not a lot of traffic. Had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.

We had a great stay. We arrived late at night, and had an issue with the door code, but the host was able to resolve in a couple minutes. The street can be busy and with cars parked in front of the house it can be hard to find the house at night when you first arrive, it would be good to have a light on the house numbers.

Great property. Great location. Only set backs were the curtains do not cover up all the light at night so it stays pretty bright. Also the thermostat does not go below 68 degrees so we were sweaty all night. However, everything else was great and will stay here again.
