Overall it was a great stay. The place was clean, the pool was awesome, and the host responded quickly. However, there was not enough silverware for the 6 of us and the listing states that it sleeps 12. Not sure what people would do with a larger group. We would like to have used the stove however that was not working.

Property is in a great location. Close to everything and forth worth within 20 to 30 minutes. I would just recommend updating kitchen supplies. Frying pans were pretty cracked and frankly we didn't want to use them but had to that's what we planned for dinner. There were no potholders. No measuring spoons and not all the measuring cups. I would recommend just a refresh to general kitchen supplies.

It was perfect for our stay! Everything was stocked which was nice- towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. My only suggestion would be a fence around the pool. This home is great for families with children, but we were constantly worried about our kids being around a pool with no fence.
