Reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Ending up booking through the hotels app, thankfully. Then to find out they are not giving back entire deposit due to "damages" explanation of damages will be provided in 24 to 48 hours after requesting it via email. We will not be staying here again.

Very simple room. The beds are comfortable enough and the ac works great. The best thing is the small kitchen with a decent size fridge. We are staying for work a few months so the stove tops make it convenient to make small meals. Better than eating out all the time.
