We rented Eduardo’s wonderful house for three weeks in March. The house was very spacious for just my wife and I. It was well stocked with lots of spices etc. The house was spotless. A large very swimable pool which we paid to have heated. Well worth it in March. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Eduardo for being so responsive to our requests.

The art house was the perfect place for My family to spend the weekend. Both and Family friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes that we needed. The pool was amazing with plenty of seating around it. The host were very proactive, and took care of everything we needed.

Eduardo is an amazing host and the property is beyter than we expected. Well stocked, clean and lots of room! The yard is big and well kept and there was something for everyone, even pir toddler grandchilren had amenities when they came to visit with a high chair, toys and a crib on site if they were needed.

In AZ for my sons hockey tournament at Mullet Arena. The art house was perfectly located only 10 minute drive to the ice rink. This house was perfect fully stocked with all kitchen, pool and bathroom essentials. It was so homie and beds were comfortable. Thanks The Art House for making our stay so comfortable

5 of us stayed at The Art House for our family vacation. The house did not disappoint. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Scottsdale, Phoenix, etc. then come home to a wonderful house. The kids loved having their own bedroom as well as the private pool. We enjoyed the local park and the nearby grocery store. There is a small pantry with condiments, spices, etc. and some toiletries in the bathrooms. Definitely check before you buy. We added some items as well! If visiting Phoenix again, we would 100% return. Eduardo was a great host and communicator! Many thanks!

We loved our stay in this desert paradise. The property Mgr was great to communicate with and responded quickly to a request to have the pool serviced. The house had everything we needed, and even the extra touches like; spices, laundry detergent and shampoo/ conditioner were very nice to have. The pool and grill were amazing ! The location is perfect for anyone looking to hike, with many local trails and South Mountain being just minutes away. We would stay here again!! Thank You !!

Loved that the pool was so refreshing. We went swimming at all times of day and early evening. Besides visiting family in nearby Scottsdale, we were able to go to the Odysea Aquarium, Legoland and Arizona Science Center.We also found the highly recommended Taqueria Obson in Guadalupe only 2 miles from the Art House.

We enjoyed our stay at The Art House. The location was perfect to easily enjoy the park, golf, hiking, Spring Training and all the restaurants. The house was comfortable and the backyard/pool area was very relaxing. Eduardo was very responsive on the few times we had to reach out.

We loved our stay. The house was great - exactly as described. We'd certainly come back! The pool was cold, but we visited in winter. In the summer months it would have been fantastic. Very well stocked - plenty of towels, kitchen, bbq grill nice and large.

The property was just what we needed for a extended weekend stay. The kitchen and cooking arrangements, including the bbq grill were perfect. We cook all our own meals and everything we needed was there. The backyard/Pool was very nice and private and quiet. The pool was cold but that was ok. Bed was pretty good, slept fine every night. Would stay again, if in the area.
