The location was amazing. The public bus and Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tour pick-up was directly across the street from the hotel. You are a 4 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute walk into town with all of the shops and restaurants. The only complaint we had was there are no safes in your room and the pool closes too early (6m). It needs to be open until 8pm.

Its definitely not a 5-star hotel. It was not clean, the rooms and the hallways had a bad smell. We had a bug on the nightstand. The staff gave us different information and prices. The pool was closed. Very disappointed.

Great place. Staff made me feel special which is rare these days. Don’t forget to ask about the sauna and steam room. It’s a great treat option that others don’t have. Highly recommend. Will be returning if I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay nice and easy.

Very nice, cozy hotel. Old but very clean Very nice stuff . Great location in Glyfada. Easy to park cause they have parking. Walkable to restaurants and shopping .

Very friendly staff, and excellent pool area, and breakfast. Fitness/Gym do need a refreshment, machines are not working. Standard rooms are very small for a 5🌟hotel, but maybe that is typical for Greece, expienced the same in Athens It says airport transport, but they do not have??? They Can fix you a limousine transport for a lot of money, nothing to do with a airport transport…… ……… I have now been at a least 20 hotels, whom where supposed to give me a upgrate, because I am a Gold member, it has NEVER happend yet!!! - and it did not happend here either, “we are fully booked”, only Junior suite they had?? That`s not a upgrate???😳😳😳 Please cancel this upgrate nonsens, if it is never going to work. ………. A big thanks to the hotel, for letting is use the pool area after check out, it was 32-33, and or plane was at 8 PM.

This group of amazing people hosted our family during a wedding vacation. They were very accommodating and made our trip very enjoyable. From the 24/7 front service support, to the amazing staff in the restaurant…they always were there to serve us. The grounds were great, the pool was refreshing, the rooms were always cleaned, and the hotel was walking distance to the beach and centretown.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Place was very clean, the breakfast was pretty good. Pool is nice. Room I was in was very noisy from traffic. The door going to jacuzzi was allowing too much light and noise in which made it difficult to sleep and woke you up early in the morning due to the light. No power points near the actual basin in bathroom. No one came out to the pool for a drink service. Restaurant food was very nice, especially the beef fillet.

This hotel is infested with ants and even worse has sewer smell issues. The 1st room I stayed in had ants, they moved me to a 2nd room that the same issue. The 3rd room they moved me to smelled like sewer and had ants. This is a harmful odor to my health, I complained to the hotel and they told me they would remedy it. After returning from the beach I spoke to the front desk they told me everything was fixed and the odor was gone. I went to my room only to find out they lied to me and it still smelled like sewage! They finally offered for me to move again to a 4th room, but only for 2 days and I would have to move again to a 5th room b/c they were booked and I had a "long stay," they said. Absolutely unacceptable and unheard of so I checked out 5 days early! The rooms are very small, the stairs are dirty, this hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. Noisy as it's next to the highway and there is construction noise from the building being built right next-door. Save your money, time, health and mental well being and go somewhere else. Take pics/vids and document your issues b/c Expedia will not help you nor will the hotel admit fault. Call your credit card for a full refund!

Disappointing ..Junior Suite room small, lost our 2nd room reservation, never really got a clear explanation from management why they lost reservation, 3 adults in a small junior suite, smelly sewer like smell in bathroom and ant problem in room. hotellet ligger tæt på stranden, og fint med taxa til metroen, til akropolis. vi var glade for området og gå afstanden til glyfada center, hvor der er mange dejlige restauranter og liv. Hotellets personale var super søde, med dansktalende manager. Rigtigt hjælpsomme. vil foreslå at opgrade til stor værelse, da standard værelserne er små. rigtig god morgenmad, swimming pool osv. fitness rum småt men virker. Eneste negative ting er at det ligger op af en befærdet hovedvej hvor der bliver kørt rigtigt stærkt hele natten.. dvs støj.

We had a most pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping, a big shoutout to Katerina, Anastasia, the 2 Johns, Christos, Alexandra, and a few others whose name we might have missed. The room is clean, although a bit small even though it’s a “family room”. The card keys also didn’t work consistently and so we have to bring it back to reception to reset them. All these however are minor. We didn’t have a chance to eat at their restaurant but it looks very nice and cozy. At the back is a big patio where the pool and gym are located. The warm welcome we received at the hotel upon arrival and the accommodating service all throughout our 8-night stay are enough points to me to consider this midsize hotel as a favorite place in Athens. A home away from home. We’d like to stay in this hotel again the next time we visit Athens.

