This house was very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, with easy walking to coffee, restaurants and downtown. Fenced backyard was perfect for our pups as we enjoyed the patio, and the cruiser bike with the baskets was perfect for a trip to the grocery store and bakery. Very nice, relaxing stay!

We were in town for 3 days of training and this house was great I plan on staying here anytime I come back to town. Amenities were great, house was warm and clean and the owners kept the snow shoveled and nice off street parking. Five stars from us!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our needs. We are a fam of 4 (2 teens). It is situated right next to town, so walking access to restaurants and shops. Wood burning gas stove was extremely helpful for drying out wet gear and clothing from skiing and for the vibe it sets in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean overall.

Check in process was just opening the door ha but we really enjoyed being like 500 feet from all the best restaurants and shops in downtown sandpoint! Truly the best part. We also indulged in the fire pit and covered porch. Would recommend!

A wonderful house set in a nice neighborhood. The house was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bikes provided were an added bonus. We came over for a quick weekend stay and just loved the place. It is impeccably clean, well appointed and within walking distance of great little places - coffee shops, new pizza joint, brewery, it's just great. Hosts were very responsive and we would love to stay here again.

It was the perfect landing spot for our family for a long weekend. My teenager especially appreciated the oversized (full) bunk bed. Would definitely stay again!

This was a very clean house and in a great location that makes walking to nearby restaurants very easy. The queen bed is very soft so if you like a firm mattress this may not be a good fit for you (this is totally a personal preference thing, but it was way too soft for us). The house was stocked with all the basic things you would need which was very nice.
