Really nice looking hotel, but it’s unfortunate no room service, no big carts for luggage to be brought in, and the beds were very uncomfortable. The fridges don’t really work well, and just not worth the money that was charged.

Very nice hotel about a half mile from Chase Field in downtown Phoenix. Nice accommodations. The only thing we missed was the hotel having a pool. Wish it had a pool.

Drinks at the bar are way too expensive. $35 for two drinks. $30 a day for parking. I’m already staying at the hotel and paying for the room. I don’t feel like I have to pay for parking.

While the room towels and bedsheets weee replaced, the room was not tidied up and the shower walls appeared not to have been cleaned from previous guest. My one dining experience was also disappointing—I ordered what was listed as a croque monsieur, and having lived in Europe was looking forward to that, but received a soggy, slightly grilled ham & cheese sandwich with tomato and lettuce with very little cheese and nearly cold inside. Nothing at all like a proper croque monsieur. When I mentioned it to the bar guy he shrugged his shoulders and said he was sorry.

The room was well-appointed. The AC worked well but under the unit there was reddish mold that was concerning. The cleaning staff were thorough, so much so that they disposed of my reusable bags I needed for my trip.

I chose this property based on it being walking distance to the event center. The room was beautiful, bed and pillows were super comfy, and I loved the shower. No need to pack hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. I used the paid parking and had no issues getting in and out. Front desk staff are the only employees I came in contact with, but everyone was friendly and helpful! I would stay again.

The staff were super nice. The hotel was beautiful and elegant. The downfall was the cleanliness. Hairs on my sheets. I asked for another. The pull out bed from the sofa had olives inside so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom had leaked water over night. It had a little puddle of water on the ground in the morning. We told the front desk all this when checking out and all they could say is sorry. So from all this we won’t be going there again.

It was an overnight stay for a layover, the room was great, however I did not care for the bathroom door, it was heavy and hard to get open without a door handle. The square toilet not practical and very uncomfortable for both my husband and son for obvious reasons.

Average. Very corporate and severely designed. Extremely loud air conditioner. We asked to be moved to another room but the air conditioner was loud in our second room as well. Uncomfortable bed. Slippery shower floor. The food isn’t great. Soggy toast, overly salty toppings. The staff is kind and accommodating but we won’t stay at the AC Hotel again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Our first visit was excellent, but we encountered some major inconveniences this time, but the staff was very quick to resolve our issues. They made our overall experience OK instead of terrible. At check in we realized the bathroom sliding door didn’t work, so they sent someone to fix it. It became a bigger job than they expected, so we were switched rooms. Later that night at bedtime we saw small blood stains on the sheets. Once again, we were switched rooms. Third time’s the charm as the third room had no issues. I was disappointed we weren’t upgraded for the inconvenience or compensated in any way, but I was very satisfied with how quick the front desk handled our issues.

Check in front desk Mia truly made our stay memorable with a wonderful welcome gift! We came to celebrate my birthday and attention to detail and making it memorable was truly touching. The hotel was clean and spotless and the staff was very warm and welcoming from housekeeping to the bartender sherry and April we really want to come back to Arizona. The hotel is in a good location perfect walking location to local food , museum , easy parking access , and safe area. Highly recommended and great manager !

The stay was great. The manager- Brian was fabulous. We enjoyed the hotel and the staff was friendly. The part of my stay that was an issue was trying to get ahold of Hotels.com when there was an issue with check in. I reserve red the rooms but the 2 rooms were under 2 different names. It was not an issue with the hotel but with the confirmation emails as they did not indicate that my reservation would be under 2 names. It was not helpful when I could not find a phone number to call to clarify the situation. It took the manager and myself 15 min to find a number. This is not helpful when the issue was resolved in less than 5 min.

The hotel was easy to find and parking was a breeze. The ladies at the front were so sweet, and we were able to check in early! The hotel felt modern and clean, and the room was amazing. The beds were so comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. Check in and out was super easy, and everyone was so nice. Price wasn’t bad either, I’d stay here again!

Awful customer service . Everyone was complaining . They didn’t clean our room for 4 days & we kept requesting . Had to go get our own tp daily & extra towels . Never cleaned room or replaced coffee & threw trash away . Front desk kept inputting in computer supposedly never happening . Worst service what so ever that I have ever had at a hotel.

I was there for a convention, I paid for a king bed with sofa and city view. I got there and they gave me two queen standard room facing the garage. They told me they were sold out and I had to get what they gave me or cancel. Hotels.com was able to help me but the front desk was no help at all and had the attitude of oh well.

This AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix Downtown is in the PERFECT location to go to an event at Chase Field! We were within 10 minutes walking distance, and it was totally safe, and right down the street, and I couldn't have picked a better Hotel. The hotel was really nice, and modern, and the staff was amazing! The lobby area was very nice, and there is seating everywhere and there is a nice bar, and a Fantastic area right outside with a couple fireplaces where we went every night. Our room was so nice, and so clean, and the bed was comfy with lots of pillows. There was a little frig, and safe, and an area to hang our stuff. The bathroom so clean, and the shower was so big with supplied amenities. I would totally stay here again, especially for an event at Chase Field!!

Overall it was a okay stay just dislike that the food menu was not available due to machine issues. Also the breakfast buffet was not worth the $18 . It was very minimal and basic . I’ve had free continental breakfast with better options. Definitely not my best stay .

Good deal for what is essentially a moderately upper scale hotel and like with anything and everything , there is good and bad . Great check in with Ms Shannon and great check out with another young lady , that was the good . The bad , guy at “restaurant “, which is NOT A RESTAURANT but a bar that sells a few items is HORRIBLE! Selections are extremely limited and pricey but the WORST THING WAS THE BAD SERVICE! Isaih or some name like that was rude , answered questions with an attitude and never checked in our table to see if we needed anything , very poor service especially for this nice hotel. Spoke to the manager and luckily he apologized and was very gracious!

The service was very good .. the food for bfast also very good. Walkable distance to convention center I did not like the lack of light when walking in the evening. The street construction 4/17-20/24 was not convenient and I walked in the street area Overall the AC and its staff was VG!
