No AC, so property was hot all daylight hours. Neighbor has a very large, very loud dog that barks if you dare to enjoy the back patio. Same neighbor is extremely rude.

This is a perfect home for me and my family and small dog. It was very close to Pismo Beach was which was our main purpose there. The game room was absolutely fabulous for the kids, the kitchen was labeled where things were located, which was nice and the rooms were perfect.

We really loved our stay in this house! We came to the area to attend a wedding. The house was minutes from shops and restaurants. It was very well stocked and super clean and cozy. The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable and the game room and hot tub were a huge plus. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks for the comfortable stay!

The hot tub heat was fine, I liked the quiet and convenient location. I appreciated the electric car charger. We enjoyed the fire table and comfortable beds.

Conveniently close to Pismo Beach, Santa Maria, and SLO, the home was clean, comfortable, and featured a charming backyard with great patio furniture. Kimmy was quick to respond to our check-in questions, and we truly appreciated her excellent communication. We’d definitely love to stay again at her wonderful home!