O atendimento e o cafe da manha sao nota dez! Tambem comemos no restaurante a noite e gostamos muito da comida. A localizacao para quem quer ficar perto da praia é otima tb, a pe 3 min. 200m. Em 5min de taxi tem varios bons restaurantes e lojas. Pontos negativos: O quarto e o banheiro sao pequenos. Mesmo

Spent a week at the hotel for my birthday in the penthouse with the private rooftop jacuzzi. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They even called me the morning of my birthday and had a birthday gift waiting for me upon arrival. The room was fantastic with incredible views of the sun setting over the Aegean. I will be staying exclusively at this hotel from now on when I come to Athens. Highly highly recommend!

Handfatet finns i sovrummet och inget annat i badrummet . Det ger obehagskänsla . Isolering är inte bra då man hör MC och snabba bilar vid körning trots att jag bodde i våning 4 . I övrigt är jag nöjd speciellt med personalen på restaurangen .

I asked the staff where I could get coffee in the morning they told me it was impossible. Nobody served coffee till 730 inside or outside. The property also asked for a receipt from Expedia in euros all I was given was lip service also asked for toothpaste and toothbrush to be delivered to my room was totally ignored, I will not be visiting this property or referring any of my friends or family not happy

This group of amazing people hosted our family during a wedding vacation. They were very accommodating and made our trip very enjoyable. They had one server who worked hard yet Couldn’t handle all the people. Not Enough staff and the breakfast looked like it came from a shelter cold and mostly empty. We came for a wedding in Athens and stayed at the same hotel as the bride and groom. We had a wonderful stay. The room was nice, bright and spacious! We ate at the restaurant once and it was lovely. All the staff we encountered were wonderful! Thank you again for a fabulous stay! :)

We had an excellent experience at Glyfada Rivera hotel in Greece. Stuff was so helpful and friendly. They were in contact with us even before we arrived. They were all available all the time for any service we needed. Facility was clean. Food was good. We strongly recommend staying in the hotel.

First and foremost - AMAZING staff. We celebrated our first year anniversary with a short vacation to Athens. We looked for a beautiful hotel close to the beach and we found this perfect little gem. Eva at the reception was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful with literally everything we asked her help with. From recommendations on where to eat, taxi arrangements, spa reservations (that we kept on changing times...) everything. Embarrassed to say I don't remember the rest of the staff names. But they too were so very nice and truly made us feel as we were royal. The spa was great. The pool very clean. The design of the room was beautiful and spacious. Very short walking distance to a quiet beach. About 10 minutes walk to the center of Glyfada. All and all - amazing. 10/10. Send our regards to Eva at the front desk :)

The location was amazing. The public bus and Hop-On/Hop-Off bus tour pick-up was directly across the street from the hotel. You are a 4 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute walk into town with all of the shops and restaurants. The only complaint we had was there are no safes in your room and the pool closes too early (6m). It needs to be open until 8pm.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay. The price was good. The place was clean and comfortable. The people that work there are super friendly and helpful. There was free parking right in front of the building. The hotel was close to Glyfada center and not to far from the airport. For the money the place is good. But I think it’s comparable to towns hotels in the area that are priced less. Overall I would recommend it. It was comfortable and clean

After a rocky late night check in process the hotel made amends by going out of there way to ensure the rest of my stay was very pleasant. The day staff was amazing and informative and organized my taxis for me. The hotel was close to public beaches and a short 30 minutes from the center of Athens. I recommend a trip to Lake Vouliagmeni which is only ten minutes away. A hidden gem!

The hotel staff was super friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our requests and answered our questions immediately and precisely. The room service is absolutely amazing and the breakfast (food and drinks in general) was also delicious. Not to mention the location, its only a 5 minute walk away from the beach, which is incredibly practical and perfect for a late night swim. If you're not a fan a of beaches the hotel also offers a pool. In conclusion we really enjoyed and loved our stay at Glyfada Riviera Hotel. We of course recommend this hotel and would love to spend our next stay in greece here again!

Very friendly staff, and excellent pool area, and breakfast. Fitness/Gym do need a refreshment, machines are not working. Standard rooms are very small for a 5🌟hotel, but maybe that is typical for Greece, expienced the same in Athens It says airport transport, but they do not have??? They Can fix you a limousine transport for a lot of money, nothing to do with a airport transport…… ……… I have now been at a least 20 hotels, whom where supposed to give me a upgrate, because I am a Gold member, it has NEVER happend yet!!! - and it did not happend here either, “we are fully booked”, only Junior suite they had?? That`s not a upgrate???😳😳😳 Please cancel this upgrate nonsens, if it is never going to work. ………. A big thanks to the hotel, for letting is use the pool area after check out, it was 32-33, and or plane was at 8 PM.

A very disappointing experience overall. The rooms were dirty, extremely small, and offered poor sound insulation, making it difficult to rest due to constant noise.
