Check in/out and communication with owners was easy. Very clean. Pool was great and warm with extra payment of $50/night for heat. Diving board was fun with deep 9' pool. Some basic pool toys provided that kids had fun diving for. Putting green with putters/balls provided. Cornhole game provided and we played it a lot along with games in the garage. Overall a fun place with lots to do on the property. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location just off the 60. We would stay again.

Great house. Bedrooms were perfect for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. Backyard and pool were great for a nice warm day to hang out in the sun, do some grilling, and swim in the pool. Nice living and big TV for all of us to watch the Super Bowl. Garage was a fun scene at night with the ping pong table and the dart board and everyone to hang out before hitting up the town. Location for our needs was perfect. -20 minute Uber to Old Town for the bar seen. ($20 Uber) -10 minute Uber to Casino Arizona -20 minute Uber to Talking Stick -25 minute Uber to Waste Management Tournament -18 minute Uber to Airport Would definitely use the property again for future stays when going to Scottsdale.

The house was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of space for my family. All the kids had a blast either in the pool or playing in the play room. Also we had a blast playing with the provided games. We truly had a blast and communication with the owners was very open and easy! Thank you for opening your home to us!

The property looks just as awesome as the photos. It has everything needed to be the ultimate vacation destination. The property is spacious enough to sleep 12+ people yet comfortable for a group of 3-4. The amenities are incredible. The backyard is a tranquil oasis with a gorgeous pool, tanning areas, golf, games & more.

Owner stay in touch and is quick to respond to emails on the VRBO app. You will have all the information you need prior to your arrival in several emails on the app. When you arrive the home is clean and very inviting. We arrived to a house that was very comfortable and cooled. Even the dining room table was set for 6. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with complete sets of dinner ware for both inside and out by the pool. Yes a complete set of nice plastic dinner ware for dinner by the pool. The rooms were clean and all three were larger than normal rooms. The enclosed patio was nice to relax in after being in the pool. It gets you out of the sun or keeps the bugs away in the evening while you still enjoy the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the game room and it stayed cool throughout the day and evening. Despite being in the garage. It has its own AC system. Check out is a breeze as well. A quick email on the app with instructions and suggestions the day before you leave. All in all it is a wonderful place to stay I would recommend this home to anyone coming to the east valley.

The property was amazing! Very clean and bright! Plenty of things to do right on site....the kids never got bored....putt putt, swimming, corn hole, darts, ping pong, basketball, fooseball! Great extras! All the home decor details and little extras made for a very welcoming stay! The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe. Close to groceries and other fun things to do. We do it all over again!

This vacation home was perfect for our two families, which included 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The backyard was fantastic and we spent so much time outdoors - in the pool, on the putting green and just playing games. The game room was so much for my boys. They loved the ping pong table and basketball hoop game. The bedrooms had comfy beds with plenty of room. The neighborhood location was the absolute best. We were so close to restaurants and all area attractions. This is a wonderful home for a Phoenix vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the the Oasis! The only downfall was that we were at a LAX tournament so were not able to spend as much time at the house as we would have liked. It was very clean, spacious. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the home and the pool and game room was great to have entertain the teenage girls.

My wife and 2 sons (1.5 & 3.5) stayed here over Easter and really enjoyed ourselves. Our family was entertained the whole time between the pool, the big yard, and the game filled garage. The screened in porch was nice to sit in as well. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were always available if we ever needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family came together as a halfway point between California and Texas. Communication between us and the hosts was EXCELLENT! All information, rules, assistance, contract, is very clear and detailed. The home is in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood, little traffic, and upon arrival, very inviting. The home is very modern, clean, elegant, and well presented as it appears on photos, plenty of sleeping and dining space for large family. It’s location is Within minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and auto care. Beautiful backyard, game room and enclosed porch. Excellent Heating and cooling. Overall property is very well kept and definitely worth considering!

The house was absolutely wonderful! There was plenty of space for my family. All the kids had a blast either in the pool or playing in the play room. Also we had a blast playing with the provided games. We truly had a blast and communication with the owners was very open and easy! Thank you for opening your home to us!

We were in town for a basketball tournament. Location was absolutely perfect and accommodations were great for our family! It was clean, plenty of towels, great communication and had all the extras! Pool was also clean and so nice to have in the Arizona heat.

Great modern style home. Owner stay in touch and is quick to respond to emails on the VRBO app. You will have all the information you need prior to your arrival in several emails on the app. When you arrive the home is clean and very inviting. We arrived to a house that was very comfortable and cooled. Even the dining room table was set for 6. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with complete sets of dinner ware for both inside and out by the pool. Yes a complete set of nice plastic dinner ware for dinner by the pool. The rooms were clean and all three were larger than normal rooms. The enclosed patio was nice to relax in after being in the pool. It gets you out of the sun or keeps the bugs away in the evening while you still enjoy the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the game room and it stayed cool throughout the day and evening. Despite being in the garage. It has its own AC system. Check out is a breeze as well. A quick email on the app with instructions and suggestions the day before you leave. All in all it is a wonderful place to stay I would recommend this home to anyone coming to the east valley.

Nice living and big TV for all of us to watch the Super Bowl. Garage was a fun scene at night with the ping pong table and the dart board and everyone to hang out before hitting up the town. Location for our needs was perfect. -20 minute Uber to Old Town for the bar seen. ($20 Uber) -10 minute Uber to Casino Arizona -20 minute Uber to Talking Stick -25 minute Uber to Waste Management Tournament -18 minute Uber to Airport Would definitely use the property again for future stays when going to Scottsdale.

Our family came together as a halfway point between California and Texas. Communication between us and the hosts was EXCELLENT! All information, rules, assistance, contract, is very clear and detailed. The home is in a very pleasant quiet neighborhood, little traffic, and upon arrival, very inviting. This vacation home was perfect for our two families, which included 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The backyard was fantastic and we spent so much time outdoors - in the pool, on the putting green and just playing games. The game room was so much for my boys. They loved the ping pong table and basketball hoop game. The bedrooms had comfy beds with plenty of room. The neighborhood location was the absolute best. We were so close to restaurants and all area attractions. This is a wonderful home for a Phoenix vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the the Oasis! The only downfall was that we were at a LAX tournament so were not able to spend as much time at the house as we would have liked. It was very clean, spacious. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the home and the pool and game room was great to have entertain the teenage girls.

My wife and 2 sons (1.5 & 3.5) stayed here over Easter and really enjoyed ourselves. Our family was entertained the whole time between the pool, the big yard, and the game filled garage. The screened in porch was nice to sit in as well. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were always available if we ever needed anything. We traveled AZ with dear friends (two families) and this property was our favorite VRBO! Games, amenities, beds and bedding!!…organization…they didn’t miss a thing. It is also very close to the grocery store which was nice. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property. The pool and outdoor space were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
