The staff was really lovely. The pool on the roof I think is the best part of this place and they have a nice breakfast in the morning. The rooms are a little dated but OK. The only complaint I really have is the pillows were horrible so it was hard to sleep.

I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were wonderful and the amenities equally so. The patio has a great view, and the pool (albeit small) was perfect on a hot August afternoon. When it got too hot, the inside bar and lounge area were comfortable to hang out. The room was small (we had two twins), but efficient. Easy access to the subway. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was beyond imagination. Very good.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and airconditioning. Good service at the roof at and pool area. The food served had large portions. Pool area was smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok also. The negative thing was the outside area. Very bad neighborhood. Would not bring kids.

Lot of homeless outside property so not safest feeling area. Housekeeping did room and removed dirty towels but didn’t replace. Also don’t replace toilet paper, toiletries or bottled water. Went to call reception but phone not working so had to go down for each issue, which to be fair was sorted when reported, however lift not working so was stairs every time. Even on check out morning lift stuck again so had to carry bag down 5 levels. Also had door key card fail once so had to walk down stairs again to desk and have it reset. These minor things but all together accumulation was not the best experience or impression.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the restaurant has excellent food. The pool is on the rooftop and you get a stunning view of the Acropolis from far away, as well as around Athens. The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the hop on/hop off bus stop. Overall we had a good stay 🙂

L’hôtel en lui-même est bien, il est assez récent, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres. Le petit déjeuner est varié et tout à fait correct. Le quartier par contre n’est pas terrible du tout Un vrai plus pour nous, qui étions en voiture, c’est qu’il y a un petit parking sécurisé et gratuit. Nous y avons séjourné trois nuits, la première, et la dernière étaient parfaites, par contre la deuxième nuit fut catastrophique ! Des étudiants avaient élu domicile dans le même hôtel, et y ont fait la fête durant plusieurs heures dans la nuit, sans que le personnel de l’hôtel n’intervienne… et pourtant cela s’entendait dans tout l’hôtel. En plus de cela, le même jour, la chambre n’a pas été réellement faite, c’est-à-dire que les couettes étaient juste balancées sur le lit et le papier toilette non remplacé. D’où notre avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, il est situé à proximité d’une station de métro qui permet de pouvoir se rendre facilement dans le centre, mais le soir les rues autours de l’hôtel ne sont pas rassurante (des gens avec des ceinture autour du bras …). La nuit le quartier est assez bruyant et la chambre mal insonorisée, on entend tout ce qu’il ce passe dans les chambre voisine… le ménage est fait tout les jours et les personnes de l’hôtel sont très agréable. La vue en haut de l’immeuble est très belle surtout le soir, la piscine et cependant mal entretenue avec dés dépôt vert sur le contour. Le prix est un peu chère pour la qualité surtout qu’il s’agit d’un 4 étoile.

Pros: The staff are quite nice, and it’s close to the subway station. Cons: 1. The bathroom design is very poor — the shower area is separated from the toilet by only a small glass panel, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. 2. The hotel listing says it’s in a “good location,” but just two streets away you can see quite a few homeless people and drug users. 3. Although the hotel claims to be four-star, the facilities are outdated. The towels feel like they’ve been used for a long time and the sound insulation is poor (you get woken up early by traffic noise), one of the three windows curtains is broken, and the cabinet door where the fridge is placed is a bit damaged．At best, this is a 2.5-star hotel．

George on check in was very helpful on checking in late at night. Hotel ideally placed near the Metro and only 4 stops from the centre. Rooftop pool was a real bonus and staff there very efficient. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the surrounding area was on a very busy junction. The double glazing was old and not effective - traffic didn't stop all night - difficult to sleep and we were on a lower floor- but this would apply to any budget hotel in the centre. Newer hotels may have better double glazing. Overall reasonable price for a short stay. Thank you.

Without doubt the worst place we have ever stayed. The rooms look like they haven’t been renovated for 50 years, it’s in the toughest neighbourhood with 100 homeless drug addicts sleeping rough 50 meters away and the hotel manager was aggressive and threatening.

the staff were amazing, especially Alma and Martha who were so kind to my 18-month-old grandchild. A bit of a slip up regarding twin beds requested, but the queen bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely, and very spacious and clean. It was very hot when we were there so the rooftop pool was super. The array of choices for the buffet breakfast was amazing. We were very pleased with our find of this hotel.

Friendly and fast service at check in. Lots of insider tips given and how to find our way. Recommendation for little shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were absolutely adequate. We had two rooms for a family of 4. Pool and rooftop bar are cute, but the view is amazing. Service at breakfast, cleaning and in between was always with happy faces.

A welcoming hotel with very helpful staff. Well located for the metro. We did walk to various destinations from the hotel during the day and didn't experience any problems. However, the area is not the best especially at night so probably best to use the Metro at such times. Great rooftop pool and bar with views of the Acropolis.

Wir haben das vielfältige Frühstück genossen. Für alle Geschmackswünsche wurde etwas geboten. Kleiner Hinweis, man könnte die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum auf aushaltbare Temperaturen einstellen. Hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Laat je niet afschrikken door de negatieve recensies over de buurt. Er zijn enkele straten waar daklozen rondhangen, maar gebruik de hoofdstraat aan het hotel richting het centrum. Had zelf twijfels op basis van recensies, maar achteraf zeer tevreden.

The hotel was excellent. It's the area that is the issue. Choices for dining and groceries are limited. The desk clerk warned me to not walk to the right when walking out of the hotel. Of course I had to check it out the next morning. It seems he didn't want guests to see the homeless people camped out about two blocks away.

The staff were excellent, the food was very good and the view from the rooftop to the Acropolis can’t be beat. The hotel however is in an a depressed area of the city. It was only a 20 minute walk to the Plaka and Acropolis area but you have to walk through the area that is depressed. That is not the fault of the hotel but it is something to take note of for families.

Hotel was fine but I don't think it quite earned the 4* rating it has. Good things were the food, drink (although the drinks were a little on the expensive side), staff and the breakfast. Not so enjoyable was the noise when trying to sleep, the area itself has a lot of homeless people (although they didn't bother me it was dirty and I could see how lone females would feel unsafe). Although it was only a short walk to the metro stop it was like a task to cross to road (no crossing).
