Everyone was so nice at the property and was very clean, for the price of the rooms they were really nice. Only complaint is they don’t have a pool or a hot tub it’s okay. The breakfast was really good also.

Very clean- breakfast was mediocre but pretty much exactly what you would expect. Not very far from Hershey park - very convenient about 10 min away from basic chain restaurants like outback - Texas Roadhouse and bonefish grill. Not very convenient with EV car- chargers not available onsite and closest super charger is 10-15 min away.

The hotel and property was clean, quiet, and safe. There is a lounge area, pet (dog) area, and a business workstation in the main lobby. The room was a spacious suite, very clean, with a sectional sofa, comfortable beds, a microwave and coffee/tea station with a refrigerator. There is a desk on the same wall as the large TV and a spacious closet. The USB/electrical outlet bank + clock is on the nightstand, with reading spotlights and bedside lights for each bed. There is plenty of lighting in the room. The water pressure in the shower is quite low. You have to request housekeeping if you want it daily, since the policy is that they will not come every day. The free breakfast was decent. There is lots of well lit parking, and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is also family and pet (dog) friendly.

We stayed here when we were in town visiting family. This place is super new, very clean, and we’ll definitely stay here again. We were traveling with our dog who was welcomed with complimentary dog biscuits which was a sweet touch. We opted for the suite with a seating area so our dog had room to roam and the room was huge with a large bathroom. The price was very affordable, too.

The bedrooms were big, the beds and pillows so very comfortable but sadly during my stay an elevator wasn’t working, the carpet in the one that worked was dirty and three machines in the fitness room didn’t work (the only two eli[tidal machines and one of the 2 treadmills)!

The only things that were detractors was that the sink drain in room 204 was slow and there was a HUGE spot in the middle of the living room floor - everything else was excellent!!!!

We have stayed here several times when coming to Hershey Pennsylvania for the state cross country meet it is always clean and the rooms are well designed. We sleep grear there because it is so quiet. Our room was next to the elevator on the second floor and we never heard it, we highly recommend this hotel

Property was nice. Great facilities for pets and breakfast was decent. Only issue was with the outside of windows were filthy with moths etc looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Couldn’t look out the windows.

Attention to detail and service made this a subpar experience. We arrived to find a nearly empty roll of toilet paper with no extras. When we called the front desk, we were instructed to "find a housekeeping staff member." We also booked a room for three individuals and there were no linens for the pull out sofa so we had to go hunt those down. The elevator carpeting had a nasty looking stain that remained through our visit. Our room cleanliness was fine, though family staying there had trash cans that were left full. Breakfast offering was sparse and the coffee, which comes out of the dispenser at a surprisingly aggressive rate, was way too hot so you'd nearly burn yourself to get a cup. Our room was on the top floor, which I would usually love, but we were next to the stairs and the stairwell door closed so hard that we were woken up several times during the night. My husband finally went to shove off washcloth in the hinge just to stop the banging. Overall very poor experience and I would not return.

I tend to be a restless sleeper and get up often during the night. Having a separate area with a couch was a significant plus. Interestingly enough, I never used it once during the night. That should tell you everything you need to know about the comfort level of the room.

Overall, a great hotel with very large rooms that are comfortable and have nice amenities for a family stay. Safe parking and free breakfast is fantastic. The area is growing with more restaurants and is very close to downtown Harrisburg.

Everything was exceptional except we had the unfortunate experience of having people in the room over top of us, who had kids that NON-STOP, ran back and forth the length of the room, jumping on the floor, and banging the walls - ALL NIGHT LONG. From 8pm until 7am this was going on. I called front desk at 11pm to have them take care of the situation and while I am not 100% sure if they contacted that room or not, the situation was NOT corrected.

Bed not a safe hight for wheelchair users i had to sleep in my wheelchair becaus with limited mobilty i can't get up on the bed. When we said something to the front desk they were very RUDE!!

We arrived after check-in time to be told we would have to wait another 30 mins because they were short cleaning staff and the rooms were not cleaned yet. There were many families in the lobby waiting to be checked in. 30 mins went by and we were all still waiting. Then another employee, possibly the manager came out and started checking people in. The young man originally behind the desk did not seem like he knew what to do. We had wanted to get checked in and be on our way, we had to get going so that delayed our plans for the evening. We were impressed with the hotel, cleanliness and overall facility, but displeased with how the check-in was handled. Price was good.

I enjoyed my stay room was spacious and clean newly renovated. The breakfast was pretty decent.I could not reach room service from the phones in the room.I needed sheets for the couch and had to go downstairs to get them. I needed washcloths no one at the desk and i had to call from my personal phone to get someone the person was rude to me.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights and paid through hotels.com. When I checked in, the front desk told me Hotels.com only paid for 1 night instead of 2, so he asked for my credit card and held it until I called hotels.com and speak to him. I was on hold for 1 hour, got transferred to another operator when the first one couldn't get a hold of the hotel. It ended up the hotels fault, the receptionist wasn't trained to do hotels.com charge. He came to our room to apologize and gave 4 snacks. It was very annoying since we just traveled 7 hours on the road. The dark curtains in the room didn't close all the way through, one of the hanger also unhooked. We had to change in the bathroom or closet, afraid someone might see us. But we like the extra sofa bed and how spacious the room is. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice, but I stood for three days and my was never cleaned or serviced. I requested my room to be serviced after the second night, but it was never completed. I had to asked the front desk for towels. I didn’t need the beds to be made just the trash taken and new towels.

The breakfast choices need an overhaul. There are really only carbohydrates. We suggest hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, a meat alternative and get rid of the coffee machine; it is truly not good! The staff really needs to 'up' their game; really not many smiles and they seem to be not into it. I think the property and location is awesome, but the items mentioned above spoil the overall experience.

Great service! Only 1 elevator working at the time, but never had to wait long for it!!! The breakfast was good, definitely had some problems afterwards so eat at your own risk. Overall, definitely book. Clean and professional. Everyone that works there is professional and helpful. Great place!!!
