The property was very chic & super clean, centrally located in Phoenix in a quiet neighborhood. The host Vince was amazing at communication & providing what is needed. Easy street parking in front of complex, up-kept landscaping, a very comfortable bed, relaxing shower, mini fridge gets very cold, washer dryer combo is an amazingly wise addition. Felt like a home away from home instead of just a room! My new spot to stay at when I visit Phoenix!
The property was very chic & super clean, centrally located in Phoenix in a quiet neighborhood. The host Vince was amazing at communication & providing what is needed. Easy street parking in front of complex, up-kept landscaping, a very comfortable bed, relaxing shower, mini fridge gets very cold, washer dryer combo is an amazingly wise addition. Felt like a home away from home instead of just a room! My new spot to stay at when I visit Phoenix!

The concept is quite interesting and the unit was safe, very well appointed, clean and inviting. The grounds were very serene and the aesthetic very zen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vince’s place and so did our sweet Frenchie. We will definitely stay again!

The pre-checkin process was a bit complicated, but the unit and property were very clean and well maintained. It was easy to access, felt safe and was perfectly stocked with everything you could need! Even had an in-unit washer/dryer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is absolutely darling unit. They yard is lush and beautiful just minutes away from a myriad of restaurants and stores. The only complaint is you could here everything your neighbors are saying and doing.

Awesome! Seamless virtual check-in. The proprietor, Vince, was quick with easy instructions for parking, entry, amenities etc. Room was quiet, secluded, and super clean. Great spot with cool, contemporary architecture that makes it a unique little oasis in the heart of a neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, quiet while I was there, place has everything you need. Easy to get to downtown PHX from here, also an easy trip to Scottsdale or Tempe. And Vince is a great communicator. Recommended!

This is my first time booking a property like this in PHX. Overall, I would describe it as excellent value. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised. It was much cleaner and well-maintained than almost any hotel I stayed in, at any price point, that wasn’t brand new. The communication was excellent, and the instructions were clear. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. You shouldn’t hesitate to give it a try-you won't be disappointed.

Our host Vince, had great communication. The space was clean, quiet and a great spot for a long weekend get away. The location is close to many different restaurants, shopping and Camelback Mountain. Definitely recommend!

The property management company requires extra links and payments off the app, something Expedia specifically told me was fraud which made it difficult to arrange check in. The property itself is in a nice location and is as pictured. Beware: the walls are paper thin and we could hear every word of the couple breaking up next door for the whole 48 hours of their stay. In the unit itself the bathroom fan and drain didn’t function properly and we were left in standing water and fog for every shower. We didn’t feel it was important enough to bother the property manager during the stay itself. Overall it was a nice place, but there are some issues that should be considered before booking.

By the time I arrived at the property I had not received any check in instructions. I got there at 5:30pm and had dinner reservations with friends at 6:30. It took me 40 min before I even was able to reach someone, and the person was rude. They use very strong cleaning supply, and it smelled like a hospital and my eyes burned the first night from the fumes. Would not ever book with them.
By the time I arrived at the property I had not received any check in instructions. I got there at 5:30pm and had dinner reservations with friends at 6:30. It took me 40 min before I even was able to reach someone, and the person was rude. This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.

The property was as described. The transaction was not. I booked and paid for the stay on Hotels.com months before arrival day. On arrival day (while flying around the country) before obtaining the code for entry, I was sent several emails about multiple, additional cc payments for security deposits and separate cleaning fees, and I was forced to submit photos. (I stay in short term rentals more than 100 nights a year all around the world, and I have never been required to email anyone my photo.) To make the scrutiny worse, only half of the host's payment links worked so it took 11 emails, 2 phone calls, 3 cc transactions and 2 photo IDs to fulfill the host's prerequisites (all while in transit). I felt more like a trial defendant than the guest. The host seemed like a nice guy but this level of scrutiny and payments certainly didn't make me feel like a guest. There are other options.

This place looks like a halfway house. There is a strip climb down the street. We couldn’t stay there and they refused to refund us our money. This apartment is misrepresented on hotels,com.

This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.

I love that it's only 2 minutes from the 51 highway and 5 minutes from major grocery stores and restaurants. Property is managed very well and the sights of the complex inside and out are stunning. Looking forward to staying there again SOON. For it to be a pet friendly place, it had no sent of previous pets. Matter of fact, it doesn't look like pets belong that's how prestige it is. Love it! Home away from home. I guess that's the way We like to "Staycation".

Our host Vince, had great communication. The space was clean, quiet and a great spot for a long weekend get away. The location is close to many different restaurants, shopping and Camelback Mountain. Definitely recommend!

Great spot with cool, contemporary architecture that makes it a unique little oasis in the heart of a neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, quiet while I was there, place has everything you need. Easy to get to downtown PHX from here, also an easy trip to Scottsdale or Tempe. And Vince is a great communicator. Recommended!

Wonderful clean room/bathroom, stocked with all necessities for our stay. Parking was right infront, accessible and easy. Quick 5-10 minute drive or walk to local food & shops.

We were comfortable and it is conveniently located near our daughter and the price was good. We liked the design and courtyard. Only drawback was that the coffee pods for the coffee maker were flavors like S'Mores which did not appeal to us.

Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate

Honestly, this stay would have gotten a much better review had they not kept part of my deposit and at least offered me some sort of a refund on part of my stay. We had to use our hotspots the entire time we were there because none of the televisions worked the entire time due to their internet service. We followed all of their check-out processes and even washed and folded all of the towels except what was used the morning we left and the still kept some of our deposit. Kind of crazy if you ask me when we paid a cleaning fee and they didn’t have to clean anything but the beds and a small load of towels.
