Amazing view and accommodations! So many activities to do close by, golf, biking and walking trails, kayaking, and pickleball courts. The pool area at the resort is great with two pools and a hot tub ! Food and beverage available in the Village!!

Our stay was a 5 star experience. Our host was friendly and prompt in her communications. The unit was spotless and nestled right in the village. Having free covered parking was a great plus for us. The seasons market and many really good restaurants are a quick walk away. I have to admit to having several servings of gelato from the quaint little shop, Bella’s. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was as described, with view from balcony that is actually more lovely than shown. Grounds well maintained. Close to Lake Meade, bike trails, hiking, and easy drive to Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Colorado River. Secure bike rack in secure garage was handy. Wish the condo had more accommodation for luggage, though. Only drawer space was in night stands. Closet space was reduced by tall file cabinet in it, and armoire in bedroom was locked. Suitcases, and therefore most of our clothes, were on the floor for our three week stay. Kitchen had sufficient equipment (we brought our own air fryer), perhaps glasses other than all wine glasses would be good. Wifi was fast enough for remote online working, never any problem. Mattress was firm, but comfortable. Pleasant stay.

The condo was exactly as described/pictured, but also so much nicer than it has to be, if you know what I mean? The price is so reasonable that you may assume that there will be some compromises on quality, but not at all. Super nice place. Things that were important to me: whole place is impeccably clean; bed is lovely and comfy- not too soft, not too firm, no squeaks or creaks, I could get in/out without disturbing my partner, sheets were LUXE; kitchen well appointed, including with matching glasses, dishes, and silverware, quality TFal skillets (unscratched!!), both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (which I prefer). Our stay at the condo was fantastic! We we were able to enjoy a long weekend in Lake Las Vegas while attending a wedding in the area. Joyce was extremely helpful and responsive. The view from the condo was the best in the building (and we were able to compare as we had family in other units). The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Lake Las Vegas.

We stayed here for four nights while we explored the area for a possible future move. This condo is on the top floor of the building and the views of Lake Las Vegas are spectacular. The warm sunrise off the lake made for a wonderful start to the days. The location was so convenient to access the restaurants and shops in The Village, although there aren’t a lot. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom towels were great quality.

The property is nice and the check in process went smoothly. The unit is nice and comfortable. One major challenge is there is no storage to put clothes away. There is a lovely armoire in the bedroom that is locked. There are two nightstands and a closet but that is not adequate clothes storage. This might not be bad if it is a short stay but we were there for 8 days so it was not convenient living out of suitcases for that long. We probably won’t stay again unless the host made storage available.

The location was stunning and impeccably clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen met all our needs perfectly. The village itself is absolutely enchanting! However, there was a significant drawback. A large, locked armoire in the bedroom left us with no space to store our clothes, aside from the hangers in the closet. Consequently, we had to live out of our suitcases. Moreover, there's a chandelier as heavy as an anchor hanging quite low. I stood up from the table and hit my head on it, resulting in a bump that lingered for nearly ten days! No exaggeration! I would not return to this place. It was our first disappointing experience with VRBO.

Overall, it was very enjoyable. My suggestion, however, is to get drawers so we don’t have to live out of our suitcase. The light above the dining table did not work. The light above the entrance to the apartment stayed on 24 seven, and the light in the bathroom flickered by the mirror. As a sidenote And this is personal preference. I did not like the concrete benches and table outside. I would’ve preferred chairs. You can lean back on and get a little sun. It didn’t feel comfortable to eat out there. Please don’t think we didn’t enjoy ourselves because we did the view as you enter the apartment is absolutely spectacular And everything is very well stocked thank you so much. We would consider coming here next year as well.

We love coming to the Lake Las Vegas community. This unit has a beautiful view, it was clean and quiet. It’s located near parks, golf courses and restaurants. It’s also a very short drive to the strip. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view and accommodations! So many activities to do close by, golf, biking and walking trails, kayaking, and pickleball courts. The pool area at the resort is great with two pools and a hot tub ! Food and beverage available in the Village!!

Had a wonderful side trip to Henderson - Condo is very clean and has everything you could want. Beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas. Close to Mountain River Loop trail for bike riding. A wonderful little oasis in Henderson.

We stayed here for four nights while we explored the area for a possible future move. This condo is on the top floor of the building and the views of Lake Las Vegas are spectacular. The warm sunrise off the lake made for a wonderful start to the days. The location was so convenient to access the restaurants and shops in The Village, although there aren’t a lot. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom towels were great quality.

This was a nice place for us to stay a few nights. December is definitely off-season, so it was extremely quiet. A short walk to the grocery and restaurants. Nice view. The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed to make a few meals. It was a good value and we would stay again.

Our stay was a 5 star experience. Our host was friendly and prompt in her communications. The unit was spotless and nestled right in the village. Having free covered parking was a great plus for us. The seasons market and many really good restaurants are a quick walk away. I have to admit to having several servings of gelato from the quaint little shop, Bella’s. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome place to stay. The host made check in seamless, and communicated quickly when we reached out with a question before the stay. The view was great. It was a very relaxing place to stay. There were no surprises, everything lived up to the listing. Parking was no problem,and the location was convenient to many places. We will be planning to stay again in the future.
