I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. Beautiful place, great location. The only issue I could someone having in there are no elevators. I stayed on the third floor this time and while I didn’t mind carrying my bag, someone a little older (+60) may have an issue. Staff are willing to help if necessary.

Loved my stay and the Christmas Stroll...right in town so I could walk everywhere! Loved that you had heat lamps so I actually got to enjoy a glass of wine outside ;-)

We had a great time. The hotel is located perfectly in downtown with excellent workability. The staff is amazing and the amenities are fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was spotless and felt well taken care of. The service was exceptional, the bar was fun, and the macaroons on the first night were a 10/10!
